Nitin Aatmaram Telgote as "Special Public Prosecutor" for conducting the case/s pending before Hon'ble Special MCOCA Court, Nagpur which is/are arising out of C.R.No.225/2016 (Part-5, C.R. No. 71/2016) registered at Pachpawli Police Station, Nagpur City; the Government of Maharashtra hereby cancels the appointment of Adv. Nitin Aatmaram Telgote as "Special Public Prosecutor", made vide Law and Judiciary Department Notification No. SPP.2025/U.O.R. 22/D-XIV, dated 26th March, 2025 with immediate effect.

• अिधकार Jदान कYलेNया वसुली अिधकारी असलेNया kयPतीची बदली झाNयास िकxवा सेवािनवृeी झाNयास िकxवा सेवेतून काढvन टाकNयास िकxवा \याचा मृ\यू झाNयास िकxवा तो zया पदावर पदािधकारी {हणून काय_रत आहे \याची सेवा खंिडत झाNयास अशा अिधका[यास Jदान कYलेले वसुलीचे अिधकार आपोआप रj होतील.

• वसुली अिधका[यांनी नमूद कYलेNया कालावधीत वसुलीचे कामकाज समाधानकारक कYले नसNयाचे िनदश_नास आNयास िकxवा Jदान कYलेNया अिधकाराचा गैरवापर करीत असNयाचे िनदश_नास आNयास, Jदान कYलेले अिधकार काढvन घेतले जातील व भिव>यात असे कोणतेही अिधकार अशा kयPतीस Jदान करfयात येणार नाहीत.
• शासन िनण_य !मांक संिकण_-१५०४/J.!२३१/१५-स, िदनांक २३ नोkह„बर २०१६ अHवये वसुली अिधका[यांना तीन िसंहाWया राजमुTेचा वापर करता येणार नाही. मा. सहकार आयुPत व िनबंधक, सहकारी सं1था, महारा>? राzय,पुणे यांचे काया_लयाकडीलमहारा(cid:144)(cid:157) शासन राजप&, भाग एक-म+य उप-िवभाग, गु3वार ते बुधवार, स8ट:बर १८-२४, २०२५/भाBपद २७-आFGवन २, शकH १९४७ िदनांक ६ जून २०१९ रोजी5या प8रप9का:माणे काय=वाही करावी.
• वसुली अिधकाCयास Dया5या नावापुढF कोठFही महाराHI शासन िनयुKत िकMवा िसNहील कोटP, एKझीKयुटीNह कोटP या शSदांचा अथवा तDसम शSदांचा वापर करता येणार नाही. Dयाऐवजी वसुली अिधकाCयांनी Dयां5या नावापुढF वसुली अिधकारी (महाराHI सहकारी संWथा अिधिनयम, १९६० व िनयम १९६१ चे िनयम १०७ अYवये) असे िलहावे. वसुली अिधकाCयास वसुलीसाठी वापर करZयात येणाCया वाहनावर वसुली अिधकारी, यशोिदप Kािमण िबगरशेती सहकारी पतसंOथा मयाQिदत, मायणी (अवसायनात), ता. खटाव, िज. सातारा असा फलक लावता येऊ शक]ल.
• वसुली अिधकाCयाने पगार ज^तीची काय=वाही करताना कज=दारा5या-जामीनदारा5या पगार कपातीबाबत राHIीयीकaत बँका वा अYय बँका यांचेकडF परWपर वेतन कपातीचा आदेश देऊन परWपर पगार कपात करता येणार नाही. संबंिधत कज=दार / जामीनदार fया आWथापनेवर काम करीत आहे Dया आWथापनेवरील आहरण व संिवतरण अिधकारी / पगार करणारा अिधकारी यांचेमाफgत पगारातून कज=वसूल करZयाची काय=वाही करावी.
• वसुली अिधकाCयास, थकबाकीदाराकडhन वसुली दाखjयानुसार वसूलपा9 रKकम व सरचाज= रKकम यािशवाय इतर कोणतीही रKकम वसूल करता येणार नाही.
• वसुली अिधकाCयाने कलम १५६ अथवा िनयम १०७ अYवये कारवाई करताना थकबाकीदाराकडhन येणे असलेjया एकnण रकमेचा अoावत तारखेपयpतचा संपूण= तपशील नोटीस / आदेशात नमूद करणे बंधनकारक आहे.
• वसुली अिधकाCयाने मा. सहकार आयुKत व िनबंधक, सहकारी संWथा, महाराHI राfय, पुणे यांचे काया=लयाकडील िदनांक ३१/१०/२०१८ व िद.११/०७/२०१९ 5या प8रप9कातील सूचनांचे काटFकोरपणे अंमलबजावणी करणेची आहे. सदर प8रप9कांतील सूचनांचे उjलंघन झाjयास वसुलीचे अिधकार काढhन घेZयात येतील व भिवHयात असे अिधकार :दान क]ले जाणार नाहीत, याची नtद uयावी.

• संWथेचे / बँक]चे मुxय काय=कारी अिधकारी / NयवWथापक यांनी :प9-४ मwये वसुली अिधकारी िनहाय वसुली कामकाजाचा अहवाल दर तीन मिहYयांनी या काया=लयास सादर करावा.
• वसुली अिधकारी यांनी वेतन :दान अिधिनयम, १९३६ अYवये करावया5या कपातीची मागणी संबंिधत संWथेने मालकाकडF करावयाची आहे. fया कम=चाCयां5या वेतनातून कपात करावयाची असेल Dया आWथापनेवरील संबंिधत लेखािधकारी यांचेमाफgत कपाती कराNयात व परWपर बँकांशी संपकg साधून वेतनाची रKकम कपात करZयात येऊ नये िकMवा बँक खाते लॉक करणेत येऊ नये.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA RIGHT TO PUBLIC SERVICE ACT, 2015.
No. Miscellaneous-2025/C.R.18/Registration Branch.—Maharashtra Right to Public Service Act, 2015 (Maharashtra Act No. 31 of 2015) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 3 of the Act, the Public Health Department shall, for the purposes of this Act, Details regarding time limit, fees, Designated Officer, First Appellate Officer and Second Appellate Officer for providing public services have been notified in the Notification dated 4.1.2018 as indicated in columns No. (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7). Also, vide Sankirna- 2017/C.R.66/ Samman-2, dated 29 July 2022, a notification was issued regarding the exclusion of these services for treatment under (1) Janani Suraksha Yojana ,(2) Janani Shishu Suraksha Yojana and (3) Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Jan Arogya Yojana. However, since the Janani Suraksha Yojana and Janani Shishu Suraksha Yojana provides direct treatment and there is no need for beneficiaries to apply for these services, the Office of the State Chief Service Rights Commissioner has been given approval vide letters dated 18.12.2024 and 3.6.2025 regarding the exclusion of two services namely (1) Janani Suraksha Yojana, (2) Janani Shishu Suraksha Yojana. The Public Health Department, Government Notification No. Sankirna-2017/C.R.66/Sammanvay-2, dated 29.7.2022 has being cancelled. Henceforth the two services namely (1) Janani Suraksha Yojana and (2) Janani Shishu Suraksha Yojana are being excluded vide this notification, which were included in column No. (2) of the Schedule, in Government Notification No. Sankirna -2017/C.R.66/Samanvay-2, dated 4.1.2018 issued by the Public Health Department.
