क्रमंांका राभाूअ-२०२४/प्र.क्र.४७८/भाूमंापनां (ल-१).—मंहुाराष्ट्र जमंीनां मंहुसूल संदिहुता, १९६६ (सनां १९६६ चा मंहुा. ४१) याच्या कालमं १२६ द्वारे, प्रदानां काेलेल्या अदिकारांचा वापर कारूनां, मंहुाराष्ट्र शासनां, याद्वारे, उक्ता संदिहुताेच्या आदि त्याअन्वाये तायार काेलेल्या मंहुाराष्ट्र जमंीनां मंहुसूल (गावा, नांगर वा शाहुर भाूमंापनां) दिनांयमं, १९६९ याच्या तारताुदांनांुसार, मंहुाराष्ट्र राज्याताील मंहुानांगरपादिलका दिकांवा नांगर परिरषदा दिकांवा नांगर पंचायताी यांच्या अदिकारक्षेत्राताील गावाठा क्षेत्रांमंील वा दिवास्तारीता गावाठा क्षेत्रांमंील (फक्ता शाेताीदिवाषयका प्रयोजनांांसाठाी वापराता असलेल्या जदिमंनांी आदि यापूवाीचा भाूमंापनां काेलेली क्षेत्राे यांसहु) जदिमंनांचाे भाूमंापनां कारण्यासाठाी आदि शासनां दिनांगय, मंहुसूल वा वानां दिवाभाग क्रमंांका राभाूअ-२०२४/प्र.क्र.४७८/ल-१, दिदानांांका ३० एदिप्रल, २०२५ अन्वाये, मंान्यता दिदाल्याप्रमंाे मंहुानांगरपादिलका दिकांवा नांगर परिरषदा दिकांवा नांगर पंचायताी यांच्या अशा संपूग क्षेत्राताील जदिमंनांीच्या प्रत्येका भाूभागाच्या बाबताीता उक्ता दिनांयमंांमंध्ये दिवादिहुता काेल्याप्रमंाे मंालमंत्ता पत्राकाच्या स्वारूपाताील अदिकारांचा अदिभालेख तायार कारण्यासाठाी दिनांदाेशा दिदालेले आहुेता.

NOTIFICATION
Maharashtra Land revenue Code, 1966.
No. RABHUAA-2024/C.R. No.478/L-1.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 126 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (Mah. XLI of 1966), the Government of Maharashtra hereby directs to conduct the survey of lands in the goathan areas and the extended goathan areas (including lands which are used only for agricultural purposes and areas previously surveyed) within the jurisdiction of the Municipal Corporations or Municipal Councils or Nagar Panchayats in the State of Maharashtra as per the provisions of the said Code and the Maharashtra Land Revenue (Village, Town and City Survey) Rules, 1969 framed thereunder, and to prepare Record of Rights in the form of Property Card as prescribed in the said Rules in respect of each parcel of land in such entire area of Municipal Corporations or Municipal Councils or Nagar Panchayats as approved under the Government Resolution, Revenue and Forests Department No. RABHUAA-2024/C.R.478/L-1, dated the 30th April, 2025.
