क्रमांक पसन/कावि-२०२६/कार्या-१८०/२०२५.- ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र राज्य शासनाने दिनांक २० डिसेंबर २०१२ रोजी महाराष्ट्र शिक्षण आणि रोजगार हमी (उपकर) (सुधारणा) अधिनियम, २०१२ अधिनियमित केला होता ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शिक्षण आणि रोजगार हमी (उपकर) (सुधारणा) अधिनियम, २०१२ याद्वारे सुधारणा करण्यात आलेल्या महाराष्ट्र शिक्षण आणि रोजगार हमी (उपकर) (सुधारणा) अधिनियम, १९६२ (१९६२ चा महाराष्ट्र २७) घ्या कलम ४ च्या खंड (अ) मधील उपखंड (दोन) व कलम ६-ब च्या खंड (अ) मधील उपखंड (दोन) नुसार महाराष्ट्र नगरपरिषदा, नगरपंचायती व औोगिक नगरी अधिनियम, १९६५ (१९६५ चा ३) या अन्वये गठित केलेल्या ओझर नगरपरिषदेच्या, नगरपरिषद क्षेत्राच्या बाबतीत दिनांक १ एप्रिल २०२५ पासून जमिनींचे किंवा इमारतींचे भांडवली मूल्य मालमत्ता कराच्या आकारणीच्या मूलाधार म्हणून स्वीकारलेल्या, निवासी व निवासेतर प्रयोजनासाठी वापरण्यात येणाया किंवा वापरण्याचा हेतू असलेल्या जमिनींवर व इमारतींवर आकारण्यात येणाया दरांचा प्रस्ताव नगरपालिकेकडून प्राप्त झाल्यावर, दर महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रातील अधिसूचनेद्वारे अधिसूचित करण्याचे अधिकार संबंधित जिल्हाधिकायांना प्रदान करण्यात आले आहेत.
आता त्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शिक्षण आणि रोजगार हमी (उपकर) (सुधारणा) अधिनियम, २०१२ याद्वारे सुधारणा करण्यात आलेल्या महाराष्ट्र शिक्षण आणि रोजगार हमी (उपकर) (सुधारणा) अधिनियम, १९६२ च्या कलम ४ च्या खंड (अ) मधील उपखंड (२) व कलम ६-ब च्या खंड (अ) मधील उपखंड (२) अन्वये प्रदान केलेल्या शक्तींचा वापर करून जिल्हाधिकारी, नाशिक यांना ओझर नगरपरिषदेकडून प्रस्ताव प्राप्त झाल्याने जिल्हाधिकारी, नाशिक यांच्या कार्यक्षेत्रामधील ओझर नगरपरिषदेच्या क्षेत्रासाठी निवासी व निवासेतर प्रयोजनांसाठी वापरण्यात येणाया किंवा वापरण्याचा हेतू असलेल्या जमिनींवर व इमारतींवर आकारण्यात येणाया भांडवलीकृत मूल्यावर आधारित राज्य शिक्षण उपकर व रोजगार हमी उपकर ज्या दराने ओझर नगरपरिषदेने आकारावयाचे व गोळा करावयाचे आहेत, ते दर जिल्हाधिकारी, नाशिक याद्वारे सोबतच्या अनुसूचीमध्ये नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे दिनांक १ एप्रिल २०२५ पासून अधिसूचित करीत आहे.

Maharashtra Education and Employment Guarantee (Cess) Amendment Act, 2012
Notification
क्रमांक पसन/कावि-२०२६/कार्या-१८०/२०२५.-- Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has enacted the Maharashtra Education and Employment Guarantee (Cess) Amendment Act, 2012 on 20th December 2012 ;
and whereas, sub-clause (ii) of Clause (a) of Section 4 and sub-clause (ii) of Clause (a) of Section 6-B of the Maharashtra Education and Employment Guarantee (Cess) Act, 1962 (Mah. XXVII of 1962) as amended by the Maharashtra Education and Employment Guarantee (Cess) Amendment Act, 2012 empowers the Collector to notify the rates of a Tax on Lands and Buildings used or intended to be used for a Residential and Non-Residential purpose to be levied with effect from 1st day of April 2025 in the Municipal area of Ozar Nagarparishad constituted under the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagarparishad and industrial Townships Act, 1965 by Notification in Maharashtra Government Gazette on receipt of the proposal from Ozar Nagarparishad for that purpose.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (ii) of Clause (a) of Section 4 and sub-clause (ii) of Clause (a) Section 6-B of the Maharashtra Education and Employment Guarantee (Cess) Act, 1962 as amended by the Maharashtra Education and Employment Guarantee (Cess) Amendment Act, 2012, the Collector, Nashik upon receipt of proposal from Ozar Nagarparishad, hereby notifies the rates of a Tax on Lands and Buildings used or intended to be used for a Residential and Non-Residential purpose at which the State Education Cess and Employment Guarantee Cess on capital value of lands and buildings shall be levied and collected by the Ozar Nagarparishad as mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto in the municipal area within the jurisdiction of Collector, Nashik with effect from the 1st day of April 2025.
