१. या दिनांयमंांसे, मंहुाराष्ट्र दाुकानांे व आस्थापनांा (नांोकराीचौे व सेवेशतांचौे दिवदिनांयमंनां) (सेुारा) दिनांयमं, २०२६ असे म्हुावे.

२. मंहुाराष्ट्र दाुकानांे व आस्थापनांा (नांोकराीचौे व सेवाशताीचौे दिवदिनांयमंनां) दिनांयमं, २०१८ (याता यापुढीे ज्याचौा दिनांदाेश "मंुख्य दिनांयमं" असेा केला आहुे) याच्या दिनांयमं-५ मंील, पोट-दिनांयमं (२) मंध्ये "प्राप्ता झाल्याच्या दिदानांांकापासेूनां कायागलयीनां कामंकाजाच्या सेाता दिदावसेांच्या आता" या मंजकुराऐवजी "प्राप्ता झाल्याच्या दिदावसेापासेूनां कायागलयीनां कामंकाजाच्या दिदावसेाच्या आता" हुा मंजकूरा दाखल कराण्याता येईल.

३. मंुख्य दिनांयमंांसेोबता जोडूलेला नांमंुनांा अ मंील,-

(क) नांदाी ५, १४, १५ व १७ वगळण्याता येताील;

(ख) नांदा १८ ऐवजी पुढील नांदा दाखल कराण्याता येईल:-

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra shops and EstablishMEnts (rEgulation of EMployMEnt and Conditions of sErviCE) aCt, 2017.

No. MSA-1225/C.R.213/Lab-10.- The following draft of rules to amend the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2018 which the Government of Maharashtra proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 37 of the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Mah.LXI of 2017) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, is hereby published as required by the sub-section (2) of section 37 of the said Act, for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra on or after the expiry of seven days from the date of publication of this notification in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.

2. Any objections or suggestions which may be received by the Commissioner of Labour, Maharashtra State, Kamgar Bhavan, 'E' Block, C- 20, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai 400 051 or on email [email protected] from any person with respect to the said draft on or before the aforesaid date, will be considered by the Government.

DRAFT RULES

No. MSA-1225/C.R.213/Lab-10 .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 37 of the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Mah. LXI of 2017), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following rules to amend the Maharashtra Shops and Establishinents (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service), Rules, 2018, the same having been previously published as required by sub-section (2) of section 37 of the said Act, as follows, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Rules, 2026.

2. In rule 5, in sub-rule (2) of the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as "the principle Rules") for the words "working seven days from the date on which" the words "a working day from the day on which" shall be substituted.

3. In Form A appended to the principal Rules,-

(a) entries 5, 14, 15 and 17 shall be deleted;

(b) for the entry 18 the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

4. In Form F appended to the principal Rules, entry 12 shall be deleted.

5. In the SCHEDULE appended to the principal Rules,-

(a) in PART-A in entry (A), for sub-entry (4) the following sub-entry shall be substituted, namely:-

"(4) Proof of establishment (any of the following):-

(i) Sale/Purchase Deed;

(ii) Current Property Tax paid Receipt;

(iii) Current Electricity Bill;

(iv) Current Society Maintenance Receipt;

(v) 7/12 Extract;

(vi) 8A issued by Local Authority.".

(b) in PART-C, in entry (C), after sub-entry (2), the following sub-entry shall be added, namely:-

"(3) Proof of establishment Address (any one of the following):-

(i) Sale/Purchase Deed;

(ii) Current Property Tax paid Receipt;

(iii) Current Electricity Bill;

(iv) Current Society Maintenance Receipt;

(v) 7/12 Extract;

(vi) 8-D issued by Local Authority.".
