NOTIFICATION OF FINAL WARD FORMATION

No. एमसाीओ-2025-प्र. क्र. 242-नवि-14विनाक 10 जून, 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9, 10 & 341 B of The Maharashtra Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayat and Industrial Township Act, (Mah.

ActNo.XL of 1965) (hereinafter reffered to as the "said Act") after carefully taking into consideration the objection & suggestion received in response to the Draft Notification No भाग 1 –अ (असा) (अ.वि.पु.) म.शा.रा.,अ. क्र. 492 वि. 17 ऑक्टोंबरा, 2025 fixing for the Patur Municipal Council. The number and the extent of the wards into which the said municipal area shall be divided is shown in the schedule to said Draft Notification. The state Government or its authorised officer, with the Approval of the State Election Commission, Maharashtra or its authorised officer, hereby makes the following Notification.

2. Whereas the State Government or its authorised officer with the Approval of the State Election Commission, Maharashtra or its authorised officer, as specified for Patur Municipal Council under section 9 & 10 of the The Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayat and Industrial Township Act, 1965 the Number of Councilors to be elected and number of wards is as follows :-

1. Total number of councillors . . 20

2. Two councillors wards . . 10

3. Thresscouncillors wards . . 00

4. Total wards . . 10

3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers under section 9, 10 & 341 B of the The Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayat and Industrial Township Act, 1965. The State Government or its authorised officer with the approval of the State Election Commission, Maharashtra or its authorised officer hereby fix the number and extent of the wards into which the said Municipal Council area shall be devided as shown in the schedule to this Notification.

4. The Notification shall take effect for the purpose of the next general election held immediatetly following the date of this Notification.

2 1 Location-

North:- Starting from the house of Pramod Manohar Surwade, proceeding along the road towards east up to the house of Chandrabhaga Janak Bashire.

Ward No. 1 Population Total-1704 SC- 940 ST - 9

East:- From the house of Chandrabhaga Janak Bashire, going south along the riverbed, up to the house of Munir Shah, and further up to the house of Shaikh Jamil Shaikh Mehmood.

South:- From the house of Shaikh Jamil Shaikh Mehmood up to the house of Siddiq Sir.

West:- From the house of Siddiq Sir, going north to the house of Mohsin Saudagar, then to the house of Gajanan Tayade, then north to the house of Dwarkabai Avchar, then further east to the house of Padma Ashok Pohare, then crossing the road to the house of Shahabas Khan Abdullah Khan, then further to the house of Shankar Gotarkar, then north to the house of Gajanan Gujar, then crossing the road to the house of Shaligram Dongre, and then further along the road north up to the house of Pramod Manohar Surwade.

2 2 Location-

North:- From the house of Ramdas Amale, going east to the house of Vaman Chandrabhan Nimkande, then straight along the road north to the house of Santdas Patil, then further east up to the flour mill (Chakki), from there going south to the house of Kharat, crossing the road to the house of Rajesh Gulabrao Umale, then straight along the road east to the house of Vitthal Mahadev Dike, and further to Mahatma Phule Grocery Store.

East:- From Mahatma Phule Grocery Store, going straight south along the road to Shri Vitthal Temple, then crossing the road further south to the house of Harane, and further to the house of Sushilabai Deshpande.

South:-From the house of Sushilabai Deshpande, going west along a small road to the house of Ram Vijay Sugandhi, then north to the shop of Tayade (broker shop), crossing the road to the house of Rajendra Narayan Sugandhi, then further west along the road to the house of Jagannath Phulhari, then crossing the road to the house of Madhukar Band, from there going straight south along the road to the house of Shahidabi Bismillah Khan.

West:- From the house of Shahidabi Bismillah Khan, going straight north to Shri Khadkeshwar Temple, and further straight north up to the house of Ramdas Amale.

2 3 Location-

North:- Starting from the house of Pandurang Paramale, proceeding east to the house of Ramdas Bagade and further to the house of Dinesh Ingle.

Ward No. 3 Population Total- 1731 SC- 144 ST- 0

East:- From the house of Dinesh Ingle to Municipal Primary School No.1, then further to the house of Rambhau Devkar, then up to the Municipal Public Toilet, further from the house of Rambhau Ayskar going south to the house of Dhruv Kumar Deshmukh, then crossing the road to the house of Gajanan Pralhad Patil, further east to the house of Motiram Vadatkar, then up to the house of Vasudev Gadge, then to the house of Sunanda Akhare, from there going south to the house of Ayanul Haq Khan Mohammad.

South:- From the house of Ayanul Haq Khan Mohammad going west to the house of Sai Budan Sai Usman, then north to the house of Pushpa Shankar Phulhari, then crossing the road to the house of Mahendra Vishwanath Kale, then further south to the house of Chhaya Suresh Sant, then west to the house of Prakash Sukhdev Nimkande, then north to the house of Shamrao Dhone, then crossing the road to the house of Sanjay Saudale, then facing Shri Motta Maroti Temple and further going around the house of Pundalik Nimkande up to the house of Kisan Siraskar.

