ज्याअर्थी, वणी नगर परिषदेने (यापुढे " उक्त नगर परिषद " असे संबोधिले आहे) महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगर रचना अधिनियम, १९६६ (यापुढे " उक्त अधिनियम " असे संबोधिले आहे) चे कलम ६० उपकलम १ चे तरतुदीन्वये प्राप्त अधिकारात ठराव क्र. ०१, दिनांक २२ सप्टेंबर, २०२३ अन्वये वणी नगर परिषद हद्दीतील क्षेत्राकरीता प्रारुप नगर रचना तयार करणेबाबत इरादा जाहीर केला आहे व त्याबाबत उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ६० उपकलम (२) चे तरतुदीन्वये इरादा महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, दिनांक २८ डिसेंबर, २०२३ ते ३ जानेवारी, २०२४ मध्ये प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आला आहे;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त नगर परिषदेने सहसंचालक, नगर रचना, अमरावती विभाग, अमरावती यांचेशी सल्लामसलत करुन ज्या क्षेत्रासाठी नगर रचना योजना तयार करण्याचा इरादा जाहीर केला आहे, त्या क्षेत्रासाठी प्रारुप नगर रचना योजनेचा मसुदा तयार केला आहे (यापुढे " उक्त प्रारुप नगर रचना योजना " असे संबोधिले आहे) व उक्त प्रारुप नगर रचना योजना उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ६१ उपकलम (१) चे तरतुदीन्वये महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, दिनांक १६ डिसेंबर, २०२४ मध्ये प्रसिद्व करण्यात आला आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, शासनाच्या नगर विकास विभागाकडील अधिसूचना क्र. टिपीएस-१८१३-३२११- सीआर- ५०८- नवि-१३, दिनांक ०१ डिसेंबर, २०१६ अन्वये निर्गमित केलेल्या अधिसूचनेनुसार उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ६८ उपकलम (२) चे तरतुदीन्वये नगर परिषद क्षेत्रातील प्रारुप नगर रचना योजना मंजूर करणेचे शासनाचे अधिकार संचालक, नगर रचना, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे यांना उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम १५१ उपकलम (१) चे तरतुदीन्वये प्रदान केलेले आहेत;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त नगर परिषदेने उक्त प्रारुप नगर रचना योजना प्रसिद्ध केल्यानंतर संबंधित बाधित व्यक्तींकडून एकही सूचना/हरकती प्राप्त झालेल्या नसल्याने उक्त नगर परिषदेने त्यांचे अभिप्रायासह उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ६८ उपकलम १ चे तरतुदीन्वये उक्त प्रारुप नगर रचना योजना संचालक, नगर रचना, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे यांचेकडे दिनांक ०६ मार्च, २०२५ रोजीच्या पत्रान्वये मंजुरीकरीता विहीत मार्गाने सादर केली आहे;

