टीप:-

१. पोर्थकार शाुल्काच्या दारामाध्ये खालीलप्रमाे सूटा दाेण्याता येईल :–

(१) पोर्थकाराच्या पोन्नांास काुपोन्सचाी पोुस्तिस्ताका आगाऊ खारेदाी काराऱ्यास पोुस्तिस्ताकाेच्या दिकांमाताीमाध्ये दाहुा टाक्काे सवालता दाेण्याता येईल.

(२) पोर्थकाराच्या शांभार काुपोन्सचाी पोुस्तिस्ताका आगाऊ खारेदाी काराऱ्यास पोुस्तिस्ताकाेच्या दिकांमाताीमाध्ये वाीस टाक्काे सवालता दाेण्याता येईल.

(३) वारंवार प्रवास काराऱ्या वाहुनांांसाठाी पोरताीच्या प्रवासाचाे वा दाैदिनांका पोासाचाे दार हुे त्या वाहुनांाच्या एकाेरी प्रवास दाराच्या अनांुक्रमाे दाीड पोटा वा अडीचा पोटा राहुताील. पोरताीच्या प्रवासाचा पोास वा दाैदिनांका पोास हुा ज्या दिदावाशाी पोास काढूला जाईल त्या दिदावाशाीच्या रात्राी १२.०० वाजेपोयंता ग्राह्य राहुील.

(४) मादिसका पोासाचाे दार एकाेरी प्रवास दाराच्या पोन्नांास पोटा राहुताील.

(५) पोर्थकार स्र्थानांकापोासूनां ५ दिका.माी. दित्राज्येमाील स्र्थादिनांका वाहुनांांनांा पोर्थकाराच्या एकाेरी दाराच्या १० पोटा दारानांे मादिसका पोासचाी तारताूदा (वारील वाहुनां प्रकार अनांुक्रमांका ३ वा ४ वागळूनां) कारण्याता यावाी (हुी सवालता फक्ता स्वाता:च्या मालकाी वाहुनांांकारीता राहुील) :-

(अ) सदार वाहुनांाचाी नांदाी त्या पोरिरसराता काेलेली असावाी.

(ब) सदार वाहुनां त्या पोरिरसराता नांदाी काेलेले नांसल्यास ज्या व्यक्ताीच्या नांावानांे वाहुनां आहुे ताो त्या पोरिरसराताील रदिहुवाशाी असल्याबाबता रेशानां काडागचा दिकांवा अन्य पोुरावा दाे आवाश्यका राहुील.

२. खालील वाहुनांांनांा पोर्थकाराताुनां सूटा दाेण्याता येईल :–

(१) भारताचाे राष्ट्रपोताी, उपोराष्ट्रपोताी, राज्यांचाे राज्यपोाल वा वाहुनांांनांा लाल दिदावा अनांुज्ञेय असलेल्या अदिता माहुत्त्वाच्या लोकाप्रदितानांींचाी वाहुनांे.

(२) लोकासभा वा राज्यसभाेचाे दिवाद्यमानां सदास्य तासेचा माहुाराष्ट्र दिवानांसभा वा माहुाराष्ट्र दिवानांपोरिरदाेचाे दिवाद्यमानां सदास्य प्रवास कारीता असलेली वाहुनांे.

(३) लोकासभा वा राज्यसभाेचाे माजी सदास्य तासेचा माहुाराष्ट्र दिवानांसभा वा माहुाराष्ट्र दिवानांपोरिरदाेचाे माजी सदास्य प्रवास कारीता असलेली वाहुनांे.

(४) माहुाराष्ट्र राज्य रस्ताे पोरिरवाहुनां माहुामांडळाच्या (एस.टाी.) प्रवासी बसेस.

(५) स्काूल बसेस.

(६) कांद्र वा राज्य शासनांाचाी वाहुनांे

(७) लष्काराच्या मालकाीचाी वाहुनांे.

(८) पोलीस दिवाभागाचाी वाहुनांे.

(९) टापोाल आदि तार खात्याचाी वाहुनांे.

(१०) रुग्वाहुीका.

(११) शावावाहुीका.

(१२) अस्तिग्नांशामानां दालाचाी वाहुनांे.

३. पोर्थकार दाराचा फलका पोर्थकार नांाक्यावार सवांनांा दिदासेल अशा पोद्धताीनांे लावाण्याता यावा. तासेचा वाहुनां ारकांस प्रत्येका वाेळी पोर्थकार शाुल्का वासुलीचाी संगदिकाकाृता पोावाताी दाेण्याता यावाी.

