NOTIFICATION
No. MSLSA/2025/2397.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 22-B of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of 1987), the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Bombay High Court and Patron-in-Chief of Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority and the Hon'ble Executive Chairman, Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, Mumbai have been pleased to appoint the persons mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto as Members of the Permanent Lok Adalats constituted under Section 22-B of the said Act.
They shall exercise the powers and perform the functions conferred under Chapter VI-A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, and as mentioned in the advertisement dated 2nd April 2025, within the jurisdiction specified in the said Schedule, for a term of Five years or till attaining the age of Sixty-Five years, whichever is earlier.

Note.— The post of Member, Permanent Lok Adalat is transferrable and the person appointed on one establishment may be transferred to other establishment of Permanent Lok Adalats in the State of Maharashtra.
