Publication of list of Modifications/changes in draft develoPMent Plan (original liMit - second revision + extended liMit) of Mehkar u/s 28(4) of Maharashtra regional & town Planning act, 1966

NOTICE

No.MCM-TP-1323-2025.–

Whereas, Mehkar Municipal Council, being Planning Authority, has published the Draft Development Plan (Original Limit - Second Revision + Extended Limit) of Mehkar u/s 26(1) of the Maharashtra Region- al and Town Planning Act, 1966, vide notice dated 05th August, 2025 for inviting suggestions/objections from public. The said Notice is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette of Amaravati Division, Supplement part/1-A, dated 5th August, 2025;

And whereas, after considering the suggestions/objections to the said Plan received within stipulated period, the Planning Committee constitued u/s 28(4) of the said Act, has submitted its report to the said Planning Authority on 24th October, 2025;

And whereas, the said Planning Authority after considering the report submitted by Planning Committee, "accepted it and passed Resolution No. 04, dated 30th October, 2025 to make modifications/ changes to the said Plan and to submit the said Plan for sanction to the Government u/s 30 of the said Act; And whereas, it is necessary to publish the said modifications/changes made in the said Plan for inspection of the public as per section 28(4) of the said Act;

Now, therefore, the list of modifications/changes made u/s 28(4) of the Act, by the said Planning Authority is hereby published as Appendix-A as per the provisions of said Act for information of the public.

M १ Reservation No. 75 Garden proposed to be reshape by deleting land allotted by government to Shree Sant Gajanan Maharaj vishava palakhi and that portion proposed to be included in Public Semi-Public Zone.

M ३ Northen side of Reservation No. 25 Housing For Dishoused and Reservation No. 26 Library is proposed to be deleted and area there under is proposed to be included in Residential Zone.

M ४ Proposed 15.00 M. wide road on the north-east side of Mouze Mehkar Survey No. 64 is proposed to be shifted on common boundary of Survey No. 64 and Survey No. 50,63 of Mouze Mehkar as shown on plan.

M ५ Reservation No.19 Play Ground shown in Mouze Mehkar Survey No.73 is proposed to be partly deleted and area there under is proposed to be included in Residential Zone.

M ६ Reservation No.24 Play Ground is proposed to be deleted and area there under is proposed to be included in Residential Zone.

M ७ Reservation No.23 Garden is proposed to be shifted on Amenity space of sanctioned layout in Survey No. 97 and area there under is proposed to be included in Residential Zone.

M ८ The Public Purpose (i.e. PSP zone) shown on the Amenity space of sanctioned layout in Survey No. 107 Mouze Mehkar is proposed to be deleted and proposed to be shown as Residential Zone.

M ९ Reservation No. 09 Play Ground is proposed to be deleted and area there under is proposed to be included in Residential Zone.

M १० The Boundary of Congested Area/Gaothan shown on Draft Development Plan is proposed to be shown as per Sanctioned Development Plan.

M ११ Reservation No. 39 Park is proposed to be deleted and area there under is proposed to be included in Residential Zone.

M १२ 12.00 M.wide D.P. road is proposed to be shown on western boundary of Reservation No.51 Vegetable Market in Survey No. 182 up to Survey No. 181 of Mouze Mehkar and accordingly Boundary of Reservation No.51 is proposed to be Revise.

M १३ Reservation No. 15 Town Hall is proposed to be deleted and area there under is proposed to be included in Residential Zone.

M १४ Reservation No. 48 Municipal Purpose is proposed to be deleted and area there under is proposed to be included in Residential Zone.

M १५ Reservation No. 13 Secondary School is proposed to be deleted and area there under is proposed to be included in Residential Zone.

M १६ All proposed service roads shown along National Highway and State Highway is proposed to be deleted and area there under is proposed to be included in Adjacent Zone and the Reservation.

M २२ Reservation No.01 Truck Terminal is proposed to be partly deleted from Survey No. 30 of Mouze Faizalapur and area there under is proposed to be included in Residential Zone.

M २३ The proposed 12.00 M. wide East-West D. P. road on northern side of Reservation No. 58, 59 proposed in Survey No. 276, 280, 281 and 282 of Mouze Mehkar is proposed to be deleted and area there under is proposed to be included in Adjacent Zone.

M २४ Reservation No. 37 Play Ground is proposed to be deleted and area there under is proposed to be included in Residential Zone.

M २५ Reservation No. 08 Primary School is proposed to be deleted and area there under is proposed to be included in Residential Zone.

M २६ From the junction of the National Highway NH753C in front of the Municipal Council Office to the western boundary of the weekly market width of the road is proposed to be kept as 15.00 M. wide and remaining proposed road width in Gaothan is proposed to be reduce to 12.00 M. M २७ The triangular area to the south side of proposed 15.00 M. wide D. P. road in Survey No. 24 of Mouze Mehkar is proposed to be is deleted from Agricultural / No Development zone and proposed to be included in Residential Zone.

M २८ The proposed 15.00 M. wide East-West D.P. road shown in the Survey No. 124 of Mouze Mehkar is proposed to be deleted and land there under is proposed to be included in Adjacent Zone.
