Maharashtra recognition of trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair LaboUr Practices act, 1971.
No. ULP- 2025/ CR- 50/Labour-3.–With reference to the above mentioned notification, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby appoint the following Judicial Officer as Judge of Labour Court in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 ( 1 of 1972):—
