Sultana Vishnu Sonawane as " Special Public Prosecutor " and recommendation received from Home Department; the Government of Maharashtra hereby cancels the appointment of Adv. Sultana Vishnu Sonawane as " Special Public Prosecutor " for conducting the Criminal Case No. PW/700057/2014 pending before Hon'ble Metropolitan Magistrate Court, No. 21, Bandra, Mumbai which is arising out of No. 58/2012 registered at Vakola Police Station, Mumbai made under the Government Notification No. SPP-1019/236-VIP/U.O.R.277/D-XIV, dated 15th December, 2020 with immediate effect.

No. SPP.2025/U.O.R.55/D-XIV.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 44 of the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Condition of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints Adv. Mohammed Amin Hasan Solkar as " Special Public Prosecutor " for conducting the Criminal Case No. PW/700057/2014 pending before Hon'ble Metropolitan Magistrate Court No. 21, Bandra, Mumbai which is arising out of No. 58/2012 registered at Vakola Police Station, Mumbai.

2. The fees of Adv. Mohammed Amin Hasan Solkar as "Special Public Prosecutor" shall be paid by Home Department as per the proposal approved by this department.

3. His appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.

4. The Government reserves the right to revoke/modify/annul the order without assigning any reasons.
