क्रमांक MEDD-14010/3/2025-MMD(Adhi)/1033487.–महाराष्ट्र व्यसायोपाचार भाौवितेकोपाचार पारिरषदाेचे (यापांढे याचा उल्लेख "उक्ते पारिरषदा" असा करण्याते आला आहाे.) दाैनंविदान कामकाज संरविळतेपाणाे पार पाण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्र राज्य व्यसायोपाचार भाौवितेकोपाचार पारिरषदा अविविनयम, २००२ (यापांढे याचा उल्लेख "उक्ते अविविनयम" असा करण्याते आला आहाे) च्या कलम ३७ (२) (ख) नंसार ॉ. विेक पाखमोे, सहासंचालक, ैद्यकीय विक्षणा संोन संचालनालय, मं ंबीई यांच्याके विदानांक १३ मे, २०२५ च्या अविसूचनेनंसार प्रासक पादाच्या अवितेरिरक्ते कायगभारास विदानांक १५ माचग, २०२५ पासून सहा मविहान्यांची मंदातेाढे दाेण्याते आली आहाे. सदार मंदातेाढेीचा कालाी विदानांक १४ सप्ंबीर, २०२५ रोजी संपांष्ाते येते हाोतेा.

राज्याते The National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP) Act, २०२१ या अविविनयमाची अंमलबीजाणाीच्या अनंषंगाने आतेा राज्याते Maharashtra State Allied and Healthcare Council Maharashtra State Council for Allied and Healthcare Professions Rules, २०२४ अनंक्रमे विदानांक १० ऑक्ोबीर, २०२४ च्या अविसूचनांनंसार अस्तितेत्ाते आले आहाेते. प्रतेंते नीन पारिरषदा पाूणागपाणाे कायागस्तिन्ते हाोण्यासाठी कामकाज संरू हाोण्यासाठी कंद्र ासनाच्या विनयम उपाविनयमांची आश्यकतेा आहाे. सदार विनयम उपाविनयम तेयार करण्याची कायगाहाी कंद्र ासनाकून संरू आहाे. Maharashtra State Allied and Healthcare Council पांणागपाणाे कायागस्तिन्ते हाोईपायंते उक्ते अविविनयम मागे घेईपायंते उक्ते पारिरषदाेचे कामकाज संरू ठीेणाे आश्यक आहाे. त्यामंळे महाराष्ट्र राज्य व्यसायोपाचार भाौवितेकोपाचार पारिरषदाेचे दाैनंविदान कामकाज संरविळतेपाणाे पार पाण्यासाठी उक्ते अविविनयमाच्या कलम ३७ (२) (ख) नंसार ॉ. विेक पाखमोे, सहासंचालक, ैद्यकीय विक्षणा संोन संचालनालय, मं ंबीई यांच्याके विदानांक १३ मे, २०२५ च्या ासन आदाेानंसार सोपाविण्याते आलेल्या प्रासक पादाच्या अवितेरिरक्ते कायगभारास विदानांक ३१ विसंबीर, २०२५ पायंते मंदातेाढे दाेण्याते येते आहाे.

Maharashtra state CounCil for oCCupational therapy and physiotherapy aCt, 2002.

No. MEDD-¹⁴⁰¹⁰/³/²⁰²⁵-MMD(Adhi)-^1033487.–According to Section ³⁷(²)(b) of the Maharashtra State Council for Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), Dr. Vivek Pakhmode, Joint Director, Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Mumbai has been assigned the additional charge of the Administrator to carry out the daily work of the Maharashtra Council of Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy (hereinafter referred to as "the said Council"), smoothly vide Government order dated 15th March 2024. Thenafter vide Govt Notification dated 13th May 2025 extension of additional charge up to 14th September 2025 was given to Dr. Pakhmode. The term of office of the said post was expiring on 14th March 2025.

In the context of the implementation of The National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP) Act, 2021, a Central Government Act, the Maharashtra State Allied and Healthcare Council and the Maharashtra State Council for Allied and Healthcare Professions Rules, 2024 have now come into existence in the state vide notifications dated 10th October 2024, respectively. Rules and sub-rules of the Central Government are required for the complete operationalization and functioning of this new Council. The process of formulating these rules and sub-rules is underway by the Central Government. It is necessary to continue the functioning of the said Council until the Maharashtra State Allied and Healthcare Council becomes fully operational and the said Act is withdrawn. Therefore, the extended additional charge of an Administrator assigned to Dr. Vivek Pakhmode, Joint Director, Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Mumbai, vide Government Order dated 13 th May 2025, is hereby extended up to 31 December, 2025 as per clause 37 (2) (b) of the said Act for the smooth functioning of the daily affairs of the Maharashtra Council for Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy.