(१)२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र भाग एक-अ अमरावती विभागीय पुरवणी, एप्रिल १०-१६, २०२५/चैत्र २०-२६, शके १९४७ आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त नगर परिषदेने संचालक, नगर रचना, महाराष्ट्र राज्य , पुणे यांचेकडे सादर केलेली उक्त प्रारुप नगर रचना योजना सादर केल्याच्या दिनांकापासून तीन महिन्यांच्या आत मंजूर करणे अथवा नामंजूर करणेबाबत संचालक, नगर रचना, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे यांनी निर्णय घेणे आवश्यक आहे;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, शासनाकडील उक्त दिनांक ०१ डिसेंबर, २०१६ रोजीच्या आदेशातील परंतुकामध्ये निर्देशित केल्याप्रमाणे संचालक, नगर रचना, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे यांनी आदेश क्र. डिटीपी- पावर डेलिगेशन-सेक्शन १५१ (२) -टिपीव्ही-७, ३४८३, दिनांक ०६ जून, २०१८ नुसार, उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ६८, उपकलम (२) चे तरतुदींमध्ये नमूद केल्यानुसारचे सल्लामसलतीचे अधिकार विभागीय सहसंचालक, नगर रचना यांना उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम १५१ उपकलम (२) चे तरतुदीन्वये प्रदान केलेले आहेत;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, विभागीय सहसंचालक, नगर रचना, अमरावती विभाग यांनी पत्र क्र. २४९, दिनांक २६ मार्च, २०२५ अन्वये उक्त प्रारुप नगर रचना योजना बाबत सल्लामसलत दिली आहे;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, आवश्यक ती चौकशी केल्यानंतर व विभागीय सहसंचालक, नगर रचना, अमरावती विभाग यांचेशी सल्लामसलत केल्यानंतर उक्त प्रारुप नगर रचना योजना, पुढील अटींसह मंजूर करणे आवश्यक आहे, असे संचालक, नगर रचना, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे यांचे मत झाले आहे;
आता, त्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ६८ उपकलम (२) बाबत प्रदत्त असलेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करुन संचालक, नगर रचना, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे याद्वारे उक्त नगर परिषदेने तयार करुन प्रसिद्ध केलेली व सहसंचालक, नगर रचना, अमरावती विभाग यांच्या कार्यालयाकडून तपासणींती सादर केलेली उक्त प्रारुप नगर रचना योजना प्रसिद्ध केल्याप्रमाणे मंजूर करीत आहे.
अटी :
(अ) मंजूर करण्यात आलेली उक्त प्रारुप नगर रचना योजना, वणी क्र. १ ही सदर अधिसूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या तारखेपासून अंमलात येण्याची तारीख राहील, असे निश्चित करीत आहे. ज्यानुसार उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ६८-अ चे तरतुदीनुसार संबंधित भूखंड- जागा निहित होणेचा अंमल लागू होत आहे.
(ब) वणी नगर परिषद यांनी उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ६८-अ चे तरतुदीमध्ये नमूद केल्यानुसार भूखंड - जागांचा ताबा घेणेचे निर्देशित करीत आहे.
(क) उक्त प्रारुप नगर रचना योजना मंजुरीची सदर अधिसूचना वणी नगर परिषदेच्या कार्यालयामध्ये कामकाजाच्या दिवशी कार्यालयीन वेळेत आम जनतेच्या अवलोकनार्थ उपलब्ध ठेवण्याचे निर्देशित करीत आहेत.
(ड) उक्त प्रारूप नगर रचना योजना अधिप्रमाणित प्रती किंवा त्यातील संबंधित भागांच्या प्रती आम जनतेला अर्ज करुन माफक दरात विक्रीसाठी वणी नगर परिषदेच्या कार्यालयामध्ये उपलब्ध ठेवण्याचे निर्देशित करीत आहेत.
सदरची अधिसूचना ही संचालनालयाच्या www.dtp.maharashtra.gov.in या संकेत स्थळावर देखील उपलब्ध करुन देण्यात आली आहे.