West:- From the house of Kisan Siraskar going straight north along the riverbed up to the house of Pandurang Parmale.

2 4 Location-

North:- From near the house of Balkrishna Sawat, close to the Municipal Public Toilet, proceeding east up to Shri Sidaji Maharaj Temple.

Ward No. 4 Population Total- 1482 SC - 15 ST - 54

East:-From Shri Sidaji Maharaj Temple, going straight south up to the house of Subhash Ingle, then further to the house of Rambhau Gayle, crossing the road to the house of Uttam Khandare, and further south up to the house of Sheikh Channnu Sheikhji.

South:- From the house of Sheikh Channnu Sheikhji, going west up to the house of A. Aziz A. Rehman, then crossing the road to the house of Raju Apparao Deshmukh, and further west up to the house of Vasantrao Dharamthok.

West:- From the house of Vasantrao Dharamthok, going north to the house of Namdev Rakhonde Guruji, then further to the house of Kalpana Nibole, then east to the house of Sheikh Chand Sheikh Kalu, then further to the house of Namdev Ravji Ugle, then crossing the road to the house of Rambhau Gahile, then further west to the house of Mahadev Gadge, continuing straight along the road west to the house of Tulshiram Ugle, and further north up to the house of Balkrishna Sawat near the Municipal Public Toilet.

2 5 Location-

Ward No. 5 Population Total-1607 SC- 47 ST- 40

North:- From the house of Rajendra Kate towards the east up to the house of Madhav Walokar, then further to the house of Salam Tailor, then crossing the road to the house of Manzoor Ul Haq, and further up to the house of Munna (Hotel Owner).

East:- Starting From Munna Hotel wala 's hous going straight south along the farm boundary- from Giri Saheb,s house up to Pralhad Mahulikar,s cows shed –then further ahed to Vikram Khandare,s hous , and crossing the road to Dhurpatabai Ingle house,s. From there, in front of Parvez Kirana Store, cross the road again up to Balaji Medical, and from there south wards up to Shanabai futane's house .

South:- From Shanabai futane's house, go west to shehnaz begum motebar ali jahagirdar,s house. from there, proceed north wards to saiwed masood kadiri's house, than to mahammad sadiqu sheikh's house , and further to Hafeez Mujeeboddin's house. From there,continue straight along the road up to the haveli, then cross the road west wards to mohammad mehf uzoddin's e house, and from there straight west to Subhash Chunade's house. West:- From the house of Subhash Chunade towards the north to the houses of Ghaffar and then Anis Mistri, then crossing the road to the house of Ayub Sir, and straight up to the house of Kate Guruji.

2 6 Location-

Ward No. 6 Population Total- 1418 SC - 19 ST- 11

North:-Up to the house of Kisan Abhiman, then crossing the road to the house of Mohd. Ayub Mohd. Yusuf, up to the house of Kashiram Vastakar, then to the house of Santosh Sheshrao Dhokne, to the house of Ganesh Pralhad Dhokne to House Of Prabhakar Sastkar, then further up to the shop of Jabiuallah (broker shop), from there north to the clinic of Dr. Sanjay Parihar, then crossing the road to the house of Madhukar Ganorkar, and then east up to the house of Yawar Khan.

East:- From the house of Yawar Khan, going straight south along the road to the house of Kalim Khan, and further to the house of Shakeel Khan.

South:- From the house of Shakeel Khan, going west to the house of Saiyad Sikandar, then further to the house of Saiyad Habiboddin, then to the house of Saiyad Akiloddin, then up to the corner of Jama Masjid, crossing the road to the house of Suresh Chandrasingh, crossing the road again to the printing press shop in Gahlot's compound, then west to the house of Advocate Mohsin Saiyad Gaffar, then further to the house of Saiyad Rashid Saiyad Rajjak, then crossing the road to the house of Saiyad Zakir Hussain, from there north to the house of Sheikh Nazir, further to the house of Sheikh Bismillah, along the road to the house of Sheikh Mehebub up to the riverbed.

West: From the house of Sheikh Mehebub, going straight along the riverbed to Shahbabu Gate, and then further to the house of Kisan Abhiman.

2 7 Location-

Ward No. 7 Population Total- 1602 SC- 0 ST- 37

North:- From the house of Maldarkhan Chand Khan up to the house of Rais Khan Rumkhan, then crossing the road to the house of Sheikh Hakim Sheikh Munaf, then to the house of Sheikh Abbas Qureshi, and further to the house of Sheikh Burhan Sheikh Fakira up to the riverbed.

