क्रमांक रासंस्मा-२०२३/प्र.क्र. ३१२/सां.का. ३.------ज्याअर्थी, पर्यटन व सांस्कृतिक कार्य विभागाची शासकीय अधिसूचना क्रमांक रासंस्मा-२०२३/प्र.क्र.३१२/सां.का. ३, दिनांक ३ सप्टेंबर २०२४ अन्वये महाराष्ट्र शासनाने यासोबत असलेल्या अनुसूचित र्िनदिष्ट केलेले प्राचीन व ऐतिहासिक स्मारक संरक्षित स्मारक म्हणून घोषित करण्याचा शासनाचा इरादा असल्याची महाराष्ट्र प्राचीन स्मारके व पुराणवस्तुशास्त्रविषयक स्थळे व अवशेष अधिनियम, १९६० (सन १९६१ चा महाराष्ट्र अधिनियम क्रमांक १२) या अधिनियमाच्या कलम ४ च्या पोट-कलम (१) अन्वये दोन महिन्यांची मुदत दिली होती ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, असे स्मारक संरक्षित म्हणून घोषित करण्यासंबंधी शासनाकडे कोणत्याही हरकती आलेल्या नाहीत ; त्याअर्थी, आता महाराष्ट्र प्राचीन स्मारके व पुराणवस्तुशास्त्रविषयक स्थळे व अवशेष अधिनियम, १९६० (सन १९६१ चा महाराष्ट्र अधिनियम क्र. १२) या अधिनियमाच्या कलम ४ च्या पोट-कलम (३) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे उक्त प्राचीन व ऐतिहासिक स्मारक हे संरक्षित स्मारक असल्याचे जाहीर करत आहे.

स्थान : मौजे मिरवेल, तालुका चंदगड, जिल्हा कोल्हापूर गट क्रमांक : २१ स्मारकाचे नाव : पारगड किल्ला मालकी : महाराष्ट्र शासन (वन विभाग) तपशील : पारगड हा किल्ला छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराजांनी गोव्यातील पोतर्ुगीजांच्या हालचालींवर लक्ष ठेवण्याकरिता इ.स. १६७४ साली बांधला. या गडाचा पहिला किल्लेदार म्हणून नरवीर तानाजी मालुसरे यांचा पुत्र रायबा यांचे नाव घेतले जाते. इ.स. १६८९ मध्ये औरंगजेबाचे पुत्र शहाजादा मुअज्जम व खवासखान यांनी पारगड किल्ल्यावर हल्ला केला होता. या युद्धात गडावरील तोफखान्याचे प्रमुख विठोजी धारातिर्थी पडले. विठोजी आणि त्यांच्या सती गेलेल्या धर्मपत्नी तुळसाबाई यांच्या समाध्या आजही गडावर आहेत.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA ANCIENT MONUMENTS AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES AND REMAINS ACT, 1960.
No. Rasansma 2023/C.R. 312/Sanka-3.—Whereas by the Government Notification, Tourism and Cultural Affairs Department, No. rasansma-2023/C.R. 312/Sanka-3, dated the 3rd September 2024 Government of Maharashtra had given two months' notice of its intention to declare the ancient and historical monument specified in the Schedule appended hereto to be a protected monument, as required by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Maharashtra Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1960 (Mah. XII of 1961) ;
And whereas, the Government has not received any objection to the making of such declaration.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Maharashtra Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1960 (Mah. XII of 1961), the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares that the said ancient and historical monument to be a protected monument.

Ownership : Forest Department (Government of Maharashtra) Particulars : Pargad Fort was built by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in 1674 A.D. to monitor the movement of the Portuguese in Goa. Raiba Malusare, son of Narveer Tanaji Malusare, is named as the first Killedar of this fort. In 1689 A.D. Aurangzed's sons Shahzada Muazzam and Khawas Khan attacked Pargad fort. IKn this battle, Vithojji the head of the artillery Martyred. The tombs of Vithoji and his wife Tulsabai, who were Sati, are still standing in the fort.

