Minor Modification Under Section 37(1) of Maharashtra regional and town Planning act, 1966
NOTIFICATION
No. MCP-TPD- 20-2025-26.–
The Development Plan of Pusad has been sanctioned by Government Urban Development Department vide Resolution No.TPS-2795-1267-CR-198-95-UD-13, dated 26th May, 1998 and came into force from 26th July, 1998.
The Municipal Council, Pusad has proposed following Minor Modification to the said Develop- ment Plan. under Section 37(1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 vide their Resolution No. 529, Dated 16th April, 2025.
MINOR-MODIFICATION
The Land in Pusad Municipal Council Limit in Mouja Dankeshwar Nagar having Survey No. 14, having area 4.29 Ha. In "Agricultural Zone" be converted into "Residential Zone." The part plan of Development Plan showing the above Minor Modification is kept open for public inspection during office hours in the office of the Municipal Council, Pusad.
The objections and suggestions in respect of above proposed modification have to be sent in writing to the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Pusad within 30 Days from the date of publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
The suggestions or objections received within time would be considered before submitting the proposal to Government for sanction.
