क्रमांक पसन/कावि/कार्या-०१/१७४/२०२६.---- माळेगाव बु. नगरपंचायत (यात यापुढे उक्त नियोजन प्राधिकरण असे निदशिलेले), तिच्या अधिपत्याखालील क्षेत्राची (यात यापुढे उक्त क्षेत्र असे उल्लेखलेली), महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगर रचना अधिनियम, १९६६ (यात यापुढे उक्त अधिनियम असे निदशिलेली) चे कलम २१ (२) चे अनुषंगाने कलम २३ (१) मधील तरतुदीनुसार प्रारूप विकास योजना (विकास योजना असे उल्लेखलेली) तयार करण्याचा इरादा ठराव क्र. ४८, दिनांक २८ ऑक्टोबर २०२२ अन्वये जाहीर करून त्याबाबतची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, भाग एक-पुणे विभागीय पुरवणीमध्ये जानेवारी १९-२५, २०२३ रोजी प्रसिद्ध केली होती.

उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २४ च्या तरतुदीस अनुसरून माळेगाव बु. नगरपंचायतीने उक्त क्षेत्रासाठी प्रारूप विकास योजना तयार करण्यासाठी नगर रचनाकार, बारामती शाखा, बारामती यांची नगर रचना अधिकारी म्हणून आदेश क्र. ६०४/२०२३, दिनांक २० एप्रिल २०२३ अन्वये नेमणूक केली होती. अधिनियमातील तरतुदीनुसार, नगर रचना अधिकारी तथा नगर रचनाकार, बारामती शाखा, बारामती यांनी, अधिनियमाचे कलम २५ अन्वये विमान जमीन वापर नकाशा तयार केल्यानंतर, क्षेत्राची प्रारूप विकास योजना तयार करून ती नियोजन प्राधिकरणाकडे अधिनियमाचे कलम २६ (१) अन्वये प्रसिद्ध करण्यासाठी हस्तांतरित केली आहे. नियोजन प्राधिकरणाने अधिनियमाचे कलम २६ (१) अन्वये प्रारूप विकास योजना जनतेकडून सूचना / हरकती मागविण्याकरिता प्रसिद्ध करण्यासाठी ठराव क्र. ०३, दिनांक १६ जानेवारी २०२६ अन्वये पारित केलेला आहे.

नियोजन प्राधिकरण प्रारूप विकास योजना, विकास योजना अहवालासह उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २६ (१) अन्वये नागरिकांकडून सूचना / हरकती मागविण्यासाठी प्रसिद्ध करणे आवश्यक आहे. सदरहू योजनेसंबंधीचे नकाशे व अहवाल कामकाजाच्या दिवशी कार्यालयीन वेळेत नागरिकांच्या अवलोकनार्थ, खाली नमूद केलेल्या कार्यालयात उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येणार आहेत.

१. मुख्याधिकारी, माळेगाव बु. नगरपंचायत, तालुका बारामती, जिल्हा पुणे.

२. सहायक संचालक, नगर रचना, बारामती शाखा, बारामती.

प्रारूप योजनेतील तरतुदीसंबंधी नागरिकांच्या काही सूचना / हरकती असतील तर त्यांनी ही सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झालेल्या दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांच्या आत मुख्याधिकारी, माळेगाव बु. नगरपंचायत यांचेकडे लेखी स्वरूपात कारणांसह पाठविणे आवश्यक आहे. सदरची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांचे आत मुख्याधिकारी, माळेगाव बु. नगरपंचायतीकडे प्राप्त झालेल्याच सूचना / हरकती विचारात घेतल्या जातील. उक्त प्रारूप विकास योजनेचे नकाशे व तपशीलाच्या प्रती योग्य शुल्क आकारून मुख्याधिकारी, माळेगाव बु. नगरपंचायतच्या कार्यालयात नागरिकांना उपलब्ध होऊ शकतील.

क्रमांक पसन/कावि/कार्या-०१/१७४/२०२६.––Malegaon Bk. Nagarpanchayat, (hereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority") vide Resolution No. 48 had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Malegaon Bk. Nagarpanchayat dated 28th October 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Draft Development Plan") for the area under its jurisdiction, (hereinafter referred to as the said "Area") as per the provision of Section 23 (1) read with Section 21 (2) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part One-Pune Divisional Supplement, January 19-25, 2023.

As per the provision in Section 24 of the said Act, the Malegaon Bk. Nagarpanchayat vide Order No. 604/2023, dated 20th April 2023 has appointed, Town Planner, Baramati Branch Baramati as "Town Planning Officer" to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said Area. The Town Planning Officer and Town Planner Baramati Branch after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per Section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said Area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority for publication under Section 26 (1) of the said Act. The said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No. 03, dated 16th January 2026 to publish the said Draft Development Plan under Section 26 of the said Act, for inviting suggestions / objections from the public ;

Therefore, Malegaon Bk. Nagarpanchayat hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan along with the Report under Section 26 (1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions / objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.

1. Chief Officer, Malegaon Bk. Nagarpanchayat, Taluka Baramati, District Pune.

2. Assistant Director, Town Planning, Baramati Branch, Baramati.

The suggestions / objections, if any, in writing, from the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the Chief Officer, Malegaon Bk. Nagarpanchayat, Taluka Baramati, District Pune within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. Suggestions / objections received by the Malegaon Bk. Nagarpanchayat within the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette only shall be considered.

The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public at reasonable price in the office of the Malegaon Bk. Nagarpanchayat.