४. सवाग पोर्थकार नांाक्यांवार सवागनांा दिदासेल अशा पोद्धताीनांे इलेक्ट्रॉदिनांका फलका लावाण्याता यावा.

५. सदार अदिसूचानांेच्या उद्देशाकारिरता, माेससग ईसीए ईन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चार इंदिडया प्रायव्हुेटा दिलदिमाटाेड, उल्हुासनांगर दिजल्हुा ठाे यांनांा जामा- वारोरा- चांद्रपोूर रस्ता (राज्य माहुामागग क्र.२६४) दिका.माी. ०/००० ताे ४०/००० या रस्त्यावारील दिका.माी. ८/४०० येर्थे आरंभा गावाजवाळ बांण्याता आलेल्या पोर्थकार स्र्थानांकावार, पोर्थकार शाुल्का गोळा कारण्याचा वा पोर्थकार शाुल्काचाी संपोूग रक्कामा ठाेवाूनां घोेण्याचा हुक्का प्रदानां कारण्याता आला आहुे.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Motor Vehicles tax act.

No.PSP-2008/CR-80/Part-II/Road-9.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1- A), (1-B), (1-C), (1-D) and (1-E) of section 20 of the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Tax Act (LXV of 1958), and all of other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares that, the toll shall be levied, on the classes of motor vehicles specified in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto, passing over the section of the Jam - Warora - Chandrapur Road, State Highway No. 264, newly strengthened and four laned from kilometers 0/00 to 40/000, section from Jam to Warora under the "Design, Built, Finance, Operate and Transfer (D.B.F.O.T.) Basis" by M/s ECA Infrastructure India Private Limited, Ulhasnagar, District Thane, at their expenses, at the rates specified against each of the said motor vehicles in column (3) of the said Schedule, with effect from the 1st April 2025 and ending on the 31st March 2028, at toll collection centre constructed at kilometer 8/400 near Arambha Village on said Road.

Schedule

Notes. –

1. Concessions in rates of toll are as given below, namely :–

(i) Ten per cent. rebate will be given to the purchaser of booklet containing fifty coupons in advance.

(ii) Twenty per cent. rebate will be given to the purchaser of a booklet containing hundred coupons in advance.

(iii) For frequently traveling vehicles, return and daily pass will be 1.5 times and 2.5 times of their respective one way travel rates. Return journey pass and daily pass will be valid up to 12.00 hours at midnight for the day of issuing the pass.

(iv) Rate of monthly pass will be fifty times of their respective one way travel rates.

(v) The monthly pass concession shall be given to the local vehicles (except for types of vehicles mentioned in serial numbers 3 and 4 of the Schedule above) within the radius of 5.00 kilometers from the toll collection centre and shall be charged Ten times of single journey rate subject to the following conditions (This concession will be valid only for own vehicles) :-

(a) the vehicle shall be registered within that area;

(b) if it is not so then the owner shall give proof of residence by producing ration card or any other the proof of residence.

2. The following types of vehicles are exempted from payment of toll, namely :-

(i) VVIP vehicles carrying President of India, Vice-President of India, Governor of State, Public Representatives entitled for red lamp on their vehicles.

(ii) Vehicles carrying sitting Members of Parliament, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and Maharashtra Legislative Council.

(iii) Vehicles carrying Ex-Member of Parliament, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, Maharashtra Legislative Council.

(iv) Buses of the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (ST).

(v) School Buses.

(vi) State and Central Government vehicles.

(vii) Defence vehicles.

(viii) Police Department vehicles.

(xi) Post and Telegraph Department vehicles.

(x) Ambulances.

(xi) Hearses.

(xii) Fire fighting vehicles.

3. The above mentioned rates shall be displayed on boards clearly visible to the people in the vicinity of the toll collection centre. A receipt shall be issued on each and every occasion of recovery of toll.

4. Electronic Display Board clearly visible to the people shall be installed in vicinity of toll collection centre.

5. For the purpose of this notification, M/s ECA Infrastructure India Private Limited, Ulhasnagar, District Thane is authorized to collect and retain the amount of toll at the toll collection center constructed at kilometer 8/400 near Arambha Village on Jam-Warora-Chandrapur Road, State Highway Number 264, kilometer 0/00 to kilometer 40/000 for the above mentioned period.
