THE COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, RAILWAY, MUMBAI
Order
(UNDER SECTION 163 OF The BHARTIYA NAGRIK SURAKSHA SANHITA, 2023)
No. CPRLY/SPL. BR./2025/10.— Whereas, it is likely that terrorist/anti-national elements might make use of drones, remote controlled micro-light aircrafts, Para-gliders in their attacks and thereby target VVIPs, endangering the life of public at large, destroy public property and cause disturbances to law and order in the Mumbai Railway Commissionerate area ;
2. WHEREAS, it has become necessary that certain restrictions should be put on the activities of such elements across the Mumbai Railway Commissionerate to prevent probable sabotage through such drones, remote controlled micro-light aircrafts, Para-gliders, for which some preventive and proactive measures needed be taken to prevent the same.
3. Therefore, I, M. Rakesh Kalasagar, Commissioner of Police, Mumbai Railway vide powers conferred upon me under section 163 of The Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), do hereby order that no flying activities of drone, remote controlled micro-light aircrafts, Para-gliders, Para Motors, Hang gliders, Hot air balloons, Private Helicopters, etc. shall be allowed in the jurisdiction of Mumbai Railway Commissionerate for the period of next 30 days. i.e. from 19th October 2025 to 17th Novermber 2025 except for aerial surveillance by specific permission in writing by Commissioner of Police, Mumbai Railway.
4. This order shall remain in force with effect 00-01 Hrs. of 19th October 2025 till 24-00 Hrs.
of 17th November 2025 unless withdrawn earlier.
5. Any person contravening this order shall be punishable Under Section 233 of the the Bhartiya Nyaya sanhita, 2023.
6. As the notice cannot be served individually to all concerned, the order is hereby passed ex-parte. It shall be published for the information of public, through press and by affixing copies on the Notice Boards of the police stations, Divisional ACsP, Zonal DCsP, Municipal Ward Offices and by affixing copies at Tahsil and Ward Offices.

