No. B-4/JO/SPB/Relieving Order/1972/2026.—Shri S. P. Bhosale, Judge, Small Causes Court, Mumbai has been transferred and posted as Judge, Small Causes Court, Mumbai but to work as Officer on Special Duty, High Court Bombay and to work in Protocol Department, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay.
Accordingly, he has taken over the charge of the post of Judge, Small Causes Court, Mumbai today i.e. Tuesday, the 7th April 2026 (B.N.).
In order to enable Shri S. P. Bhosale, Judge, Small Causes Court, Mumbai to take the charge of the Post of Officer on Special Duty, High Court Bombay and to work in Protocol Department, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, he is relieved from this office today, i.e. Tuesday, the 7th April 2026 (B.N.).

CORRIGENDUM
Corrigendum to Office Order No. B-4/JO/Relieving Order/1921 of 2026
Ref. :—(1) Hon'ble High Court Notification No. A-1201/2026, dated 4th April 2026.
(2) This Office Relieving Order No. B-4/JO/Relieving Order/1921 of 2026 dated 4th April 2026.
The Hon'ble High Court Notification under Ref. No 1 directs immediate joining of the Judicial Officers under order of transfer in the said notification. Therefore, the Chief Judge, Small Cause Court, Mumbai, is pleased to modify the order under Ref. No. 2 as under :
The Words '' by availing joining time, as admissible to them, as per rules '' in the said order at paragraph 1 be read as " immediately ''.
The Officers under order of Ref. No. 2 viz. Shri S. D. Kurane, Judge, Small Cause Court, Mumbai and Shri P. P. Naigaonkar, Judge, Small Cause Court, Mumbai, who are relieved today before office hours are directed to immediately join their new posting shown in the order under reference Nos. 1 and 2.

Accordingly, he has taken the charge of the post of "Judge Small Causes Court, Mumbai,'' today i.e. on Tuesday, the 7th April 2026 (B.N.).

In view of above Shri D.S. Patale, Judge of this Court is relieved from the establishment of this Office on Tuesday, 7th April 2026 (B.N.), in order to enable him to take over the charge as Deputy Registrar (Personnel), High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay.

No. B-4/JO/AMT/Relieving Order/1843 of 2026.—The Hon'ble High Court vide its notification dated 17th February 2026 has been pleased to make the transfer and posting of Smt. A. M. Tamne, Judge as Judicial Magistrate (First Class), 15th Court, Mazgaon (PITA), Mumbai.
In view of above Shri A. M. Tamne, Judge of this Court is relieved from the establishment of this Office on Wednesday, the 1st April 2026 (B.N.), in order to enable her to take over the charge as Judicial Magistrate (First Class), 15th Court, Mazgaon (PITA), Mumbai on 1st April 2026 at Noon.
She is further directed to return the Office Residential Library, Office Telephone instruments and other office belongings to the Office before relieving from this Office.
