NOTIFICATION
Maharashtra highways act.
No.PPP-2025/C.R.50/Road-8.—Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 15 read with sub-section (3) of the said section 15 and section 17 of the Maharashtra Highways Act (LV of 1955) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), and all of other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra had, vide Government Notification, Public Works Department, No.PPP-2024/ C.R.123/Road-8, dated the 13th March 2024 (hereinafter referred to as "the said notification"), declared its intention to acquire the land as mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification, for a public purpose i.e. for building, maintenance, management or operation of the Revas-Reddy Costal Highway (State Highway (Special) No.5) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Highway"); and invited the objections from person interested in the said land, whose lands are included in the Schedule appended to the said notification to the Sub-Divisional Officer Alibaug, District Raigad within twenty-one days from date of the publication of the said notification, in the Maharashtra Government Gazette;
And whereas, in exercise of powers conferred by the second and third provisos to sub-section (3) of section 18 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra vide Government Notification, Public Works Department No.PPP-2024/C.R.123/Part-2/Road-8, dated the 12th February 2026 has extended the period for publication of declaration as required by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the said Act in respect of the said notification till 28th April 2026;
And whereas, the Sub-Divisional Officer Alibaug, District Raigad has, after considering the objec- tions received from the persons interested in the said land, submitted its report to the State Government as provided in sub-section (1) of section 18 of the said Act;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, after considering said report, decided that the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is required for building, maintenance, man- agement or operation of the said Highway;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Maha- rashtra Highways Act (LV of 1955), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby declares that in respect of the villages specified in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto, the land bearing Survey Numbers or Gat Numbers mentioned in column (3) thereof, the area specified in column (4) of that Schedule shall be acquired for building, maintenance, management or operation of the said Highway.

No.PPP-2025/C.R.50/Road-8.- Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 15 read with sub-section (3) of the said section 15 and section 17 of the Maharashtra Highways Act (LV of 1955) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra had, vide Government Notification, Public Works Department, No.PPP-2024/C.R.123/Road-8, dated the 13th March, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as "the said notification"), declared its intention to acquire the land as mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification, for a public purpose i.e. for building, maintenance, management or operation of the Revas-Reddy Costal Highway (State Highway (Special) No.5) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Highway"); and invited the objections from person interested in the said land, whose lands are included in the Schedule appended to the said notification to the Sub-Divisional Officer Chiplun, District Ratnagiri within twenty-one days from date of the publication of the said notification, in the Maharashtra Government Gazette;
And whereas, in exercise of powers conferred by the second and third provisos to sub-section (3) of section 18 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra vide Government Notification, Public Works Department No.PPP-2024/C.R.123/Part-2/Road-8, dated the 12th February 2026 has extended the period for publication of declaration as required by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the said Act in respect of the said notification till 28th April 2026;
And whereas, the Sub-Divisional Officer Chiplun, District Ratnagiri has, after considering the objections and suggestions received from the persons interested in the said land, submitted its report to the State Government as provided in sub-section (1) of section 18 of the said Act;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, after considering said report, decided that the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is required for building, maintenance, management or operation of the said Highway.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Maharashtra Highways Act (LV of 1955), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby declares that in respect of the villages specified in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto, the land bearing Survey Numbers or Gat Numbers mentioned in column (3) thereof, the area specified in column (4) of that Schedule shall be acquired for building, maintenance, management or operation of the said Highway.

No.PPP-2025/C.R.50/Road-8.- Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 15 read with sub-section (3) of the said section 15 and section 17 of the Maharashtra Highways Act (LV of 1955) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), and all of other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra had, vide Government Notification, Public Works Department, No.PPP-2024/C.R.123/Road-8, dated the 13th March 2024 (hereinafter referred to as "the said notification"), declared its intention to acquire the land as mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification, for a public purpose i.e. for building, maintenance, management or operation of the Revas-Reddy Costal Highway (State Highway (Special) No.5) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Highway"); and invited the objections from person interested in the said land, whose lands are included in the Schedule appended to the said notification to the Sub-Divisional Officer Dapoli, District Ratnagiri within twenty-one days from date of the publication of the said notification, in the Maharashtra Government Gazette;
And whereas, in exercise of powers conferred by the second and third provisos to sub-section (3) of section 18 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra vide Government Notification, Public Works Department No.PPP-2024/C.R.123/Part-2/Road-8, dated the 12th February 2026 has extended the period for publication of declaration as required by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the said Act in respect of the said notification till 28th April 2026;
And whereas, the Sub-Divisional Officer Dapoli, District Ratnagiri has, after considering the objections received from the persons interested in the said land, submitted its report to the State Government as provided in sub-section (1) of section 18 of the said Act;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, after considering said report, decided that the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is required for building, maintenance, management or operation of the said Highway;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Maharashtra Highways Act (LV of 1955), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby declares that in respect of the villages specified in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto, the land bearing Survey Numbers or Gat Numbers mentioned in column (3) thereof, the area specified in column (4) of that Schedule shall be acquired for building, maintenance, management or operation of the said Highway.

