ज्याअर्थी, राज्या विनडूक आयाोगास उक्ता आदाेशाताील परिराच्छेदा ७(२) प्रमाे राजकीया पक्षाचौी नंदाी कराण्यापूी महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात पक्षाचौे ना, मुख्या कायागलयाचौा पत्ता त्याचौे अध्याक्ष, सविचौ/ सराविचौटीस, कोषाध्याक्ष/ खविजनदारा इत्यादांचौा अताभाग असलेली अविधासूचौना प्रविसद्ध करून सगसाधारा जनताेकडून अशा नंदाीबाबता हुराकताी मागविे आश्याक आहुे ;

ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात उपराोक्ता प्रमाे अविधासूचौना प्रविसद्ध केलेल्या विदानाकापासून ३० विदासाच्या आता कोताीहुी हुराकता प्राप्ता न झाल्यास, राज्या विनडूक आयाोग अविधासूचौनेता प्रस्ताविता केल्याप्रमाे राजकीया पक्षाचौी नंदाी कराण्याकरिराता सक्षम राहुील ;

RegaRding ObjectiOns and suggestiOns RegaRding POlitical PaRty RegistRatiOn.

No.: SEC/RPP-2025/CR-34/D-11.—WHEREAS, under Articles 243K and 243ZA of the Constitution of India and the provisions of the relevant laws relating to local self-government institutions in the State, the powers of superintendence, direction, and control of elections to such local bodies are vested in the State Election Commission ;

WHEREAS, in order to maintain the sanctity of elections to local self-government institutions and to conduct such elections in a free, fair, transparent, and efficient manner, it is necessary to provide for the registration of political parties and related matters ;

WHEREAS, the State Election Commission has issued the 'Maharashtra State Political Parties Registration, Regulation, and Election Symbol (Reservation and Allocation) Order, 2025' by notification No.: SEC/PPR-2024/CR-24/D-11, dated 5th May 2025 ;

WHEREAS, under paragraph 7(2) of the said order, before registering a political party in accordance with this order, a prior notice will be published in Gazette of the Maharashtra Government containing name, address of the party alongwith name of President, Secretary/General Secretary, Treasurer/Treasurer of the party alongwith the address of the party's headquarters and objections and suggestions from the general public for such registration will be called for.

it is necessary for the State Election Commission to publish a notification in the Maharashtra Government Gazette before registering a political party, including details such as the party's name, address of the head office, and names of the President, Secretary/General Secretary, Treasurer, etc., and to invite objections from the general public regarding such registration ;

WHEREAS, if no objection is received within 30 days from the date of publication of such notification in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, the State Election Commission shall be competent to register the political party as proposed in the notification ;

WHEREAS, under paragraph 7(4)(b) of the said order, if any objections or suggestions are received within the prescribed period, then those will be properly considered by the State Election Commission. After considering those, if found non-cognizable, those will be rejected and the proposed political party will be registered. Further, if any objections or suggestions are prima facie found to be true, then the Applicant of the proposed political party will be informed about it and its comments about the same will be called for or if the Commission deems it fit, a hearing will be held. After receiving comments or after conducting hearing, the Commission will take appropriate decision on merits and such decision shall be final.

WHEREAS Shri. Unmesh Kishor Shah, Secretary has submitted an application to the State Election Commission for registration of a political party named 'Bharat Swabhiman Party' The details of the proposed party are as follows:—

AND WHEREAS, the proposed party is not the recognized political party by the Election Commission of India, hence there is no need to reserve any election symbol for such a party.

NOW THEREFORE, the State Election Commission of Maharashtra hereby declares that if any person has an objection regarding the registration of the said political party, such objection should be submitted to the office of the Commission within 30 days from the date of publication of this notification in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
