क्रमंांका सादि-१२०२२/३/२०२४-जीएडी(डीेस्का-६).— मंादिहुताीचा अदिकार अदिदिनांयमं, २००५ (२००५ चा २२) कालमं १६ च्या पोट-कालमं (१) (२) द्वारे दानां काेलेल्या अदिकारांचा ापोर कारतानांा, मंादिहुताीचा अदिकार (कांद्रीय मंादिहुताी आयोगाताील मंुख्य मंादिहुताी आयुक्ता, मंादिहुताी आयुक्ता, राज्य मंादिहुताी आयोगाताील राज्य मंुख्य मंादिहुताी आयुक्ता आदि राज्य मंादिहुताी आयुक्तांचा कायगकाळ, ेतानां, भात्ते आदि साेच्या इतार अटी शताी) दिनांयमं, २०१९ च्या दिनांयमं १२ अनांुसार मंहुाराष्ट्राचाे राज्यपोाल सादार अदिदिनांयमंाच्या कालमं १५ च्या पोट-कालमं (३) आदि अंतागगता स्थापोनां काेलेल्या सादिमंताीच्या दिशफारशीनांुसार, राज्यपोाल खालील व्यक्तांचाी राज्य मंुख्य मंादिहुताी आयुक्ता राज्य मंादिहुताी आयुक्ता पोदार दिनांयुक्ताी कारीता आहुेता :—
(१) श्री. राहुल भालचांद्री पोांडीे, राज्य मंुख्य मंादिहुताी आयुक्ता ;
(२) श्री. रदिंद्री हुनांुमंतारा ठाकारे, राज्य मंादिहुताी आयुक्ता ;
(३) श्री. काश शामंरा इंदालकार, राज्य मंादिहुताी आयुक्ता, आदि ;
(४) श्री. गजानांनां श्रीर दिनांमंदाे, राज्य मंादिहुताी आयुक्ता.

Right to infoRmation act, 2005.
No. GAD-12022/3/2024-GAD(DESK-6).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 15 and sub-section (1) and (2) of section 16 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (22 of 2005) read with rule 12 of the Right to Information (Term of Office, Salaries, Allowances and Other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chief Information Commissioner, Information Commissioners in the Central Information Commission, State Chief Information Commissioner and State Information Commissioners in the State Information Commission) Rules, 2019, the Governor of Maharashtra, on the recommendation of the committee constituted under sub-section (3) of section 15 of the said Act, is hereby pleased to appoint the following persons as the State Chief Information Commissioner and State Information Commissioners in the Maharashtra State Information Commission, namely :—
(1) Shri Rahul Bhalchandra Pande, State Chief Information Commissioner ;
(2) Shri Ravindra Hanumantrao Thakare, State Information Commissioner ;
(3) Shri Prakash Shamrao Indalkar, State Information Commissioner, and ;
(4) Shri Gajanan Shridhar Nimdev, State Information Commissioner.
2. The State Chief Information Commissioner and State Information Commissioners, so appointed, shall hold office for a period of three years from the date he enters upon his office or till he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.
3. The terms and conditions of his appointment shall be regulated in accordance with the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and the Right to Information (Term of Office, Salaries, Allowances and Other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chief Information Commissioner, Information Commissioners in the Central Information Commission, State Chief Information Commissioner and State Information Commissioners in the State Information Commission) Rules, 2019.
