ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र प्रादोेविक वनयोजन ि नगररचना अववनयम, १९६६ चे कलम ४० च्या पोट-कलम (१अ) नूसार अवकाराचा िापर करून महाराष्ट्र िासनाने महाराष्ट्र औद्ोवगक विकास महामंडळाच्या अवसूवचत क्ेत्ा बाहेरील खाजगी जवमनीिरील विेष आवर्थिक क्ेत्ाकररता महाराष्ट्र औद्ोवगक विकास महामंडळास (ज्याचा यापुढे उक्त महामंडळ असा उल्लेख केलेला आहे.) विेष वनयोजन प्रावकरण म्हणून नेमणूक केलेली आहे ;

आवण ज्याअर्थी, केंद्र िासनाच्या िावणज्य ि औद्ोवगक मंत्ालय (िावणज्य विभाग) यांनी विेष आवर्थिक क्ेत् अववनयम, २००५ चे कलम ४(१) सह विेष आवर्थिक क्ेत् वनयम २००६ चे वनयम क्र. ८ अन्िये मौजे मांजरी बुद्रुक, ता.हिेली, वज.पुणे येर्ील मे. एसईझेड बायो-टेक सविथिसेस प्रा.वल. यांचे जैितंत्ज्ान िापराकरीता वनम्नवलवखत क्ेत् विेष आवर्थिक क्ेत् (यापुढे याचा उल्लेख विेष आवर्थिक क्ेत् असा करण्यात आला आहे) म्हणून अवसूवचत केले आहे ;

आवण ज्याअर्थी, केंद्र िासनाच्या िावणज्य ि औद्ोवगक मंत्ालय (िावणज्य विभाग) यांनी विेष आवर्थिक क्ेत् अववनयम, २००५ चे कलम ४(१) सह विेष आवर्थिक क्ेत् वनयम २००६ चे वनयम क्र. ८ चे आदोेि क्र.S.O.१५०८(E), वदो. २० माचथि २०२४ अन्िये मौजे वहंजिडी, ता.मुळिी, वज.पुणे मौजे मांजरी बुद्रुक, ता.हिेली, वज.पुणे येर्ील उक्त २२.४२२६ हे. विेष आवर्थिक क्ेत्ामध्ये ३.९०३५ हे िाढीि क्ेत् जैितंत्ज्ान िापराकररता मे. एसईझेड बायो-टेक सविथिसेस प्रा.वल.यांचे विेष आवर्थिक क्ेत् म्हणून अवसूवचत केले आहे;

आवण ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अववनयमातील कलम ४० च्या पोट-कलम १(ब) नुसार अवकाराचा िापर करून महाराष्ट्र िासनाचे, नगरविकास विभागाने आदोेि क्र. वटपीएस-४३०८/४६५/प्रा.क्र. ६४/२००८/निी-११, वदो. ०२ फेब्रुिारी २००८ अन्िये उक्त महामंडळास उक्त विेष अावर्थिक क्ेत्ाकरता विेष वनयोजन प्रावकरण म्हणून नेमणूक केलेली आहे;

आवण ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अववनयमाच्या कलम ११५(३) अन्िये प्रादोत्त असलेल्या आवण त्या संबंातील इतर सिथि अवकारांचा िापर करून संचालक, नगररचना , महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे यांनी उक्त जागेिरील विेष आवर्थिक क्ेत्ाच्या जमीन िापराच्या प्रास्तािांना बांकाम प्रास्ताि िगळून वहरव्या रंगात दोिथिविलेल्या दोुरुस्तीस आवण अटंस अनुसरून वदो. १२ जानेिारी २०२३ चे आदोेि क्र. प्रा.यो.पुणे/ मांजरी (बु)/एस.ई.झेड/कलम ११५ /वटपीव्ही-१/२२१अन्िये मान्यता वदोली आहे.

आता अजथिदोार यांनी पुिथीचे विेष आवर्थिक क्ेत् २२.४२२६ हे क्ेत्ामध्ये ३.९०३५ हे नव्याने अवसूवचत केलेले िाढीि क्ेत् असे एकूण २६.३२६१ हे विेष आवर्थिक क्ेत्ाकररता खाली वदोलेल्या तक्त्याप्रामाणे असलेल्या कंपनीच्या स्िमालकीच्या जवमनीिर सुारीत वनयोजन प्रास्ताि मान्यतेसाठी दोाखल केलेला आहे.

