No. ICM 1025/C.R.131/Labour 6.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 (Mah. I of 1972) and in supersession of previous Notifications amended from time to time the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares the Jurisdiction mentioned over the local areas shown respectively, in column(3) of the Schedule appended hereto, against the Labour Courts shown in column(2) of the Schedule hereto appended with effect from 11th October 2025.

No. ICM 1025/C.R.131/Labour 6.— In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 3 of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 (39 of 1972), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, and in supersession of all previous notifications, orders or instruments issued in this behalf and are in force in any part of the State, the Government of Maharashtra being the appropriate Government, hereby appoints the Presiding officers of the Labour Courts, appointed under section 9 of the Bombay Industrial Relations Act, 1946 (Bom. No. ICM 1025/C.R.131/Labour 6.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) read with sub-rule (1) of Rule 9 of the Bombay Employees Insurance Court Rules, 1959 and in super session of the previous notifications issued in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby notify with effect from 11th October 2025.
1) Constitute of Employees Insurance Courts as specified in column 2 of the Schedule annexed hereto, for the local areas respectively specified against them in column 4 of the said schedule and 2) appoints officers (being qualified under Section 74 of the said Act) specified in column 3 of the said Sehedule to be the Judge of the said Courts respectively specified against them in column 2 there of.

No. ICM 1025/C.R.131/Labour 6.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (XI of 1948), in its application to the State of Maharashtra Government of India Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. G. S. PayMent of Wages act, 1936.
No. ICM 1025/C.R.131/Labour 6.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 (IV of 1936) in its application to the State of Maharashtra, and in supersession of previous Notifications the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column No. (2) of the Schedule appended hereto be the authorities within the areas specified against each of them in column (3) of the Schedule, to hear and decide all claims arising out of deductions from the wages or delay in payment of the wages of person employed or paid in that area, including all matters incidental to such claim under the said Act with effect from 11th October 2025.
