आति ज्याअर्थी, श्रीमी रुपालाी तिनलाेशा चाकाकार यांनी त्यांच्या तिदानांका २० माचाग २०२६ च्या पत्रान्वीये अध्यक्ष, महुाराष्ट्र राज्य मतिहुला आयोग या पदाचा राजीनामा तिदालाेला असून त्यांचा राजीनामा शासनाने मंजूर काेलाेला आहुे.

आा त्याअर्थी, महुाराष्ट्र राज्य मतिहुला आयोग अतितिनयम, १९९३ (१९९३ चा १५) च्या कालाम-४ मीला उप-कालाम (२) वी त्यानुर्षांगाने प्रदान कारण्या आलाेल्या सवीग अतिकारांचा वीापर कारून शासनाने यान्वीये श्रीमी रुपालाी तिनलाेशा चाकाकार यांचा महुाराष्ट्र राज्य मतिहुला आयोगाच्या अध्यक्ष पदावीरीला राजीनामा मंजूर काेला असल्याचाे अतिसूतिचा कारण्या ये आहुे.

महुाराष्ट्राचाे राज्यपाला यांच्या आदाेशानुसार वी नावीाने,प्रिव. रा. ठेाकूरा, शासनाचाे सहु सतिचावी. NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra state CoMMission for WoMen aCt, 1993.

No. RMA-2026/C. R. 35 (E-1612248)/Desk-10.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide Government Notification, Women and Child Development Department, No. RMA-2024/C.R. 91/ Desk-10, dated the 15th October 2024, issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 3 and sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Maharashtra State Commission for Women Act, 1993 (XV of 1993), nominated Smt. Rupali Nilesh Chakankar as a Chairperson of the Maharashtra State Commission for Women, for a period of three years ;

And Whereas, Smt. Rupali Nilesh Chakankar has vide her letter dated the 20th March 2026 resigned from the post of the Chairperson, Maharashtra State Commission for Women and her resignation has been accepted by the Government.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Maharashtra State Commission for Women Act, 1993( XV of 1993) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby notifies that the Government has accepted the resignation of Smt. Rupali Nilesh Chakankar from the post of the Chairperson of the Maharashtra State Commission for Women.