क्रमांक प्रा.योे पालघर/कलम २०(३)/रस्त्यांचे जाळे नकाशे/ससंनरपा/४३१.— ज्याअर्थी, राज्य शासनाने महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ (यापुढे " उक्त अधिनियम " असे संबोधिले आहे.) नुसार महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील पालघरसाठी प्रादेशिक योजना मंजूर केली आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ३७(१कक) (ग) व २०(४) मधील तरतुदींनुसार शासनाच्या नगरविकास विभागाकडील अधिसूचना क्रमांक टीपीएस-१८१८/प्र.क्र.२३६/१८/डिपी व आरपी/कलम ३७(१कक)(ग) व कलम २०(४)/नवि-१३, दिनांक २ डिसेंबर २०२० अन्वये एकत्रिकृत विकास नियंत्रण व प्रोत्साहन नियमावली महाराष्ट्र राज्याकरिता (काही अपवाद वगळता) मंजूर केली असून, दिनांक ३ डिसेंबर २०२० पासून अंमलात आलेली आहे व ती प्रादेशिक योजना क्षेत्रांकरिता लागू आहे (यापुढे " उक्त निमावली " असे संबोधिले आहे.) ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, सदर नियमावलीमधील विनियम क्र. ५.१.१. चे तरतुदींनुसार महानगरपालिकेच्या हद्दीपासून २ कि.मी. नगरपरिषदेच्या हद्दीपासून १ कि.मी. आणि नगर पंचायतीच्या हद्दीपासून ०.५० कि.मी. अंतरातील प्रादेशिक योजनेचे क्षेत्रामध्ये, जिथे प्रादेशिक योजनते झोन नकाशे तयार केलेले आहेत किंवा तयार केले नाहीत, अशा क्षेत्रांसाठी योग्य रस्त्यांच्या जाळ्यांचे नकशे तयार करणेचे आहेत ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त नियमावलीतील विनियम क्र. ५.१.१ चे तरतुदीनुसार प्रादेशिक योजना क्षेत्रातील प्रारुप रस्त्यांच्या जाळयांंच्या नकाशांबाबत उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २०(३) चे तरतुदीनुसारची कार्यवाही पूर्ण करणेकरिता शासनाच्या नगरविकास विभागाकडील शासन आदेश क्रमांक टीपीएम-१८२०/६१४/प्र.क्र. ७९/२०२१/नवि-१३, दिनांक २७ मार्च २०२५ अन्वये उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम १५४ चे तरतुदीनुसार दिलेल्या शासन निदेशान्वये संबंधित जिल्ह्यचे सहायक संचालक, नगररचना, पालघर शाखा कार्यालय यांना अधिकार प्रत्यायोजित करण्यात आले आहे.
आणि त्याअर्थी, आता सदर सूचनेशी संलग्न " परिशिष्ट-अ " नुसारच्या उक्त परिघस्त क्षेत्रातील प्रारुप रस्त्यांच्या जाळ्यांच्या नकाशांचे प्रसिद्धीकरण करणे व त्यानुषंगाने ३० दिवसांचे विहित मुदतीत नागरिकांच्या प्राप्त सूचना व हरकती यावर सुनावणी घेणे आवश्यक असल्याने, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २०(३) च्या तरतुदीन्वये सदरहू सूचना महाराष्ट् शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येत आहेत.
उक्त प्रारुप रस्त्यांच्या जाळयांच्या नकाशांच्या अनुषंगाने नागरीकांच्या काही सूचना / हरकती असतील तर त्यांनी ही सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झालेच्या दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांच्या आत सहायक संचालक, नगररचना, पालघर शाखा, पालघर कार्यालयाकडे लेखी स्वरुपात पाठवाव्यात, सदरची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांचे आत सहायक संचालक, नगररचना, पालघर शाखा, पालघर या कार्यालयाकडे प्राप्त झालेल्या सूचना / हरकती विचारात घेतल्या जातील.
उक्त प्रारुप रस्त्यांच्या जाळयांचे नकाशे नागरिकांच्या अवलोकनार्थ सहायक संचालक, नगररचना, पालघर शाखा, पालघर या कार्यालयात कार्यालयीन वेळेत उपलब्ध आहेत. उक्त प्रारुप रस्त्यांच्या जाळ्यांचे नकाशे व तपशील योग्य शुल्क आकारून सहायक संचालक, नगररचना, पालघर शाखा, पालघर या कार्यालयात नागरिकांना उपलब्ध होऊ शकतील.

MAHARASHTRA REGION AND TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966.
No. RP Palghar /Sec 20(3)/Road Network Plans/ADTP/431.— Whereas, the State Government has been sanctioned the Regional Plans for Palghar in Maharashtra State as per the provisions of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referr ed to as ' the said Act ') ;
And whereas, the Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations for Maharashtra State (with some exceptions) has been sanctioned under the provisions of section 37(1AA) (c) and 20(4) of the said Act by the Government in Urban Development Department vide Notification No. TPS-1818/CR-236/18/DP and RP/Sec. 37(1AA)(c) and 20(4)/UD-13, dated 2nd December 2020 and come into force with effed from 3rd December 2020 and it is applicable for the area under Regional Plans (hereinafter referred to as ' the said Regulations ') ;
And whereas, as per the provisions of Regulation No. 5.1.1. of the said Regulations, the areas in Regional Plan within a belt of 2 k.m. from the boundaries of Municipal Corporation, 1 k.m. from the boundaries of Municipal Council and 0.50 k.m. from the boundaries of Nagar Panchayat, where Zone Plans are prepared or not prepared, appropriate Road Network Plans to be prepared for such areas ;
And whereas, as per the provisions of Regulations No. 5.1.1 for the said Regulations, the Government in Urban Development Department vide Government Order No. TPS-1820/614/ C.R. 79/2021/UD-13, datd 27th March 2025, has been delegated the powers as per the provisions of section 154 of the said Act to the respective Assistant Director of Town Planning, Branch Office of the District, in order to carry out the process under the provisions of section 20(3) of the said Act regarding the draft Road Network Plans for the areas within the Regional Plan area ;
And Therefor, now, it is necessary to publish the Draft Road Network Plans in the said area as per ' Schedule-A' attached to the said notice to hear the suggestions and objections from the public within the prescribed period of 30 days, therefore, the sid notice is being published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette under the provisions of section 20(3) of the said Act ;
If any person has any suggestions/objections in accordance with the Draft Road Network Plans, they shall send the suggestions/objections in writing to the office of the Assistant Director of Town Planning Palghar Branch, Palgar within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. The suggestions/objections received by the office of Assistant Director of Twon Planning Palgahar, within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette shall be considered ;
The Draft Road Network Plans are available for the public inspecton during office hours at the office of the Assistant Director of Town Planning, Palghar Branch, Palghar Branch, Palghr, the copies of the said Draft Road Network Plans and its Particulars shall be available to the public at reasonable price in the office of the Assistant Director of Town Planning Palghar Branch, Palghar.

