PART-I

No. PL(APP)/Steno/2025/7177-216.—Shri Vivekanand Rajendra Bonde, Candidate at Sr. No. 20 on the Select List for the post of Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge, prepared by the High Court, Bombay is hereby appointed as "Personal Assistant '' in the Pay Matrix S-23 : 67700-208700, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, with efect from the date he assumes charge of the said post, purely on temporary and ad-hoc basis, on the conditions mentioned in Part II of this order.

PART-II

Conditions :—

1. His appontment shall be subject to Bombay High Court Appellate Side Service Rules, 2000 and such other Rules/Circulars as may be issued from time to time by the High Court.

2. On his appointment, he would be covered under New " Defined Contribution Pension Scheme '' (Renamed as " National Pension Scheme '' . The existing pension scheme under Maharashtra Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1982 and Maharashtra Civil Services (Commutation of Pension) Rules, 1984 and General Provident Fund Scheme would not be applicable to him.

3. His appointment as Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge shall be on probation for a period of two years or until an order declaring him to have satisfactorily completed the period of probation, is made by the Appointing Authority, whichever is later.

During the probation period his services are liable to be terminated without notice and without assigning any reason.

4. His seniority will be according to his postition in the select list for the post of Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge.

5. His appointment is made subject to the result of litigation/representation, whether pending, if any, or that may be filed, in which appointment to the post of Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge are/would be challenged.

6. His appiontment to the post of Personal Assistant shall be subject to the outcome of the verification of character and antecedents.

7. His appiontment is subject to being declared medically fit by an appropriate medical Authority.

8. He will have to deposit one month's Basic Pay in lieu of one month's notice, in case, he tender resignation without giving prior notice.

9. He will have to submit declaration duly signed by him and his concerned relatives stating that he has not taken any dowry as per provisions of Rule 23-A of the Bombay High Court (Conduct) Rules, 1989, or if unmarried, the same will be required to be submitted after marriage.

10. In case he fail to join duties within 30 days from the date of the receipt of this High Court Notification or to inform the undersigned his inability to do so, his nme will be struck off from the Select List.

11. In case the information submitted by him regarding his eligibility for the abovesaid post i.e. educational qualification, age, caste, domicile etc. is found to be incorrect or false, his services would be liable to be terminated at any time, without assigning any reason.

12. He has to submit the enclosed " Attestation form " alongwith " Identity Certificate (enclosed herewith) duly filled in and signed, at the time of joining the post.

Note :— The abovesaid candidate is hereby directed to join duty at 10-30 a.m. on any working day within 30 days from the receipt of this Notification in Personnel Deparment, High Court, Appellate Side,Bombay, Room No. 501, 5th Floor, Administration Building, Gokuldas Tejpal Hospital (G.T.) Compound, in front of Small Causes Court, Mumbai 400 001, alongwith all original certificates for verification purpose and one recent passport size photograph.

By E-mail dated 10th December 2025, Shri Bari has informed his unwillingness to join his duties as a Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay. Therefore, the appointment of Shri Tejas Vilas Bari on the post of Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay is hereby cancelled.

Henceforth, the abovesaid candidate shall have no right of whatsoever nature to claim appointment as a Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge on the establishment of the High Court, Bombay in respect of Select List dated 18th October 2025 referred above at Sr. No.1.

By an application dated 21st November 2025, Mr. Pirjade has informed his unwillingness to join his duties as a Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay. Therefore, the appointment of Mr. Sakib Najirhusen Pirjade, on the post of Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay is hereby cancelled.

Henceforth, the abovesaid candidate shall have no right of whatsoever nature to claim appointment as a Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge on the establishment of the High Court, Bombay in respect of Select List dated 18th October 2025 referred above at Sr. No.1.
