क्रमांक मादाुवआ-१२२५/प्र.क्र.६३/कामा-१०.— माहुाराष्ट्र दाुकानांे व आस्थापनांा (नांोकराीचौे व सेवाशतांचौे दिवदिनांयमानां) अदिदिनांयमा, २०१७ (२०१७ चौा माहुा.६१) याच्या कलमा ३४ द्वाराे, प्रदानां कराण्याता आलेल्या अदिकारांचौा वापरा करूनां, माहुाराष्ट्र शासनां, याद्वाराे, माेससग ॲक्संचौरा सोल्युशन्स प्रायव्हुेटें दिलदिमाटेंेड यांनांा एका वर्षागसाठी, उक्ता अदिदिनांयमाच्या कलमा १४ च्या ताराताुदांमाूनां पुढील अटेंी व शथाीच्या अीनां राहुूनां सूटें दाेण्याता येता आहुे :—
उक्ता अदिदिनांयमाच्या कलमा १४ पासुनां सूटें दिमाळदिवतांनांा, आस्थापनांा, माहुाराष्ट्र दाुकानांे व आस्थापनांा (नांोकराीचौे व सेवाशतांचौे दिवदिनांयमानां) अदिदिनांयमा, २०१७ (२०१७ चौा माहुा.६१) याच्या इतारा सवग ताराताुदांचौे अनांुपालनां कराील. उक्ता अदिदिनांयमाच्या इतारा ताराताुदाीचौे अनांुपालनां नां केल्याच्या बाबताीता उक्ता अदिसूचौनांा राद्द कराण्याता येईल.

NOTIFICATION
Maharashtra shops and EstablishMEnts (rEgulation of EMployMEnt and Conditions of sErviCE) aCt, 2017.
No.MS&EA-1225/C.R.63/Labour-10.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 34 of the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Mah. LXI of 2017), the Government of Maharashtra hereby Exempt Ms. Accenture Solutions Private Ltd. from the operation of the provisions of Section 14 of the said Act for the period of one year, subject to the following terms and conditions, namely :-
While availing exemption from the Section 14 of the said Act, the Establishment shall Comply with all other provisions of the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Mah. LXI of 2017). In case of non-compliance with other provisions of the said Act, the said notification shall be cancelled.
