GAD/८६/२०२५-GAD-Lokshahidin.— महुाराष्ट्र लोकसेा हुक्क अविविनांयम, २०१५ (२०१५ चौा महुा. ३१) याच्या कलम १३ च्या पोट-कलम (३) अनांुसेार प्राप्ता झालेल्या अविकारांचौा ापोर करूनां राज्यपोाल, महुाराष्ट्र राज्य, कलम १३ च्या पोट-कलम (३) मध्ये उल्लेख करण्याता आलेल्या सेविमताीच्या विफारीसे अनांुसेरुनां श्री. सेुाकर बापोुरा ताेलंग यांचौी राज्य सेा हुक्क आयुक्ता, पोुणे महुसेुली विभाग या पोदाी विनांयुक्ताी करीता आहुेता.

सेदार अविविनांयमाच्या कलम १४ च्या पोट-कलम (१) च्या तारताुदाीनांुसेार राज्य सेा हुक्क आयुक्ता, पोुणे महुसेुली विभाग ज्या विदानांांकासे आपोला पोदाभार स्ीकारताील त्या विदानांांकापोासेूनां ५ र्षांाच्या कालाीपोयता विकंा त्यांच्या याचौी ६५ र्षांे पोूणेग हुोताील यापोैकी जे अगोदार घडेल ताोपोयता पोदा ारणे करताील.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra right to Public services act, 2015.

No.GAD/86/2025-GAD-Lokshahidin Desk.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Maharashtra Right to Public Services Act, 2015 (Mah. XXXI of 2015), the Governor of Maharashtra hereby, on the recommendation of the Committee referred to in sub-section (3) of said section 13, appoints Mr. Sudhakar Bapurao Telang, to be the State Commissioner for Right to Service for Pune Revenue Division, for the purposes of the said Act.

The State Commissioner for Right to Service for the Pune Revenue Division shall, in view of the provision of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the said Act, hold the office for a term of five years from the date on which he enters upon the office or till he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.
