TerrorisT And disrupTive AcTiviTies (prevenTion) AcT, 1987.
No. SPC.1323/C.R.49/IX.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act, 1987 ('' TADA Act''), and section 4 of the Repealing and Amending Act, 2001 (Act No. 30 of 2001), the Government of Maharashtra, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, hereby appoints Shri. Bandopant Digambarrao Kulkarni, District Judge-18 and Additional Sessions Judge, District Pune, as the Special Judge-inplace of Shri B. P. Kshirsagar — for the trial of offences punishable under any provision of the TADA Act or the rules made thereunder, at Pune.
