महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगररचना, अधिनियम १९६६ चे कलम (१) अन्वये शहराच्या प्रारूप विकास योजनेचे प्रसिद्धीकरण

ज्याअर्थी, म्हसळा नगरपंचायतीने (यापुढे " उक्त नियोजन प्राधिकरण " असे निर्देशिलेले), तिच्या अधिपत्याखालील क्षेत्राची (यापुढे " उक्त क्षेत्र " असे उल्लेखिलेली), महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगररचना, अधिनियम, १९६६ (यापुढे " उक्त अधिनियम " असे निर्देशिलेले), चे कलम २१(२) चे अनुषंगाने कलम २३(१) मधील तरतुदीनुसार प्रारूप विकास योजना, म्हसळा (यापुढे " उक्त प्रारूप विकास योजना " असे उल्लेखिलेली), तयार करण्याचा इरादा ठराव क्र. १९३, दिनांक ५ नोव्हेंबर २०२० अन्वये जाहीर करून त्याबाबतची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, दिनांक १५-२१ एप्रिल २०२१ रोजी प्रसिद्ध केली आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २४ च्या तरतुदीस अनुसरून म्हसळा नगरपंचायतीने उक्त क्षेत्रासाठी उक्त प्रारूप विकास योजना तयार करण्यासाठी सहायक संचालक, नगररचना, रायगड-अलिबाग यांची नगररचना अधिकारी म्हणून आदेश क्र. ६५३ दिनांक २१ जून २०२१ अन्वये नेमणूक केली आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमातील तरतुदीनुसार, नगररचना अधिकारी तथा सहायक संचालक, नगररचना, रायगड-अलिबाग यांनी, उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम २५ अन्वये विद्यमान जमिन वापर नकाशा तयार केल्यानतंर, उक्त क्षेत्राची उक्त प्रारूप विकास योजना तयार करून ती उक्त नियोजन प्राधिकरणाकडे उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम २६(१) अन्वये प्रसिद्ध करण्यासाठी हस्तांतरित केली आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त नियोजन प्राधिकरणाने उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम २६(१) अन्वये उक्त प्रारूप विकास योजना जनेतकडून सूचना/ हरकती मागवण्याकरिता प्रसिद्ध करण्यासाठी ठराव क्र. १३, दिनांक २५ फेब्रुवारी २०२५ पारित केलेला आहे.

त्याअर्थी, उक्त नियोजन प्राधिकरणाने उक्त प्रारूप विकास योजना, विकास योजना अहवालासह उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २६(१) अन्वये नागरीकांकडून सूचना/हरकती मागविण्यासाठी प्रसिद्ध करीत आहे. सदरहू योजनेसंबंधीचे नकाशे व अहवाल कामकाजाच्या दिवशी कार्यालयीन वेळेत नागरिकांच्या अवलोकनार्थ, खालील नमूद केलेल्या कार्यालयात उपलब्ध आहेत.

१. मुख्याधिकारी, म्हसळा, नगरपंचायत, म्हसळा. २. सहायक संचालक, नगररचना, रायगड-अलिबाग.

उक्त प्रारूप योजनेतील तरतुदीसंबंधी नागरिकांच्या काही सूचना/हरकती असतील तर त्यांनी ही सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झालेल्या दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांच्या आत मुख्याधिकारी म्हसळा नगरपंचायत यांचेकडे लेखी स्वरूपात कारणांसह पाठवाव्यात. सदरची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र प्रसिद्ध झालेल्या दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांचे आत नगरपंचायतीकडे प्राप्त झालेल्या सूचना/हरकती विचारात घेतल्या जातील.

PUBLICATION OF DRAFT DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF MHASALA UNDER SECTION 26(1) OF MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL

AND TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966

Whereas the Mhasala Nagar Panchayat, (hereinafter referred to as " the said Planning Authority.") vide Resolution No. 193, dated 5th November 2020 had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of (hereinafter referred to as the " said Draft Development Plan") for the area under its jurisdiction. (hereinafter referred to as the " said area ") as per the provision of section 23(1) read with section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the " said Act ") and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette on dated April 15-21, 2021 ;

And whereas, as per the provision in section 24 of the said Act, Mhasala Nagar Panchayat vide Order No 643, dated 21st June 2021 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning Raigad-Alibag as " Town Planning Officer " to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area ;

And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Raigad-Alibag after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per section 25 of the said Act has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority on 20th February 2025 for publication under section 26(1) of the said Act ;

And whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No.13, dated 25th February 2025 to publish the said Draft Development Plan under section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions objections from the public ;

Therefore Mhasala Nagar Panchayat hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan along with the Report under section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.

1. The Chief Officer, Mhasala Nagar Panchayat, Mhasala.

2. Assistant Director, Town Planning, Raigad-Alibag.

The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the Chief Officer, Nagar Panchayat, within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette Suggestions objections received by the Nagar Panchayat within the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.

The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to public at reasonable price in the office of Mhasala Nagar Panchayat.
