ज्योाअंर्थी, उक्त गिवकृास योजनेमील मऔगिवम च्योा राेखांकृनातील D-२ Block मील मोकृळाी जागा क्र. ०७ (योा पुढे योाचा उल्लेख "उक्त जागा" अंसा कृेलेला आहाे) योावरा उक्त गिवकृास योजनेनुसारा आराक्षेण क्र. ३०१ गिपुकृगिनकृ स्पुॉट योाकृरिराता आराक्षेण अंसून (योापुढे योाचा उल्लेख "उक्त आराक्षेण" अंसा कृेलेला आहाे) त्योाचे समुगिचत प्रागिकृराण गिपुंपुराी-गिचंचवड महानगरापुागिलकृा आहाे व उक्त अंगिसूचनेतील अंट क्र. ३ नुसारा, योा क्षेत्रासाठी मऔगिवम उक्त अंगिगिनयोमाच्योा कृलम ४० नुसारा गिवशाेष गिनयोजन प्रागिकृराण अंसून, योा प्रागिकृराणाच्योा क्षेत्रामध्योे उक्त गिवकृास योजनेचे प्रास्ताव लागू राहाणारा आहाेत;

आगिण ज्योाअंर्थी, मऔगिवम च्योा गिपुंपुराी-गिचंचवड औद्योगिगकृ क्षेत्रातील कृाहाी मोकृळ्योा जागा गिपुंपुराी-गिचंचवड महानगरापुागिलकृेस वृक्षेराोपुणासाठी हास्तांतराीत कृराण्योात आल्योा अंसून त्योामध्योे उक्त जागेचा समावेशा आहाे;

भाग दोन-३९–१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग दोन, मार्चष १३, २०२५/फाल्गुन २२, शके १९४६ ज्योाअंर्थी, मऔगिवम संचालकृ मंडळाने गिदोनांकृ २९ एगिप्राल २०२१ राोजी झालेल्योा ३८९ व्योा बैठीकृीतील मंजूरा ठीराव क्र. ६२४३ नुसारा, उक्त जागेवराील उक्त आराक्षेण वगळाून ते औद्योगिगकृ क्षेत्रात समागिवष्ट कृराण्योाची कृायोयवाहाी उक्त अंगिगिनयोमाच्योा कृलम ३७(१) अंन्वयोे पुूणय कृराण्योाचे गिनदोेशा मऔगिवम दोेण्योाचे, तसेच जागा मऔगिवम योांना हास्तांतरिरात कृराण्योाचे गिनदोेशा शासनाने उक्त महानगरापुागिलकृेस द्योावेत, अंसे शासनास कृळागिवण्योाची कृायोयवाहाी कृराण्योाचे अंगिकृारा मुख्यो कृायोयकृाराी अंगिकृाराी, मऔगिवम योांना प्रादोान कृराण्योात आले आहाेत.

ज्योाअंर्थी, उक्त ठीरावाच्योा अंनुषंगाने, शासनाने मऔगिवम आगिण गिपुंपुराी-गिचंचवड महानगरापुागिलकृेस आवश्योकृ गिनदोेशा दोेण्योाची गिवनंती मऔगिवम योांनी गिदोनांकृ २९ नोव्हांबैरा २०२१ राोजीच्योा पुत्रान्वयोे नगरागिवकृास गिवभागास कृेली आहाे;

आगिण ज्योाअंर्थी, उक्त जागा वराील (गिपुंपुराी-गिचंचवड महानगरापुागिलकृेच्योा मंजूरा गिवकृास योजनेतील उक्त आराक्षेण ) खाण क्षेत्र वगळाता उवयरिरात क्षेत्र औद्योगिगकृ क्षेत्रामध्योे रुपुांतरिरात कृराण्योासाठी महाराष्ट्र प्रादोेगिशाकृ गिनयोजन व नगराराचना अंगिगिनयोम, १९६६ चे कृलम ३७(१) अंन्वयोे आवश्योकृ फेराबैदोलाची वैागिनकृ कृायोयवाहाी त्वरिरात पुूणय कृरून प्रास्ताव शासनाच्योा मान्योतेसाठी सादोरा कृराण्योात योावा (योापुूढे गिजचा उल्लेख "उक्त फेराबैदोल " अंसा कृेला आहाे) अंसे गिनदोेशा शासन गिनणययो क्र. टीपुीएस-१८२१/१०४९/प्रा.क्र.४५/२०२३/ नगिव-१३, गिदोनांकृ ०६ जून २०२३ राोजी महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिगकृ गिवकृास महामंडळाला दोेण्योात आले आहाे;

