No. Rule / P.0703 / Notn.20 / 2025.– In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 (1) and (2) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 read with Rule 15 of the Bombay High Court Right to Information (Revised) Rules, 2009, the Hon'ble the Chief Justice is pleased to designate Shri V. R. Kachare, District Judge-6 and Additional Sessions Judge, Pune presently Officer on Special Duty, High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Circuit Bench at Kolhapur as the First Appellate Authority under the Right to Information Act, 2005 for the High Court of Bombay, Circuit Bench at Kolhapur, with effect from 18th August 2025 for dealing with the appeals received under the Right to Information Act, 2005 at the High Court of Bombay, Circuit Bench at Kolhapur.
