२. आविणू ज्याअर्थी, प्रारूपु मसाुा उक्ते अविविनयमाच्या कलेम ९, १० ३४१ ब अन्ये पातूरा नगरापुरिराष क्षेत्रातेीले साव राविहायाच्या माविहातेीसाठी प्रविसाद्ध करायाचा आहाे. ज्याअर्थी, शासानाच्या नगरा विकासा विभाग याचाे आेशा क्र. एमसाीओ- २०२५-प्र. क्र.२४२-नवि–१४ वि. १० जून, २०२५ नुसारा सारा अविसाूचानेचा प्रारूपु मसाुा राजूपुत्राते प्रविसाद्ध कराण्याचाे अविकारा मुख्याविकाराी, नगरापुरिराष याना प्रान कराण्याते आले आहाेते. आविणू त्यानुसारा सारा प्रारूपु मसाुा प्रविसाद्ध कराण्याते येते असाून, उक्ते अविसाूचानेचा मसाुा विनाक १७ ऑक्टोबरा, २०२५ नतेरा राज्य शासान अर्थीा त्यानी प्राविकृते केलेले अविकाराी, हाे राज्य विनडणूक आयोग, महाराष्ट्र विकंा त्यानी प्राविकृते केलेले अविकाराी याच्या मान्यतेने विचाराते घेतेीले.

२. त्याअर्थी, आतेा, राज्य शासान अर्थीा त्यानी प्राविकृते केलेले अविकाराी महाराष्ट्र नगरापुरिराष, नगरापुचायतेी औद्योविगक नगराी अविविनयम, १९६५ कलेम ९, १० ३४१ ब च्या अन्ये उक्ते नगरापुरिराष क्षेत्रा विजूतेक्या प्रभागाते विभागण्याते येईले त्या प्रभागाचाी साख्या त्याचाी व्याप्तेी या अविसाूचानेच्या अनुसाूचाीमध्ये शावविल्याप्रमाणूे विनश्चिचाते कराीते आहाेते.
३. या अविसाूचानेच्या तेाराेच्या विनकटोच्या पुढेीले साववित्राक विनडणूकीच्या प्रयोजूनार्थीव हाी अविसाूचाना अमलेाते येईले.

NOTIFICATION
No. MCO- 2025-C.No.242-UD–14, dated 10th June, 2025, The State Government with approval of State Election Commission, Maharashtra proposes to make the following Draft Notification under section 9, 10 & 341 B of the Maharashtra Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayat and Industrial Township Act, 1965 (Mah.
Act No. XL of 1965) (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") to fix for the Patur Municipal Council, the number and the extent of the wards into which the said municipal area shall be divided, as shown in the Schedule to this Draft order.
2. And whereas the said Draft Order is hereby published as required by the section 9,10 & 341 B of the said Act for information of all the residents within the jurisdiction of the Patur Municipal Council And Whereas, vide Urban Development Department order No. MCO- 2025-C.No 242-UD-14, dated 10th June, 2025. The State Government Maharashtra, has delegated its powers to Chief Officer, Patur Municipal Council to publish the draft in the Official Gazette. Accordingly this Draft Notification is being published and the said draft will be taken into consideration by the state Government with the Approval of the State Election Commission, Maharashtra or an officer authorised by it for this purpose after 17th October, 2025.
3. And whereas, all persons who desire to raise any objection or suggestions to this draft should submit the same to the Chief Officer, Patur Municipal Council, in writing with reason on or before dated 27th October, 2025 Objections or suggestions received thereafter will not be considered.
