मंजूर विकास योजनेतील प्रस्ताव :--

मौजे सांगली येथील सि.स.नं. ८०९, ८०९/१ व ८०९/२ याठिकाणी दक्षिणोत्तर -२३ अन्वये ६.१० मी. नियोजित रस्ता रुंदीकरण ऐवजी ४.५० मी. रस्ता प्रस्तावित केला आहे.

नियोजित ेरबदल :--

मौजे सांगली येथील सि.स.नं. ८०९, ८०९/१ व ८०९/२ या ठिकाणी दक्षिणोत्तर -२३ अन्वये ६.१० मी. नियोजित रस्ता ऐवजी ४.५० मी. रस्ता प्रस्तावित असून सदर प्रस्तावित रस्त्याने बाधित क्षेत्र १०७.३१ चौ. मी. इतके रद्द करून सदर क्षेत्र रहिवास विभागात समाविष्ट करणे.

त्याअर्थी, याद्वारे सर्व संबंधितांना सूचित करण्यात येत आहे की, ज्या कोणाला नियोजित ेरबदलाबाबत हरकती अगर सूचना करावयाच्या असतील त्यांनी आपल्या लेखी हरकती व सूचना शासन राजपत्रात व स्थानिक वृत्तपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झालेपासून एक (१) महिन्याच्या आत महापालिकेकडे पाठवाव्यात. अशा हरकती व सूचनांचा महापालिका महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगर रचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम ३७ (१) नुसार विचार करेल.

प्रस्तावित ेरबदलबाबतचा भाग नकाशा महानगरपालिकेच्या सांगली विभागीय कार्यालयात जनतेच्या अवलोकनार्थ कार्यालयीन वेळेत उपलब्ध आहे.

No. S.M.K.Corpn./TP/1029/2025-26.–– Whereas, the Development Plan of Sangli-Miraj-Kupwad City Corporation has been partly sanctioned by the Government under Section 31 (1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 vide Urban Development Department's Notification No. TPS.-2008/244/CR- 1814/09/D.P.Sanction/UD-13, dated 4th April 2012 and has came into force with effect from dated 20th May 2012 Excluded Part of the Development Plan has been Sanctioned by Government vide U.D.D's Notification, dated 3rd March 2016 and has came into force with effect from dated 17th November 2016.

and whereas, the the Sangli-Miraj-Kupwad City Municipal Corporation being the Planning Authority has decided to modify the sanctioned Development Plan under Section 37 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 with respect to the following description.

Now, therefore Notice is hereby given to all concerned persons for inviting any objections or suggestions to the said Modification to submit such objections or suggestions within one month from the date of publication of this notice, in the official Gazette and the same will be considered by the Municipal Corporation as required under Section 37 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

A plan showing the Proposed Modification is available for inspection in the Municipal Corporation office during office hours on all working days.

तसेच सर्व हितसंबंधितांना, महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगर रचना अधिनियम, १९६६ च्या कलम ७२ मधील तरतुदीनुसार आणि त्याअंतर्गत केलेल्या महाराष्ट्र नगर रचना योजना नियम, १९७४ च्या नियम १३ नुसार, या सूचनेद्वारे जाहीर कळविण्यात येते की, आज दिनांक ९ डिसेंबर २०२५ रोजी नियुक्त लवाद यांनी वरील योजनेसंदर्भात लवादीय कामकाजास सुरूवात केली आहे आणि या योजनेमुळे बाधित झालेल्या जमीन- धारकांना प्रत्यक्ष हजर राहून आपले म्हणणे मांडण्यासाठी यथावकाश लेखी सूचनेद्वारे त्यांचेकडून कळविण्यात येणार आहे. या योजनेसंदर्भात ज्यांना काही प्रस्ताव किंवा सूचना ावयाच्या असतील त्यांनी त्या लेखी स्वरूपात निम्नस्वाक्षरीकार यांना ६० दिवसांच्या कालावधीत दाखल करावयाच्या आहेत.

वरीलप्रमाणे योजना तयार केल्यामुळे, ज्या जमीनधारकांच्या कोणत्याही मिळकती बाधित ( ) होतील आणि त्यामुळे कलम १०२ प्रमाणे यासंदर्भात मोबदला देय असेल त्यांनी निम्नस्वाक्षरीकार यांचेकडे, सदरहू नोटिस महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या तारखेपासून ६० दिवसांच्या आत, त्यांची मागणी दाखल करणे आवश्यक राहील.

तसेच याद्वारे जाहीर करण्यात येते की, वरील शासन मंजूर प्रारूप योजना अंतिम करण्यासंदर्भात, अधिनियमाच्या कलम ७२ मधील तरतुदींप्रमाणे, कार्यवाही करताना, या योजनेची प्रथमत: प्राथमिक न.र.यो. आणि अंतिम न.र.यो. याप्रमाणे उपविभागणी करून तदनंतर पुढील वैधानिक कार्यवाही करण्यात येणार आहे.

PUBLIC NOTICE

No. Arbitrator/T.P.S.No.1/Pandharpur/02/2025.–– Whereas, the Draft Town Planning Scheme No.1, Pandharpur has been Sanctioned by Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune under sub- section (2) of Section 68 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 vide Notification No. 4612, dated 1st August 2025. The said Notification is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part One-Pune Divisional Supplement, September 11-17, 2025 on Pages 1 to 3.

It is hereby announced to all concerned in the above mentioned Town Planning Scheme that for finalization of this approved Draft Town Planning Scheme No. 1, Pandharpur of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune has been appointed undersigned as Arbitrator as per the provisions of Section 72 vide Notification No. 5955, dated 7th October 2025 and the said Notification has been published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part One-Pune Divisional Supplement, November 6-12, 2025 on Page 14

It is also hereby notified to all interested parties that in accordance with the provisions of Section 72 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 and Rule No. 13 of the Maharashtra Town Planning Rules, 1974 made thereunder, that appointed Arbitrator has commenced the duties as ARBITRATOR in respect of the above scheme from dated 9th December 2025. And the land holders affected by the scheme will be informed by him through a written notice as soon as possible to appear in person and present their views. Those who have to give any proposal or suggestions regarding this scheme in written from has to file within 60 days to undersigned.

As a result of the scheme as above, any properties of the land holders will be injuriously affected and compensation will be payable in this regard under Section 102, It will be necessary to file their demand to the undersigned within 60 days from the date of publication of this Notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.

Also it is brought to the notice that, as per Section 72, the sanctioned Draft Town Planning Scheme will be firstly subdivided into Preliminary Town Planning Scheme and Final Town Planning Scheme and will be submitted to the state Government for sanction after following due procedure as per statutory provoisins.

and whereas, after considering the suggestions / objections to the said Plan received within stipulated period, the Planning Committee constitued under Section 28 (4) of the said Act, has submitted its report to the said Planning Authority on dated 17th April 2025 ;

and whereas, the said Planning Authority after considering the report submitted by Planning Committee, accepted it / partly accepted it suggested changes in it and passed Resolution No. 16, dated 17th June 2025 to make modifications / changes to the said Plan and to submit the said Plan for sanction to the Government under Section 30 of the said Act ;

and whereas, it is necessary to publish the said modifications / changes made in the said Plan for inspection of the public as per Section 28 (4) of the said Act.

Now, therefore, the list of modifications / changes made under Section 28 (4) of the Act, by the said Planning Authority is hereby published as Appendix-A as per the provisions of said Act for information of the public. The said Draft Development Plan showing the modifications / changes is kept open for the inspection of the public in the following offices, on working days, during office hours for a period of 30 days and is also available on website https://mahaulb.in/MahaULB/index
