उपरोक्ती न्यादियक अदिकाऱ्यास मंहाराष्ट्र औद्योदिगक संबं अदिदिनांयमं, १९४६, औद्योदिगक दिववा अदिदिनांयमं, १९४७ व मंहाराष्ट्र कामंगार संघटेंनांांनांा मंान्यतीा े व अनांदिचेती प्रथा प्रकार प्रदितीबं अदिदिनांयमं, १९७१ अंतीगगती प्रकरे हातीाळण्यासाठी याद्वारे प्रादिकृती करण्याती येती आहाे.

NOTIFICATION
No. ICE-0925/C.R.113/Lab-6.—In exercise of the power conferred by Rule 5 of Maharashtra Judicial Officers of the Labour Courts and Industrial Courts (Recruitment, Appointment and Disciplinary Action) Rules, 2014 and with reference to the letter of Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai No.A.1226/83/1542/2025 dated 25th August 2025, The Government of Maharashtra hereby appoint "Shri. Ravindra Nagorao Hiwase, as Member, Industrial Court, Dhule ".
The above Judicial Officer are hereby authorised to deal with the cases under Maharashtra Industrial Relation Act, 1946, Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 and MRTU and PULP Act, 1971.
