Publication of Draft Development Plan of

Parbhani (II Revision)

Therefore, Parbhani City Municipal Corporation hereby Under Section -26 (1) of Maharashtra Regional publishes the said Draft Development Plan along with the & Town Planning Act, 1966

OW,No./T.P./7083/2025 / Date -27/02/2025.- Whereas the Parbhani City Municipal Corporation, (hearinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority.") vide Resolution No.213.

dated 26/08/2019 had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Parbhani (hereinafter referred to as the "said Draft Development Plan") for the area under its jurisdic- tion, (hereinafter referred to as said "area") as per the provi- sion of section-23 (I) read with section-38 of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Aurangabad Division, Supplement Part 15-21/10/2020

And whereas, as per provision in section-24 of the said Act, the Muncipal Corporation vide Order No.182/21 Dt.19/ 07/2021 has appointed Assistant Director of Town Planning Parbhani Branch Parbhani as "Town Planning Officer" to pre- pare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area;

And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Diredctor of Town Planning Parbhani Branch Parbhani after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per section-25 of Report under section 26(I) of the said Act for inviting sugges- tions/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report threof are kept open for inspec- tion of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.

1. The Commissioner, Parbhani City Muncipal Corporation, Parbhnai.

2. Assistant Director, Town Planning Parbhani Branch, Parbhan The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the pub- lic in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the Com- missioner, Parbhani City Muncipal Corporation, within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Govt. Gazette. Suggestions/objections received by the Parbhani City Municipal Corporation within the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.

The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particu- lars shall be available to the public at reasonable price in the office of the Parbhani City Muncipal Corporation.