NOTIFICATION
No. TPS- Wani - Sanction- Section- 68 (2) -TPV- 6-1676 .—
whereas, the Wani Municipal Council (hereinafter referred to as " the said Municipal Council ") in exercise of the powers vested in it under the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 60 of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as " the said Act ") by its Resolution No.01, dated 22nd September, 2023, declared its intention to make the draft Town Planning Scheme, Wani for the area comprised in that scheme and published the declaration so made in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 60 of the said Act in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, on dated 28th December, 2023 - 3rd January, 2024 ;
महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र भाग एक-अ अमरावती विभागीय पुरवणी, एप्रिल १०-१६, २०२५/चैत्र २०-२६, शके १९४७ ३And whereas, the said Municipal Council, after consultation with the Joint Director of Town Planning, Amaravati Division, Amaravati made a Draft Town Planning Scheme, Wani (herein after referred to as " the said Draft Town Planning Scheme ") for the area in respect of which the declaration was made as aforesaid and published the said Draft Scheme in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, dated 16th December, 2024 and in the other prescribed manner as required under the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 61 of the said Act;
And whereas, the Government in Urban Development Department vide Notification No. TPS- 1813-3211- CR-508- UD-13, dated 01st December, 2016, has delegated the powers exercisable by it, under the provisions of Section 68 (2) of the said Act, in respect of all Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats, to the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune under the provisions of Section 151 (1) of the said Act;
And whereas, the said Municipal Council has submitted the said Draft Town Planning Scheme alongwith their remarks and also mentioning therein that, no any suggestions/objections relating to the said Draft Town Planning Scheme from the persons affected thereby, as required by the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 68 of the said Act to the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune and has applied for sanction vide its letter dated 06th March, 2025 through proper channel;
And whereas, it is necessary for the Director of Town Planning to accord sanction to or refuse to accord sanction to the said Draft Town Planning Scheme within a period fo three months from the date of submission of the said scheme to the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune by the said Municipal Council;
And whereas, as directed under the provisons of the said notification, the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune has delegated the powers of consultation as laid down in Section 68 (2) of the said Act to the concerned Divisional Joint Director of Town Planning, under his Order No. DTP- Power Deiegation-Sec. 151 (2) TPV-7-3483, dated 06th June, 2018;
And whereas, the Divisional Joint Director, Amaravati Division vide letter No. 249, dated. 26th March, 2025, has offered consultation on the said Draft Town Planning Scheme;
And whereas, the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune after making such inquiry as thought fit and after consulting the Joint Director of Town Planning, Amaravati Division proposes to sanction the said Draft Town Planning Scheme, Wani subject to following conditions ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the provisions of sub- section (2) of Section 68 of the said Act, the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune hereby sanctions the said Draft Town Planning Scheme as per prepared and published it by the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Wani and which is after checking submitted by the Divisional Joint Director, Town Planning, Amaravati Division.
Conditions :
(a) Fixes date of publication of this notification in the Maharashtra Government Gazette as the date of coming into force the said sanctioned Draft Town Planning Scheme, Wani No. 1, which shall have effect as provided in the provisions of Section 68- A of vesting of such plots;
(b) Directs that the lands thereunder shall be taken into possession by the Wani Municipal Council as stipulated under the provisions of Section 68 A;
(c) Directs that the said Town Planning Scheme, Wani as sanctioned shall be kept open for inspection by the public during office hours on all working days in the head office of the Wani Municipal Council;
(d) And directs that the copies of the said draft scheme or extracts there from certified to be correct shall be available for sale to the public on application at a reasonable price at the office of the Wani Municipal Council.
This Notification is also made available on the website www.dtp. maharashtra. gov. in of the Directorate.

Regarding making minor changes in the Development map under Section 37 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act,1966
NOTICE
No. MCA-TPD-506-2025.—
That is to say, under Section 31 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional Planning and Town Planning Act,1966 of the City of Arni, the Notification of the Urban Development Department of the Government of Maharashtra Government Decision No. TPS-2718-1837-Pro. No.167-2018-Partial Approval-Navi-30, dated 2nd December 2021. The Development Plan of Arni City has been partially approved from the date of publication of the Notification in the Government Gazette. Effective after 30 days.

६ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र भाग एक-अ अमरावती विभागीय पुरवणी, एप्रिल १०-१६, २०२५/चैत्र २०-२६, शके १९४७त्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगर रचना अधिनियम,१९६६ चे कलम ३७ नुसार अशी 'जाहीर सूचना ' देण्यात येत आहे की, वरील बदलबाबत जर कोणत्याही व्यक्तीला काही हरकत अथवा सूचना करावयाची असेल तर त्यांनी लेखी स्वरुपात नगर परिषद कार्यालयात ही जाहीर सूचना " महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात " प्रसिद्ध झाल्यापासून एक महिन्याच्या पेक्षा जास्त नाही अश्या कालावधीत द्यावी.
अशा सर्व सूचनांचा योग्य तो विचार बदलाचा प्रस्ताव शासनाकडे सादर करण्यापूर्वी करण्यात येईल.

Therefore, under Section 37 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 it's hereby notified that any person having objection or suggestion regarding the proposed modification may communicate the same in writing to the Akot Municipal Council office within a period of not more than one month from the date of publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
The objections shall be considered by the Planning Authority before submitting the proposal to the Government for sanction.