East:-From the riverbed going south to Chaman Masjid, then further to the house of Sheikh Ghaffar Sheikh Latif, from there west to the hotel of Rais Khan Rumkhan, and further to the house of Sheikh Rafiq Sheikh Choudhary.

South:- From the house of Sheikh Rafiq Sheikh Choudhary, then further west to the house of Saiyed Mehebub, then to the house of Saiyed Ejaz Saiyed Ayyub, then to the house of Saiyed Rehman, and further to the house of Saiyed Aziz Saiyed Bashir.

West:- From the house of Saiyed Aziz Saiyed Bashir to House of Asad Saiyed Gabru, then further along the Municipal boundary to near Bulambad Gate, to the house of Salabat kha Fulari, then to the house of Hatamshah Rasool Shah, then to the house of Saiyed Farid Saiyed Kadar, then to the house of Saiyed Ibrahim Saiyed Umar, then to the house of Saiyed Sabir, and finally back to the house of Maldarkhan Chand Khan.

2 8 Location-

Ward No. 8 Population Total- 1729 SC- 0 ST- 1

North:- From the house of Sheikh Hamza Qureshi towards the east up to the Madrasa, then to the houses of Syed Ahmed, Syed Abbas, Syed Maqsood, and Syed Rasul. From there, further to the house of Syed Shakeel Syed Dastgir, then to the house of Kasam Qureshi, crossing the river up to the house of Sheikh Imam Sheikh Karim. From there, towards the north along the straight road up to the grocery shop of Syed Ayaz Syed Ibrahim, then towards the east up to the house of Naseebkhan Hafeezullah Khan, and further to the house of Sheikh Abdullah Sheikh Rafiq.

East:- From the house of Sheikh Abdullah towards the south up to the house of Ashraf Ali, then further up to the house of Abdul Karim. From there, towards the west up to the house of Gyasoddin Kazi, and then further to the house of Sheikh Kasam.

South:- From the house of Sheikh Kasam towards the west, crossing the river up to the Bijjira Well, then further west to Shahbabu Primary School. From there, towards the west up to the house of Syed Amir Syed Rasul, then further to the house of Syed Ejaz Syed Rauf, further to the house of Latif Beg Sharif Beg, and up to the house of Nurkhan Ashraf Khan. West:- From the house of Nurkhan Ashraf Khan up to the house of A. Majeed A. Razzak, then further to the house of Syed Anis Syed Yaqoob, and back to the house of Sheikh Hamza Qureshi.

2 9 Location-

North:-From the house of Sheikh Niyamat Sheikh Chand

towards the east to the house of Faim Panwale, crossing the

road to the house of Usman Member, then to the houses of

Ward No. 9 Population Total- 1616 SC- 24 ST- 0

Sarfarazoddin Azimoddin, Masiyuddin, and Saiyed Mustaq

Saiyed Sabir, further crossing the road to the house of

Irfan Mistri, then crossing the road to the house of Haroon

Tailor, and up to the house of Mehetab Pahalwan.

East:-From the house of Mehetab Pahalwan onwards to

Mubarak Masjid, then to the house of Kazi Nurullah Haq,

straight to the house of Sattar Dukandaar, and further up

to Gond Gate.

South:- From Gond Gate going straight west along the

riverside road up to the house of Saiyed Mumtaz, then

crossing the road to the house of Chotu Driver, and further

to the house of Sheikh Mobin Sheikh Noor.

West:-From the house of Mobin Sheikh Noor to the house

of Sheikh Niyamat Sheikh Chand.

2 10 Location-

North:- From Ramesh Sakharam Bonde's house, east up to

Saiyyedpura Mosque. From there, go south to Mohammad

Ilyas mahammad Iqbal's house , then cross the road to

Ward No. 10 Population Total- 1481 SC - 166 ST - 32

Mohammad Jakioddin Mohammad Nasimoddin's house.

Form there, go east to Jabbar Hussain's house , then south

to Asadali's house from there, cross the road and go east

to Pralhad Narayan Gadge's house then crossing the road

again ,go to Baburao ingles house from there,proceed not

to Rambhau Bands shop,and then further Shevalkar house.

East:- From the house of Shevalkar straight south up to

the building of Kalekha.

South:-From the building of Kalekha to Golde's shop, then

west to the house of Madan Khode and south to the house of

Chandrabhan Gawai, up to Godwes.

West:- From Godwes to Hakim Kirana Store, crossing the

road to the house of Zahoor Thekedar, further to the house

of Amdakha, then to Haji Sheikh Munir, then to the house

of Kalekha Thekedar, and straight to the house of Ramesh

Sakharam Bonde.

NOTE :- 1. In case of any discrepancy in description of ward in the Marathi and English notification, the description as per boundaries shown in the map shall be treated as valid.

2. A map of the municipal council, showing the limit of the wards is available during office hours for inspection in the office of the municipal council.
