No.As per Maharashtra Act No.21 of year 2022 dated 11th March, 2022 The State Government with approval of State Election Commission, Maharashtra proposes to make the following Draft Notification under section 5(3) of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, (Bom.LIX of 1949) (hereinafter referred to as 3. And whereas, all persons who desire to raise any objections or suggestions to this draft should submit the same to the Municipal Commissioner, Parbhani City Municipal Corporation, in writing with reasons on or before dated 15th September, 2025 Objections or suggestions received thereafter will not be considered.

the "said Act") to fix for the Parbhani City Municipal Corporation, the number and the extent of the ward into which the said municipal area shall be divided, as shown in the Schedule to this Draft order.
2. And whereas the said Draft Order is hereby published as required by the section 5(3) of the said Act for information of all the residents within the jurisdiction of the Parbhani City Municipal Corporation.
And whereas, vide Urban Development Department order No. MCO-2025/PR.No.242/UD-14, Dated- 10th June, 2025. The State Government Maharashtra, has delegated its powers to Municipal Commissioner, Parbhani City Municipal Corporation to publish the draft in the Official Gazette. Accordingly this Draft WHEREAS, State Government with the Approval of the State Election Commission, Maharashtra has specified for Parbhani City Municipal Corporation, under Section 5 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, the Number of Councillors to be elected and number of wards as follows.

Date : 03/09/2025 No. SEC/MC-2025/CR-31/D5 Dated 03/09/2025 The State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra proposes to make the following Draft Notification under section 5 (3), 5 A and Section 14 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, ( Bom, LIX of 1949) (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act" ) to fix for the Latur City Municipal Corporation, the number and the extent of the wards into which the said municipal area shall be divided and to specify the wards reserved for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and the Back- ward Class of Citizens and Women ( Including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens), as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to this Draft order.
2. And whereas the said Draft Order is hereby published as required by the section 5 (3) of the said Act for information of all the residents within the jurisdiction of the Latur City Municipal Corporation. And whereas, vide Urbadn Development Department Order No. MCO-2025/PR No.. 242/UD-1, Dated 10th June 2025. The State Election Commission, Maharashtra, has conferred to publish the draft in the Official Gazette, Accordingly this Draft Notification is being published and the said draft will be taken into consideration by the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra or the officer authorised by him for this purpose after 03rd September,2025.

And whereas, all persons who desire to raise any objections or suggestions to this draft should submit the same to the Municipal Commissioner, Latur City Muncipal Corporation, in writing with reasons on or before dated 15th Sepetember,2025 Objections or suggestions received thereafter will not be considered.