क्रमांक आयडीसी-२०२५/प्र.क्र. २६९/उ-१४.------ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ च्या कलम ४३ च्या खंड (१ब) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळाने (यात यानंतर ज्याचा उल्लेख " उक्त महामंडळ " असा करण्यात आला आहे) काढलेल्या अधिसूचना क्रमांक मऔविम/आय.एल.पी./पी-२३७४३२/२०२५, दिनांक ८ ऑक्टोबर २०२५ द्वारे " एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्र " (एकात्मिक लॉजिस्टिक पार्क) (यात यानंतर ज्यांचा उल्लेख " उक्त आयएलपी " असा करण्यात आला आहे) म्हणून मे. सेंट्रल इंडिया लॉजिस्टिक प्रा.लि., (यात यानंतर ज्यांचा उल्लेख " उक्त विकासक " असा करण्यात आला आहे.) यांच्याकडून विकसित करण्यात येत असलेल्या नागपूर जिल्ह्यतील नागपूर (ग्रामीण) तालुक्याच्या मोहगांव (खुर्द) गावामधील एकूण ९.९१ हे.आर. इतके क्षेत्र (यात यानंतर ज्याचा उल्लेख " उक्त क्षेत्र " असा करण्यात आला आहे) अधिसूचित केलेले आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, अशी अधिसूचना काढण्यात आल्यानंतर महामंडळ हे, महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ (यात यानंतर ज्याचा उल्लेख " उक्त अधिनियम " असा करण्यात आला आहे) अन्वये, उक्त " आयएलपी " यासाठी " विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरण " झालेले आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, शासन निर्णय उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभाग क्रमांक आयडीसी-२०१८/प्र.क्र. १३५/उद्योग-२, दिनांक २७ ऑगस्ट २०१९ द्वारे महाराष्ट्र शासनाने " आयएलपी " च्या विकासासंबंधीची कार्यपद्धती विहित करण्यात आलेली आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम १५१ च्या पोट-कलम (१) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारानुसार खाजगी जमिनींवरील " एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्र " (एकात्मिक लॉजिस्टिक पार्क) च्या संबंधित, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ४०, पोट-कलम (३) च्या खंड (ड) च्या उप खंड (१) अन्वये नियोजन प्रस्ताव मंजूर करण्याचा अधिकार, शासकीय अधिसूचना नगरविकास विभाग क्रमांक टीपीबी-४३१७/ प्र.क्र. ५४/२०१७/नवि-११, दिनांक २ जून २०१७ द्वारे प्रधान सचिव (उद्योग) यांना प्रदान करण्यात आला आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त महामंडळाने उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ४० मध्ये तसेच कलम ११५ च्या पोट-कलम (२) मध्ये निर्धारित केलेली कार्यपद्धती पार पाडलेली आहे आणि राज्य शासनाकडे त्याच्या मंजुरीसाठी बृहत आराखडा प्रस्ताव सादर केला आहे ;
त्याअर्थी, आता उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ४० च्या पोट-कलम (३) चा खंड (ड) तसेच कलम ११५ चे पोट-कलम (३) याद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि याबाबत त्यास समर्थन करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून, सचिव (उद्योग), उद्योग, ऊर्जा कामगार व खनिकर्म विभाग याद्वारे, आराखडयावर दर्शविण्यात आल्याप्रमाणे, उक्त क्षेत्राच्या बृहत आराखडा प्रस्तावाला पुढील शतर्ींच्या अधिनतेने मंजुरी देत आहे :------
(१) सदर मंजुरी केवळ प्रस्तावित जमिनीचा वापर, सोई-सुविधांच्या जागा, मोकळ्या जागा, रस्त्याचे स्वरूप यासारख्या प्रस्तावांसाठी आहे.
(२) महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळाच्या CDCPR-२०२३ नियमावलीनुसार, महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळाकडून विन्यास/बांधकामाचा आराखडा अंतर्गत प्रवेश मार्ग, तलपृष्ठ निर्देशांक, वाहनतळ व्यवस्था इत्यादींची सखोल छाननी करण्यात यावी.
(३) महाराष्ट्र प्रदुषण नियंत्रण मंडळाने नमूद केलेल्या शर्ती आणि संबंधित प्राधिकरणाकडील पर्यावरण विषयक परवानगी (लागू असल्यास) बंधनकारक राहील.
(४) बांधकाम आराखडयाला मंजुरी देताना, उक्त विकासक सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभाग, महावितरण (म.रा.वि.म.) इत्यादी विभागांकडून जेथे जेथे आवश्यक असेल तेथे तेथे ना-हरकत प्रमाणपत्र घेईल.