AND, it is considered expedient to issue prohibitory order for restriction movement and unlawful assembly of five or more persons for prevention of breach of peace, disturbance to public tranquillity and danger to human lives and loss of properties and to prevent any kind of riot or affray in the areas under the control of Commissioner of Police, Railway Mumbai.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, M. Rakesh Kalasagar, Commissioner of Police Railways, Mumbai. in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by under-section 163(1) (3) of The Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) do hereby prohibit, for the period Commencing from 00-01 hours on 18th December 2025 and ending at 24-00 hours on 16th January 2026 through the Jurisdiction of Mumbai Railway Police Commissionerate :—

(iii) Any use of loudspeakers, amplifying instruments, musical band and bursting of crackers in any procession by the assembly.
The prohibition contained in the order exempted for :—
(a) Assembly of people for the purpose of Railway travel.
(b) Assembly of people for the purpose of transportation of goods.
(c) Marriage ceremony, Matrimonial functions, Funeral assemblies and Procession on way to crematoriums/burial places etc.
(d) Statutory meeting of companies of clubs, co-operative societies and other societies and associations.
(e) Social gathering and meeting of clubs, co-operative societies and other societies and associations to transact their normal business.
(f) Assemblies in or about courts of law and offices of the Government and local bodies in discharge of Government or Semi-Governmental functions.
(g) Assemblies in for academic activities.
(h)Assemblies in factories, shops and establishments for normal trade, business and callings.
(i) Assembly of people for the purpose of film shooting and other such assemblies permitted by Commissioner of Police, Railways Mumbai.
Notwithstanding the expiration of this order after the period here in above mentioned.

No. CP/RLY/MUMBAI/PROHIBIT ACTS/2026-02.— WHEREAS, I consider it necessary for the preservation of public peace and public safety in Mumbai Railway Police Commissionerate. I, M. Rakesh Kalasagar, Commissioner of Police, Railways, Mumbai in exercise of the power conferred upon me under sub-sections (1), (2) of section 37 of the Maharashtra Police Act,1951 (Mah. Act XXII of 1951) do hereby prohibit the following acts throughout Mumbai Railway Police Commissionerate for the period from 00-01 hours of 18th January 2026 to 24-00 hrs. of 1st February 2026.
1. (a) The carrying of arms, cudgels, swords, spears, bludgeons, unlicensed gun, knives, sticks or lathis or any other articles which is capable of being used for causing physical harms (violence). Save for such firearms where license has been granted by this authority or where specific permission is sought for carriage of such arms from the competent authority.
(b) The carrying of any corrosive substance or explosive.
(c) The carrying, collection and preparation of stones or other missiles or instruments or means of casting or impelling missiles.
(d) The exhibition of persons or corpses or figures of effigies thereof.
(e) The public utterance of cries, singing of song, playing of music.
(f) Delivery of harangues, the use of gestures or mimetic, representations and the preparations, exhibition or dissemination of pictures, symbols, play cards or any other object or thing which may in the opinion of any police officer posted in Mumbai Railway Commissionerate offend against decency or morality or undermine the security of or tend to over-throw the state.
2. If any persons goes armed with such article or carrying any corrosive substance or explosive or missile in contravention of such prohibition he shall be liable to be disarmed of the corrosive substance or explosive or missile shall be liable to seized from him by any police officer and the article corrosive substance, explosive or missile so seized shall be forfeited to the State Government.
3. This order will not be applicable to any person being in service or employment of any Government or Government undertaking required by his superiors or by the nature of his duties, to carry weapons. The order will also not be applicable to Private Security Guards or Gurkhas or Chowkidars etc., employed on watch-n-ward duties carrying lathis admeasuring in length not exceeding 3 ½ feet.
4. Notwithstanding the expiration of this order after the period herein above mentioned.
(a) Any investigation or legal proceeding may be instituted, continued or enforced.
(b) Any penalty, forfeiture or punishments incurred in respect of any contravention of this order may be imposed, as if this order had not expired.
5. I further direct that this order shall be published and promulgated in Mumbai Railway Police Commissionerate by affixing copies thereof in conspicuous public places and by announcing the same through Railway announcement system, loudspeakers or megaphone, as well as publishing through media.

