No. SPC 1322/C.R.51/IX.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 read with sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (hereinafter referred to as the "N.I.A. Act, 2008"), the Government of Maharashtra, on the recommendation of the Bombay High Court, hereby appoints Shri Dyaneshwar M. Aher, District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Aheri, District Gadchiroli, as a Special Court for the trial of cases filed under the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 and investigated by the investigating agency of the State of Maharashtra.
