No. SPC. 1323/C.R. 78/D-IX.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 read with sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (Act 34 of 2008) (In short N.I.A. Act, 2008), the Government of Maharashtra, on recommendation of the Bombay High Court, hereby appoints Shri Sunil U. Hake, Presently posted as District Judge-8 and Additional Sessions Judge, District Nagpur, to be the Special Court, for Trial of cases filed under National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 at Nagpur District vice Smt. Manjusha V. Deshpande.
