No. MSLSA/2026/732.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 22-B of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of 1987), the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Bombay High Court & Patron-in- Chief of Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, Mumbai and Hon'ble Executive Chairman, Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, Mumbai has been pleased to appoint Harshita Abhijeet Turkar and Preetam Chandrakant Shinde as the Member of Permanent Lok Adalat at Mumbai, Bhagyashri Bharatsing Girase and Pallavi Kishor Dongre as the Member of Permanent Lok Adalat at Aurangabad and Archana Roshan Bagade as the Member of Permanent Lok Adalat at Nagpur established under Section 22-B of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, to exercise the powers and perform the functions conferred under Chapter VI-A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and also as mentioned in the advertisement No. MSLSA/2025/2493, dated 26/08/2025 for the period of five years or till the age of sixty-five-years, whichever is earlier.