आगिण ज्योाअंर्थी, शासन पुत्र क्र. टीपुीएस-१८२१/२०४९/नगिव-१३ गिदोनांकृ ११ फेब्रुवाराी २०२५ अंन्वयोे उक्त जागेवराील गिपुंपुराी-गिचंचवड महानगरापुागिलकृेच्योा मंजूरा गिवकृास योजनेतील उक्त आराक्षेणाखालील संपुूणय भाूखंडाबैाबैत महामंडळाचे गिनयोगिजत गिवकृासाचे गिनयोजनाबैाबैत खात्री, पुडताळाणी व गिनणययो घेऊन त्योानुसारा महामंडळाचे स्तरावरा कृलम ३७ अंन्वयोेची वैागिनकृ कृायोयवाहाी पुूणय कृरून शासनास सादोरा कृराणे बैाबैत कृळागिवले आहाे;

आगिण ज्योाअंर्थी, गिपुंपुराी-गिचंचवड औद्योगिगकृ क्षेत्राच्योा आराखड्यामध्योे उपुराोक्त प्रामाणे फेराबैदोल कृरावयोाचा झाल्योास, सदोरा क्षेत्रावरा राेखांकृन मंजुराीवेळाी खुल्योा जागेचे प्रामाण गिवकृास गिनयोंत्रण गिनयोमावली नुसारा उपुलब् अंसणे आवश्योकृ आहाे.

आता त्योाअंर्थी, मऔगिवम महाराष्ट्र गिनयोजन व प्रादोेगिशाकृ व नगराराचना अंगिगिनयोम, १९६६ च्योा कृलम ३७(१) नुसारा उक्त फेराबैदोल, कृाहाी अंटंसापुेक्षे प्रास्तागिवत कृराीत आहाे.

Notice

(Under section 37(1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966).

No. MIDC/CP/ P179902/2025.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra in exercise of powers under sub-section 1 of section 40 of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") has appointed Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) as a Special Planning Authority over any area where Chapter VI of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 applies or any other area comprising of Government land transferred to the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation;

And whereas, the State Government vide Notification No.TPS-1893/1276/CR-174/93/ UD-13, dated 18.01.1995 (hereinafter referred to the "said notification") has sanctioned the Development Plan of old limits of Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to the "said Corporation") under section 31(1) of the "Said Act" (hereinafter referred to as "the said Development Plan");

And whereas, as per the said Development Plan the open space OS 07 in the D-2 Block of the layout of Pimpri-Chinchwad Industrial Area (hereinafter referred to the "said Land") is reserved as Reservation No. 301 of Picnic Spot (hereinafter referred to "the said Reservation") for which Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation is the Appropriate Authority and as per Condition No.3 of the said notification, the MIDC is a Special Planning Authority as per Section 40 of the said Act for the said area and the proposed development plan are applicable for the area of this authority;

And whereas, some vacant plots in Pimpri-Chinchwad Industrial Area of MIDC have been handed over to Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation for tree plantation, including the said Land;

And whereas, in the 389th meeting of the Board of Directors of the MIDC held on 29.04.2021, approved the Resolution No.6243 and authorised Chief Executive Officer, MIDC to inform the Government to direct the MIDC to complete the process of deleting the said reservation on the said site and include it in the industrial area under section 37(1) of the said Act and also to direct the said Corporation to transfer the said Land to the MIDC;

And whereas, as per the said resolution, the MIDC has requested to the Urban Development Department vide its letter dated 29.11.2021, that the necessary instructions be given to the MIDC and the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation by the Government; And whereas, the State Government vide it's notice No.TPS-1821/2049/C.R.45/2023/ UD-13, dated 06.06.2023 has instructed the MIDC to expeditiously complete the statutory proceedings, to convert the said Reservation in the sanctioned Development plan of the Pimpri -Chinchwad Municipal Corporation into an industrial area, except the mining area, and submit the proposal to the State Government for sanction, under section 37(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to "the said Modification");

And whereas, the State Government vide it's letter No.TPS-1821/2049/C.R.45/2023/ UD-13, dated 11/02/2025 has informed the MIDC to do the feasibility, present status and verification of the planning proposals of the total open space OS 07 in the D-2 Block of the layout of Pimpri-Chinchwad Industrial Area and submit the proposal to the State Government for sanction, under section 37(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to "the said Modification");

And whereas, if the layout of Pimpri-Chinchwad Industrial Area is to be modified as aforesaid, the amount of open space on the said area must be available as per Development Control Rules at the time of layout sanctioning.

Now, therefore, MIDC has proposed the said Modification under section 37(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 Subject to certain conditions, as follows :-

Plan showing proposed modification is enclosed along with the notice.

Notice is being published for inviting objections/suggestions to the proposed modification.

The said notice is available on website of the said Corporation www.midcindia.org.

Any person having objections/suggestions may submit in writing to Chief Planner, Udyog Sarathi, MIDC Head Office, Mahakali Caves Road, Marol industrial area, Andheri (East), Mumbai-93 within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice.