(d) The exhibition of persons or corpses or figures of effigies thereof.
(e) The public utterance of cries, singing of song, playing of music.
(f) Delivery of harangues, the use of gestures or mimetic, representations and the preparations, exhibition or dissemination of pictures, symbols, play cards or any other object or thing which may in the opinion of any police officer posted in Mumbai Railway Commissionerate offend against decency or morality or undermine the security of or tend to over-throw the state.
2. If any persons goes armed with such article or carrying any corrosive substance or explosive or missile in contravention of such prohibition he shall be liable to be disarmed of the corrosive substance or explosive or missile shall be liable to seized from him by any police officer and the article corrosive substance, explosive or missile so seized shall be forfeited to the State Government.
3. This order will not be applicable to any person being in service or employment of any Government or Government undertaking required by his superiors or by the nature of his duties, to carry weapons. The order will also not be applicable to Private Security Guards or Gurkhas or Chowkidars etc., employed on watch-n-ward duties carrying lathis admeasuring in length not exceeding 3 ½ feet.
4. Notwithstanding the expiration of this order after the period herein above mentioned.
(a) Any investigation or legal proceeding may be instituted, continued or enforced.
(b) Any penalty, forfeiture or punishments incurred in respect of any contravention of this order may be imposed, as if this order had not expired.

AND, it is considered expedient to issue prohibitory order for restriction movement and unlawful assembly of five or more persons for prevention of breach of peace, disturbance to public tranquillity and danger to human lives and loss of properties and to prevent any kind of riot or affray in the areas under the control of Commissioner of Police, Railway Mumbai.

BR./2026/01.— Whereas, it is likely that terrorist/anti-national elements might make use of drones, remote controlled micro-light aircrafts, Para-gliders in their attacks and thereby target VVIPs, endangering the life of public at large, destroy public property and cause disturbances to law and order in the Mumbai Railway Commissionerate area ;
2. Whereas, it has become necessary that certain restrictions should be put on the activities of such elements across the Mumbai Railway Commissionerate to prevent probable sabotage through such drones, remote controlled micro-light aircrafts, Para-gliders, for which some preventive and proactive measures needed be taken to prevent the same.
3. Therefore, I, M. (९) सराई आणि
(१०) जहाज/बोटी.
वास्तव्यास येणाया परदेशी नागरिकांची माहिती या आदेशा सोबत जोडलेल्या प्रारूपात नजीकच्या पोलीस ठाण्यास देण्यात यावी.
तसेच आदेशीत करण्यात येते की, अशा प्रकारच्या आस्थापनांचे मालक/चालक/व्यवस्थापक यांनी त्यांच्याकडे सद्यस्थितीला त्यांच्या आवारात वास्तव्यात असणाया परदेशी नागरिकांची माहिती सदरचा आदेश पारीत झाल्यापासून २४ तासांच्या आत नजीकच्या पोलीस ठाणे यांना सादर करावी.
जो कोणी सदर आदेशाचे उल्लंघन करेल तो इसम भारतीय न्याय संहिता, २०२३, कलम २२३ प्रमाणे व इतर संबंधित कायद्यांप्रमाणे शिक्षेस पात्र ठरेल. महाराष्ट्र पोलीस अधिनियम, १९५१ चे कलम १६३ प्रमाणे सदरचा आदेश सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येत आहे. तसेच मिरा-भाइर्ंदर, वसई-विरार पोलीस आयुक्तालयाच्या कार्यक्षेत्रामध्ये सदर आदेशाच्या प्रती स्थानिक वृत्तपत्रातून प्रसिद्ध कराव्यात. आदेशामुळे प्रभावित होणाया प्रत्येक व्यक्तीस आदेशापूर्वी नोटीस बजावणे शक्य नसल्याने सदरचा आदेश एकतर्फी काढण्यात आलेला आहे.

