महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) रा(cid:249)य राखीव पोलीस बल अिधिनयम, १९५१.
(cid:312)मांक पोलीस-११२५/(cid:332).(cid:312).१७३/पोल-५अ.— महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) रा(cid:249)य राखीव पोलीस बल अिधिनयम (१९५१ चा ३८) या(cid:247)या कलम २१ (cid:247)या पोट-कलम (२) (cid:247)या खंड (क) (cid:465)ारे (cid:332)दान क(cid:577)ले(cid:269)या अिधकारांचा, आिण (cid:257)याबाबतीत (cid:257)यास समथ(cid:593) करणा(cid:311)या इतर सव(cid:593) अिधकारांचा वापर क(cid:544)न, महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासन, या(cid:465)ारे, महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) रा(cid:249)य राखीव पोलीस बलातील सश(cid:274)(cid:327) पोलीस िशपाई (पु(cid:543)ष) (सेवा(cid:332)वेश) िनयम, २०१२ याम(cid:260)ये आणखी सुधारणा कर(cid:256)यासाठी, पुढील िनयम करीत आहे :—
१. या िनयमांस, महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) रा(cid:249)य राखीव पोलीस बलातील सश(cid:274)(cid:327) पोलीस िशपाई (पु(cid:543)ष) (सेवा(cid:332)वेश) (सुधारणा) िनयम, २०२५, असे (cid:266)हणावे.
२. महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) रा(cid:249)य राखीव पोलीस बलातील सश(cid:274)(cid:327) पोलीस िशपाई (पु(cid:543)ष) (सेवा(cid:332)वेश) िनयम, २०१२ या(cid:247)या िनयम ३ म(cid:260)ये, पोट-िनयम (१) मधील खंड (अ) म(cid:260)ये, िव(cid:464)मान परंतुकानंतर, पुढील परंतुक जादा दाखल कर(cid:256)यात येईल:—
"परंतु, आणखी असे की, १ जानेवारी २०२२ पासून सु(cid:544) होणा(cid:311)या आिण ३१ िडस(cid:606)बर २०२५ रोजी संपणा(cid:311)या कालावधीम(cid:260)ये (cid:249)या उमेदवारांनी कमाल वयोमया(cid:593)दा ओलांडली आहे असे सव(cid:593) (cid:332)वगा(cid:597)चे उमेदवार, िनवडी(cid:465)ारे उ(cid:242)त पदांसाठी सन २०२४ व २०२५ या क(cid:569)ल(cid:606)डर वषा(cid:593)तील (cid:555)र(cid:242)त पदे भर(cid:256)यासाठी घे(cid:256)यात यावया(cid:247)या भरती (cid:332)ि(cid:312)येक(cid:555)रता, एक वेळची उपाययोजना (cid:266)हणून, पा(cid:327) असतील.".

Order
No. Police-1125/C.R.173/Pol-5A.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (2) of Section 21 of the Maharashtra State Reserve Police Force Act (XXXVIII of 1951), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Armed Police Constables (Male) in Maharashtra State Reserved Police Force (Recruitment ) Rules, 2012, namely :—
1. These rules may be called the Armed Police Constables (Male) in Maharashtra State Reserved Police Force (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2025.
2. In rule 3 of the Armed Police Constables (Male) in Maharashtra State Reserved Police Force (Recruitment ) Rules, 2012, in sub-rule (1), in clause (A), after the proviso, the following proviso shall be added, namely :—
"Provided further that, the candidates of all categories who have crossed the upper age limit during the period commencing from the 1st January 2022 and ending on 31st December 2025, shall be eligible for recruitment process to be conducted for filling up vacancies of the calendar year 2024 and 2025 for the said post by selection, as one-time measure.".
