No.Rule/P.1616/Notification.-3/2026.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Regulation 4 of the Gender Sensitization and Sexual Harassment of Women at High Court of Bombay (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2014 and corrigendum dated 16.07.2025 issued in the earlier High Court Notification No. Rule/P.1616/1/2023, dated 29th December 2023 regarding constitution of the "High Court of Bombay Gender Sensitization and Internal Complaints Committee (GSICC)" to deal with the complaints if any, of sexual harassment of any woman at work place, the Hon'ble the Chief Justice is pleased to re-constitute the "High Court of Bombay Gender Sensitization and Internal Complaints Committee (GSICC)" for the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, at its Principal Seat at Bombay as under :—