It is further directed that the owners/operators/managers of such premises will report to the police within 24 hours of this order, about foreign nationals already residing in their premises.
Any violations of the said order shall be liable for punishment under Section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 as well as other relevant laws. As per Section 163 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951, the said order is being published in public platforms. Also, a copy of the said order should be published in local newspapers in the jurisdiction of Mira-Bhayandar,Vasai-Virar Police Commissionerate. Since it is not possible to issue notice to every person affected by the order before issuing the order, the said order has been issued unilaterally.

वास्तव्यास येणाया परदेशी नागरिकांची माहिती या आदेशासोबत जोडलेल्या प्रारूपात नजीकच्या पोलीस ठाण्यास देण्यात यावी.
तसेच आदेशीत करण्यात येते की, अशा प्रकारच्या आस्थापनांचे मालक/चालक/व्यवस्थापक यांनी त्यांच्याकडे सद्यस्थितीला त्यांच्या आवारात वास्तव्यात असणाया परदेशी नागरिकांची माहिती सदरचा आदेश पारित झाल्यापासून २४ तासांच्या आत नजीकच्या पोलीस ठाणे यांना सादर करावी.
जो कोणी सदर आदेशाचे उल्लंघन करेल तो इसम भारतीय न्याय संहिता, २०२३, कलम २२३ प्रमाणे व इतर संबंधित कायद्यांप्रमाणे शिक्षेस पात्र ठरेल. महाराष्ट्र पोलीस अधिनियम, १९५१ चे कलम १६३ प्रमाणे सदरचा आदेश सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येत आहे. तसेच मिरा-भाइर्ंदर, वसई-विरार पोलीस आयुक्तालयाच्या कार्यक्षेत्रामध्ये सदर आदेशाच्या प्रती स्थानिक वृत्तपत्रातून प्रसिद्ध कराव्यात. आदेशामुळे प्रभावित होणाया प्रत्येक व्यक्तीस आदेशापूर्वी नोटीस बजावणे शक्य नसल्याने सदरचा आदेश एकतर्फी काढण्यात आलेला आहे.
सदरचा आदेशा कालावधी हा दिनांक २ ऑक्टोबर २०२५ रोजीचे ००-०१ वा. ते दिनांक २९ नोव्हेंबर २०२५ रोजीचे २४-०० वा. पयर्ंत लागू राहील.
सदरचा आदेश आज दिनांक १ ऑक्टोबर २०२५ रोजी माझे सही, शिक्यानिशी दिलेला आहे.

