क्रमांक संकीर्ण-०९२४/प्र.क्र.२२२/ई-२.— पालक व ज्येष्ठ नागरिकांचे निर्वाह आणि कल्याण अधिनियम, २००७ (२००७ चा ५६) च्या कलम ७ द्वारे प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि याबाबतीत मुंबई शहर जिल्ह्यच्या संदर्भात जारी केलेल्या यापुर्वीच्या सर्व अधिसूचना, आदेश किंवा इतर कोणत्याही संलेखांचे अधिक्रमण करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन, याद्वारे, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ५ अन्वये निर्वाहाच्या आदेशावर अभिनिर्णय व निर्णय देण्याच्या प्रयोजनार्थ, मुंबई शहर जिल्ह्यकरिता, यासोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूचीच्या स्तंभ (२) मध्ये नमूद केल्यानुसार, अनुक्रमे, त्यासमोरील स्तंभ (३) मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या अधिका-यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली, स्तंभ (४) मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या क्षेत्रासाठी निर्वाह न्यायाधिकरणे स्थापन करीत आहे.

MAINTENANCE AND WELFARE OF PARCENTS AND SENIOR CITIZENS ACT, 2007.
No. Miscellaneous-0924/C.R.222/E-2—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 (56 of 2007) and in supersession of all earlier notifications, orders or any other instruments, issued in respect of Mumbai City District in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby constitutes the Maintenance Tribunals for the Mumbai City District as mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto to be presided over by an officer, specified against them in column (3) thereof, for the area mentioned in column (4) thereof, for the purposes of adjudicating and deciding upon the order for maintenance under section 5 of the said Act, namely :—