वाढीव क्ेत्रार्चा तपशील

आवण ज्याअर्थी, मे. एसईझेड बायो-टेक सविथिसेस प्रा.वल.या कंपनीने जैितंत्ज्ान िापराकररता त्यांचे विेष आवर्थिक क्ेत्ाचा सुारीत वनयोजन प्रास्ताि/प्रास्तावित जमीन िापर नकािा महाराष्ट्र औद्ोवगक विकास महामंडळाकडे दोाखल केलेला आहे. उक्त अववनयमाच्या कलम ४० (३) (ड) तसेच कलम ११५ अन्िये वदोलेल्या िैानीक कायथिाही करणे अपेवक्त आहे.

त्याअर्थी, आता, महाराष्ट्र उक्त अववनयमाच्या कलम ४० च्या पोट-कलम (१) प्रामाणे आवण उक्त अववनयमाच्या कलम ११५ अन्िये प्रादोत्त असलेल्या अवकाराचा िापर करून मऔविम सदोर जावहर नोटीिीस सिथिसारण जनतेकडून सूचना ि हरकती मागविण्याकररता प्रावसद्धी दोेत आहे. याबाबत कुणाचीही कुठल्याही, प्राकारची सूचना अर्िा हरकत असल्यास सदोर नोटीस प्रावसद्धी झाल्यापासून ३० वदोिसाच्या आत मुख्य वनयोजक, मऔविम यांचे कायाथिलयास खालील वदोलेल्या पत्यािर लेखीस्िरूपात कळविण्यात याव्या.

Maharashtra IndustrIal developMent act, 1961.

Whereas, Government of Maharashtra in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1A) of section 40 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as "said Act") has appointed Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) as special planning authority for Non-Multi-product SEZ for area outside the jurisdiction of MIDC area ;

And whereas, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce.) Government of India in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said SEZ Act, 2005 read with Rule 8 of Special Economic Zones Rule, 2006, had notified following areas as Special Economic Zone for Biotechnology by M/s. SEZ-Bio-tech Services Pvt.Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as 'the said SEZ') at Village Manjari BK, Taluka Haveli, District Pune, in the State of Maharashtra (Hereinafter referred to as 'the said Area') as per the details given below:-

And whereas, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce.) Government of India vide its Notification No. S.O.1508(E), dated 20th March, 2024 in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the SEZ Act, 2005 read with Rule 8 of Special Economic Zones Rule, 2006, had notified an area of 3.9035Ha as a part of above Special Economic Zone, thereby making total area of the Special Economic Zone as 26.3261 Ha.

And whereas, Government of Maharashtra, Urban Development Department in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of Section 40 of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as 'the said Act') vide its notification No. TPS-4308/465/CR-64/2008/ UD-11, dated 2nd February, 2008, has appointed Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) (hereinafter referred to as the said corporation') as a Special Planning Authority (SPA) for the said SEZ;

And whereas, the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 115 of the said Act and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune had accorded its sanction to the planning proposals excluding building proposal as shown on plan subject to the conditions vide order No. RP Pune/Manjri (BK)/SEZ/Section 115/TPV-1/221, dated 12th January, 2023 ;

Now applicant has submitted revised Master Plan including Notified land area 3.9035 Ha in the existing SEZ area of 22.4226 Ha. Now proposed revised SEZ area is 26.3261Ha for setting up of Special Economic Zone for Biotechnology on their owned land which is mentioned below;

And whereas, SEZ-Bio-tech Services Pvt. Ltd. has submitted the revised Master Plan/ Land use plan to MIDC for development of Special Economic Zone for Biotechnology. The procedure laid down under sub-section (3)(d) of section 40 read with section 115 of the said Act has to be followed for revised Master Plan approval.

Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by the provisions sub-section (1) of Section 40 of MR&TP Act, and procedure mentioned in section 115 of the said Act, MIDC publishes notice for inviting suggestion and objections from general public with respect to the proposed Master Plan/ Land use plan on above mentioned land, not later than 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. The objections and suggestions in writing shall reach office of the Chief Planner MIDC having its office at;

After considering the objections / suggestions received within stipulated period, a proposal will be submitted to the Director of Town Planning for approval. The objections /suggestions received after the stipulated period will not be considered.