No. CP. MBVV/Prohibitory Order/2025-11072.—Whereas, it has been observed that many foreign nationals come to Mira-Bhayandar, Vasai-Virar Police Commissionerate and stay invarious types of establishments enumerated below.
Whereas, it has been observed that this gives opportunity to the anti-social elements to conceal their identity and presence; within the jurisdiction of Mira-Bhayandar, Vasai-Virar Police Commissionerate.
Therefore, I Virkar, DCP HQ Mira-Bhayandar, Vasai-Virar Police Commissionerate, in exercise of the power conferred on me under Section 163 (1),(2) of the Code of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, hereby direct that the owners/managers/operators of the following categories of premises enumerated below will report to the police within 24 hours of the arrival of foreign nationals in their premises.
(1) Boarding House
(2) Club
(3) Rest houses (including private company rest houses)
(4) Paying Guest-House
5) Rented accommodations including houses/flats/bungalows/chawls etc.
(6) Hospitals
(7) Commercial home-stay facilities (where accommodation is provided to foreign nationals in exchange for money or exchange-credit)
(8) Shops/Eateries
(9) Sarai and
10) Vessels.
The said information should be submitted in the format enclosed with this order to the nearest police station.
It is further directed that the owners/operators/managers of such premises will report to the police within 24 hours of this order, about foreign nationals already residing in their premises.
Any violations of the said order shall be liable for punishment under Section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 as well as other relevant laws. As per Section 163 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951, the said order is being published in public platforms. Also, a copy of the said order should be published in local newspapers in the jurisdiction of Mira-Bhayandar,Vasai-Virar Police Commissionerate. Since it is not possible to issue notice to every person affected by the order before issuing the order, the said order has been issued unilaterally.
The said order period will be applicable from 00.01 on 6th May 2025 to 24.00 on 3rd July 2025.

प्रस्तुत प्रकरणी, या कार्यालयातील संचिका क्रमांक सी/युएलसी/डे-५/६(१)/SR-XIV-७७ चे अवलोकन केले असता, जमिनधारक श्री. आद्रू फ्रान्सिस वैती यांनी नागरी जमीन (कमाल धारणा व विनियमन) अधिनियम, १९७६ चे कलम ६(१) खालील मौजे कांदिवली, ता. बोरीवली येथील स.नं. ९९/९७, न.भू.क्र. २१२ या मिळकतीसह इतर मिळकतीकरिता विवरणपत्र दाखल केले होते. सदर विवरणपत्राची छाननी करून नाजकधा कलम ८(४) चे आदेश दिनांक १८ जुलैै १९८८ रोजी पारित केले होते. तद्नंतर सदर आदेशास दिनांक ६ जून १९९६, दिनांक २९ नोव्हेंबर १९९९, दिनांक ८ फेब्रुवारी २००० व दिनांक ७ जुलै २००१ रोजी शुद्धिपत्रक पारित करण्यात आले आहे. सदर आदेशान्वये इतर मिळकतीसोबत विषयांकित मौजे कांदिवली, ता. बोरीवली येथील न.भू.क्र. २१२ मधील ५९३.६० चौ.मी. ' अतिरिक्त मोकळे क्षेत्र ' घोषित करण्यात आले आहे. तद्नंतर नाजकधा कलम १०(३) खालील अधिसूचना दिनांक २९ जून २००५ रोजी पारित करून सदर अधिसूचना दिनांक ४ ऑगस्ट २०२५, रोजीचे महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रामध्ये प्रसिद्ध करणेत आली आहे. तद्नंतर नाजकधा कलम १०(५) खालील नोटीस दिनांक ३० सप्टेंबर २००६ रोजी निर्गमित केलेली आहे. सदर नोटिसीच्या अनुषंगाने नगर भूमापन अधिकारी, बोरीवली यांचेकडील प्रतिनिधीमार्फत दिनांक ३१ ऑक्टोबर २००६ रोजी सदर मिळकतीचा एकतर्फी ताबा घेतला आहे. तसेच सदर मिळकतीचे मिळकत पत्रिकेवर महाराष्ट्र शासन नोंद घेण्यात आली आहे.
