Under Section 37 of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966.
PUBLIC NOTICE
As per the proposal approved by the Chief Officer, Nagar Parishad, Umarkhed Resolution No. 507, dated 31st October, 2025 for modification in the Development Plan, and according to the powers delegated under Section 37(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, all powers related to execution of the Development Plan are vested with the Chief Officer of the concerned Municipal Council.
Therefore, as per the direction of Dr. Ajay Kurwade, Chief Officer, Nagar Parishad, Umarkhed, the following order is issued.-

The Development Plan of Umarkhed has been sanctioned by Government Urban Development Department No.TPS-2718-1763-CR-165-2018-Part Sanction-UD-30, dated 2nd December, 2021 and came into force from 5th May, 2022.
Accordingly, the proposal for modification in the Sanctioned Development Plan of Umarkhed Nagar Parishad is as follows.-
MINOR- MODIFICATION
The land in Umarkhed Municipal Council limit in Mouja Umarkhed khand 02, in Survey No. 268/1/A having Area 1.41 Hectare and in Survey No. 268/1/B having Area 1.32 Hectare, total area 2.73 Hectare in Agricultural Zone be converted into Residential Zone.
The part plan of Development Plan showing the above minor modification is kept open for public inspection during office hours in the office of Municipal Council, Umarkhed.
The objections and suggestions in respect of above proposed modification have to be sent in writing to the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Umarkhed within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
The suggestions or objections received within time would be considered before submitting the proposal to the Government for sanction.

Publication of Draft Development Plan of Achalpur Municipal Council (Original Limit-
2nd Revision) Under Section 26(1) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966.
NOTICE
No.MCA-TP-D.P.-Section-26-5944-2025.–
Whereas, the Municipal Council, Achalpur vide Resolution No. 15, Dated 21st July, 2023 had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Achalpur Municipal Council (Original Limit- 2nd Revision) for the area under its jurisdiction, as per the provision of section 38 & 23(1) read with section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Amravati Division, Supplement Part-1A (Extra Ordinary) on 14th August, 2023;
And whereas, as per the provision in section 24 of the said Act, the Municipal Council vide Order No. 2968/2023, dated 25th of August 2023, has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning, Amravati Branch, Amravati as "Town Planning Officer" to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area;
And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning, Amravati Branch, Amravati after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority on Dated 31st October, 2025 for publication under section 26(1) of the said Act; And whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No. 01, dated 03rd November, 2025 to publish the said Draft Development Plan under section 26(1) of the said Act, for inviting suggestions/ objections from the public;
Therefore, Achalpur Municipal Council hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan along with the Report under section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.-
1. The Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Achalpur.
2. Assistant Director, Town Planning, Amravati Branch, Amravati.
The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Achalpur within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. Suggestions/objections received by the Municipal Council within the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.
The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public at reasonable price in the office of the Achalpur Municipal Council.
