उपराोक्ती न्यादियक अदिकाऱ्याला मं ंबई औद्योदिगक सेंबं अदिदिनांयमं, १९४६, औद्योदिगक दिववा अदिदिनांयमं, १९४७ व मंहाराष्ट्र कामंगारा सेंघटनांांनांा मंान्यतीा े व अनांदिचेती प्रथा प्रकारा प्रदितीबं अदिदिनांयमं, १९७१ अंतीगगती प्रकराे हातीाळेण्यासेाठी याद्वाराे प्रादिकृती कराण्याती येती आहाे.

NOTIFICATION
No. ICE-0725/CR-96/Lab- 6.–In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 5 of Maharashtra Judicial Officers of the Labour Courts and Industrial Courts (Recruitment, Appointment and Disciplinary Action) Rules, 2014 and as per the recommendations made by the Hon. High Court, Bombay vide its letter No. A 5504/2025/1136, date 23rd June 2025 Shri. Dnyaneshwar Manohar Aher, District Judge-6 and Additional Sessions Judge, Dhule, is being deputed as Member, Industrial Court, Dhule for a period of One week in a month untill further orders.
The above Judicial Officer is hereby authorised to deal with the cases under Maharashtra Industrial Relation Act, 1946, Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 and MRTU and PULP Act, 1971.