(५) प्रस्तावित सोई-सुविधांची जागा आणि मोकळी जागा यामध्ये करण्यात येणारे वापर महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळाच्या CDCPR-२०२३ नियमावलीच्या आवश्यकतेनुसार असतील.
(६) उक्त विकासक, भूमि अभिलेख विभागाकडील, नियोजन प्रस्तावानुसार सीमांकन आराखडा प्राप्त करील.
(७) उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ४० च्या पोट-कलम (३) चा खंड (ड) तसेच कलम ११५ चे पोट-कलम (३) यान्वये मान्यता मिळाल्याच्या दिनांकापासून प्रस्ताव तात्काळ अंमलात येतील.
५ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र भाग चार-ब गुरुवार ते बुधवार, जानेवारी २२-२८, २०२६/माघ २-८, शके १९४७(८) विना परवानगी बांधकामाकरिता प्रशमन शुल्क (Compounding Charges) आकारण्याबाबत म.औ.वि. महामंडळाचे प्रचलित धोरण लागू राहील.
नियोजन प्रस्ताव दर्शविणारा आराखडा सामान्य जनतेच्या निरीक्षणासाठी महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळाच्या कार्यालयांमध्ये कार्यालयीन वेळेत उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येईल.

MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL AND TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966.
No. IDC 2025/C.R.269/IND-14.—Whereas, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (hereinafter referred to as ' the said Corporation ') vide Notification No MIDC/IIA/P237432/2025 dated the 8th October 2025 issued in exercise of powers conferred by clause (1B) of section 43 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 has notified total area of 9.91 Hectare are from village Mohgaon (Khurd) of Taluka Nagpur (Rural) in District Nagpur (hereinafter referred to as ' the said Area ') for being developed by M/s. Central India Logistic Pvt. Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as ' the said Developer') to be an " Integrated Industrial Area " 'Integrated Logistic Park (Logistic Park) ' (hereinafter referred to as ' the said ILP ') ;
And whereas, upon such notification, the Corporation, has become the ' Special Planning Authority ' for the said ILP under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as 'the said Act ') ;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra vide Government Resolution Industry, Energy and Labour Department No.IDC 2018/C.R.135/lndustry-2, dated the 27th August 2019 has laid down the procedure regarding development of the ILP ;
And whereas, in pursuance of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 151 of the said Act, the power to approve Planning Proposals under sub-clause (1) of clause (d) of sub-section (3) of section 40 of the said Act regarding Integrated Industrial Area' (Integrated Logistic Park) on private lands has been delegated to Principal Secretary (Industries) vide Government Notification, Urban Development Department No. TPB 4317/CR-54/2017/UD-11, dated the 2nd June 2017 ;
And whereas, the said corporation has completed the procedure laid down in section 40 read with sub-section (2) of section 115 of the said Act and submitted the Master Plan proposal to the State Government for its approval.
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (3) of section 40 read with sub-section (3) of section 115 of the said Act and of all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Secretary (Industries) of Industry, Energy, Labour and Mining Department hereby grant approval to the Master Plan proposal of the said Area as shown on plan, subject to following conditions, namely :—
(1) This sanction is only for the planning proposals like proposed land use, amenity spaces, open spaces, road pattern.
(2) Detailed scrutiny of layout/building plans, internal means of access, FSI, parking etc. should be done by MIDC according to MIDC's CDCPR-2023.
(3) Conditions mentioned by MPCB (Maharashtra Pollution Control Board) and Environmental Clearance from the respective authority shall be binding (if applicable).
७ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र भाग चार-ब गुरुवार ते बुधवार, जानेवारी २२-२८, २०२६/माघ २-८, शके १९४७(4) While sanctioning building plans, the said Developer shall take NOC from PWD, Mahavitaran (MSEB) etc. Departments wherever necessary.
(5) Users provided in proposed amenity space and open space shall be as per requirement of MIDC's CDCPR-2023.
(6) The said developer shall obtain demarcation plan as per planning proposals from the land record department.
(7) The proposals shall immediately came into effect from date of approval under clause (d) of sub-section (3) of section 40 read with sub-section (3) of section 115 of the said Act. (8) Compounding Charges will be applicable to Unauthorized construction as per prevailing Policy of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation.
The plan showing the planning proposal shall be made available for inspection for general public during office hours in offices of MIDC.
