Town Planning Scheme, Wani No. 01 (Draft Preliminary)
PUBLIC NOTICE
No.TPS-Wani No. 1-27.–
It is hereby notified as required by rule 13 of the Maharashtra Town Planning Scheme Rules, 1974 that the undersigned has on this 18th August, 2025 day has published the Town Planning Scheme, Wani No. 01 (Draft Preliminary) in respect of the sanctioned Draft Town Planning Scheme, Wani No. 01, as drawn up under the provisions of section 72 (3), (4), (5), (7) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
The Draft Preliminary Town Planning Scheme drawn up by Arbitrator, is kept open for inspection of the public during office hours on all working days in the office of the Arbitrator, Town Planning Scheme, Wani No. 01, at Municipal Council, Wani and also in the office of the Municipal Council, Wani.
While preparing the said Draft Preliminary Town Planning Scheme, Arbitrator by taking necessary action as per section 72 (4), has not proposed any change in the ownership/interest of the lands/original plots and its final plots in the Government sanctioned Draft Town Planning Scheme, Wani No. 01.
Details regarding all plots has been maintained as per the Draft Town Planning Plan, Wani No. 01 approved by Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune.
Relevant decision of the Arbitrator in respect of the plots within the said Draft Preliminary Town Planning Scheme, Wani No. 01, are being communicated to all the concerned interested parties in Form 4A independently.
Now, this Draft Preliminary Town Planning Scheme, Wani No. 01, has been submitted as per section 72 (5) by the Arbitrator to the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune for sanction under section 86 of the said act.
