No. Misc-0125/C.R.04/Lab-6.–In case of the dispute between, M/S. Pudhari Publication Pvt.Ltd. and the complainant Smt Aradhana Umesh Ghorpade the Government has deliberated on the demand of Smt. Aradhana Umesh Ghorpade for getting salary, allowances and other differential amount and interest thereon as recommended by Majethia Pay Board. After the hearing held from time to time, the Labour Commissioner in his letter No. Kaa/Gr.V./ Shramik Patrakar/2024/Karya-11/942, dt. 29th October 2024 reported that the said dispute has not been resolved.

And WHEREAS, the Government of Maharashtra, after considering the above report, is satisfied that the said matter is fit to be referred to the Labour Court for adjudication.

Therefore, in exercise of the power vested under section 17(2) of the Working Journalists and other Newspaper Employees (Conditions of Service) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1955 the Government of Maharashtra refers the said dispute to the Labour Court, Bombay for adjudication.

Working Journalists and other neWspaper employees (Conditions of serviCe) and misCellaneous provisions aCt, 1955.

No. Misc-0125/C.R.12/Lab-6.– In case of the dispute between, M/S. Bennett Coleman & Company Limited and the complainant Shri Chandrakant Atmaram Vichare, the Government has deliberated on the demand of Shri Chandrakant Atmaram Vichare for getting salary, allowances and other differential amount and interest thereon as recommended by Majethia Pay Board. After the hearing held from time to time, the Labour Commissioner in his letter No. Kaa/Gr.V./Shramik Patrakar/2024/ Karya-11/11, dt. 2nd January 2025 reported that the said dispute has not been resolved.

And WHEREAS, the Government of Maharashtra, after considering the above report, is satisfied that the said matter is fit to be referred to the Labour Court for adjudication.

Therefore, in exercise of the power vested under section 17(2) of the Working Journalists and other Newspaper Employees (Conditions of Service) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1955 the Government of Maharashtra refers the said dispute to the Labour Court, Bombay for adjudication.