सदर प्रकरणी अपर जिल्हाधिकारी तथा सक्षम प्राधिकारी तथा पदसिद्ध उप सचिव तथा गृहनिर्माण व विशेष सहाय्य विभाग यांचेकडील आदेश क्रमांक C/ULC/D-VI/SR-20/IDV-3832, दिनांक २१ जून १९८८, अन्वये न.भू.क्र. २१२ या मिळकतीमधील ११८७.२० चौ.मी. क्षेत्राकरिता नाजकधा कलम २० अन्वये ' गृहबांधणी ' प्रयोजनार्थ सूट देण्यात आली आहे.
उक्त बाबींचे अवलोकन केले असता, मौजे कांदिवली, ता. बोरीवली येथील स.नं. ९९/१७, न.भू.क्र. २१२ या मिळकतीसीठी नाजकधा कलम १०(३) व १०(५) तसेच कलम २० अशा दोन्ही कार्यवाही झाल्याचे दिसून येत आहे. नगरविकास विभाग, महाराष्ट्र शासन यांचेकडील शासन निर्णय दिनांक १६ सप्टेंबर २०१९ अन्वये, ' नागरी जमीन ' (कमाल मर्यादा व विनियमन) निरसन अधिनियम १९९९ नुसार कलम २० अन्वये मंजूर करण्यात आलेल्या गृहबांधणी, औद्योगिक, कृषी व इतर प्रयोजनार्थ योजनांना संरक्षण प्राप्त आहे. अंमलात असलेल्या नाजकधा कलम २० खालील मंजूर योजनेखालील क्षेत्रावर नाजकधा कलम १०(३) व १०(५) नुसार कार्यवाही करून अशा क्षेत्रावर महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या नावाची नोंद करण्यात आली असेल तर, अशा प्रकरणी केलेली संपादनाची कार्यवाही अयोग्य ठरत असल्याने, सदर क्षेत्रावर नाजकधा कलम १०(३) व १०(५) नुसार केलेली कार्यवाही व त्याबाबतच्या नोंदी रद्द करण्यात येऊन अशा जमिनींच्या अधिकार अभिलेखात घेण्यात आलेली " महाराष्ट्र शासन " नोंद कमी करून अशा जमिनींच्या अधिकार अभिलेखात " नाजकधा कलम २० अन्वये सूटी खालील क्षेत्र " अशी नोंद घेणेबाबत तरतूद आहे.'
उक्त तरतुदीनुसार, सदर प्रकरणी अतिरिक्त घोषित जमिनीकरिता नाजकधा कलम २० खाली सूट देण्याची आणि कलम १०(३) व १०(५) अन्वये संपादनाची कार्यवाही करण्यात आल्याने, मौजे कांदिवली, ता. बोरीवली येथील न.भू.क्र. २१२ या मिळकतीचे ५९३.६० चौ.मी. क्षेत्राकरिता करण्यात आलेली नाजकधा कलम १०(३) व १०(५) नुसार कार्यवाही व त्याबाबतची महाराष्ट्र शासन नोंद रद्द करणेत येत आहे. त्याऐवजी नाजकधा कलम २० खालील सुटीच्या आदेशाच्या नोंदी व त्याबाबतच्या अटी/शर्ती जमीनमालक/योजनाधारक यांच्यावर बंधनकारक राहतील या अटींसह " नागरी जमीन (कमाल धारणा व विनियमन) अधिनियम, १९७६ चे कलम २० अन्वये सुटी खालील क्षेत्र " अशी नोंद घेणेकरिता आदेशीत करण्यात येत आहे.

क्रमांक सनिरा/प्रशासन/अवसायन/अव-बदल-आदेश/श्रीकेदारलिंग स्वयंरोजगार/२२५/सन २०२५.-----महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनियम, १९६० चे कलम १०३(४) व महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था नियम, १९६१ चा नियम क्र. ८९ चे प्राप्त अधिकारा- नुसार मी, श्री. संतोषकुमार पाटील, सहायक निबंधक, सहकारी संस्था, राजापूर, तालुका राजापूर, जिल्हा रत्नागिरी, खालील नमूद सहकारी संस्थेचे अवसायक पदी या कार्यालयाचे वाचले क्र. ३ चे आदेशान्वये उक्त संस्था अवसायनात घेण्यात आली असून विद्यमान संस्था अवसायक, श्री. राहुल आ. खडसे, सहकारी अधिकारी, श्रेणी-२, अधीन सहायक-निबंधक सहकारी संस्था राजापुर यांची नियुक्ती करणेत आली होती. तथापि नियुक्त अवसायक, श्री. खडसे, यांची अन्यत्र बदली झालेने सदर आदेशातील अवसायक नेमणूक आदेशात प्रशासकीय कारणास्तव खालीलप्रमाणे अंशत: बदल करीत आहे :----