No.PPP-2025/C.R.50/Road-8.- Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 15 read with sub-section (3) of the said section 15 and section 17 of the Maharashtra Highways Act (LV of 1955) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), and all of other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra had, vide Government Notification, Public Works Department, No.PPP-2024/C.R.123/Road-8, dated the 21st August 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "the said notification"), declared its intention to acquire the land as mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification, for a public purpose i.e. for building, maintenance, management or operation of the Revas-Reddy Costal Highway (State Highway (Special) No.5) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Highway"); and invited the objections from person interested in the said land, whose lands are included in the Schedule appended to the said notification to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Ratnagiri, District Ratnagiri within twenty-one days from date of the publication of the said notification, in the Maharashtra Government Gazette;
And whereas, the Sub-Divisional Officer Ratnagiri, District Ratnagiri has, after considering the objections received from the persons interested in the said land, submitted its report to the State Government as provided in sub-section (1) of section 18 of the said Act;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, after considering said report, decided that the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is required for building, maintenance, management or operation of the said Highway;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Maharashtra Highways Act (LV of 1955), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby declares that in respect of the villages specified in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto, the land bearing Survey Numbers or Gat Numbers mentioned in column (3) thereof, the area specified in column (4) of that Schedule shall be acquired for building, maintenance, management or operation of the said Highway.

No.PPP-2025/C.R.50/Road-8.- Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 15 read with sub-section (3) of the said section 15 and section 17 of the Maharashtra Highways Act (LV of 1955) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), and all of other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra had, vide Government Notification, Public Works Department, No.PPP-2024/ C.R.123/Road-8, dated the 13th March 2024 (hereinafter referred to as "the said notification"), declared its intention to acquire the land as mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification, for a public purpose i.e. for building, maintenance, management or operation of the Revas-Reddy Costal Highway (State Highway (Special) No.5) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Highway"); and invited the objections from person interested in the said land, whose lands are included in the Schedule appended to the said notification to the Sub-Divisional Officer Alibag, District Raigad within twenty-one days from date of the publication of the said notification, in the Maharashtra Government Gazette;
And whereas, in exercise of powers conferred by the second and third provisos to sub-section (3) of section 18 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra vide Government Notification, Public Works Department, No.PPP-2024/C.R.123/Part-2/Road-8, dated the 12th February 2026 has extended the period for publication of declaration as required by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the said Act in respect of the said notification till 28th April 2026;
And whereas, the Sub-Divisional Officer Alibag, District Raigad has, after considering the objections received from the persons interested in the said land, submitted its report to the State Government as provided in sub-section (1) of section 18 of the said Act;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, after considering said report, decided that the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is required for building, maintenance, management or operation of the said Highway;

क्रमंांका-खाक्षेस-२०२५/.क्र.५०/रस्ताे-८.-ज्याअर्थी, मंहुाराष्ट्र मंहुामंागग अदिदिनांयमं (१९५५ चा ५५) (याता यापुढे ज्याचा दिनांदाेश "उक्ता अदिदिनांयमं" असा काेला आहुे) याच्या कालमं १५ च्या पुोट-कालमं (२) तासेचा कालमं १५ च्या पुोट-कालमं (३) व कालमं १७ द्वारे दानां काेलेले अदिकार व याबाबताीता त्यास समंर्थीग कारणाऱ्या इतार सवग अदिकारांचा वापुर कारूनां, मंहुाराष्ट्र शासनांानांे, शासकाीय अदिसूचानांा, सावगजदिनांका बांकामं दिवभाग क्र.खाक्षेस-२०२४/.क्र.१२३/रस्ताे-८, दिदानांांका १२ फेब्रुवारी २०२६ (याता यापुढे दिजचा दिनांदाेश "उक्ता अदिसूचानांा" असा काेला आहुे) याद्वारे, रेवस-रेड्डी सागरी मंहुामंागग (राज्य मंहुामंागग (दिवशेष) क्र.५) (याता यापुढे ज्याचा दिनांदाेश "उक्ता मंहुामंागग" असा काेला आहुे) याच्या सावगजदिनांका योजनांासाठी जसे काी, बांकामं, पुरिररक्षेणा, व्यवस्र्थीापुनां दिकांवा कायागन्वयनां यांसाठी उक्ता अदिसूचानांेसोबता जोडलेल्या अनांुसूचाीमंध्ये नांमंूदा काेल्यामंाणाे जमंीनां संपुादिदाता कारण्याचा आपुला उद्देश घोदिषता काेलेला आहुे; आदिणा महाराष्ट्र शासकीये राजपत्रात उक्ता अदिसूचानांेच्या दिसद्धीच्या दिदानांांकापुासूनां २१ दिदावसांच्या आता उपुदिवभागीय अदिकारी अदिलबाग, दिजल्हुा रायगड यांच्याकाडे, ज्यांच्या जदिमंनांी उक्ता अदिसूचानांेसोबता जोडलेल्या अनांुसूचाीमंध्ये समंादिवष्ट काेल्या आहुेता अशा उक्ता जदिमंनांीता दिहुतासंबं असलेल्या व्यक्ताीकाडूनां हुरकाताी मंागदिवलेल्या आहुेता;
आदिणा ज्याअर्थी, उपुदिवभागीय अदिकारी अदिलबाग, दिजल्हुा रायगड यांनांी, उक्ता जदिमंनांीता दिहुतासंबं असलेल्या व्यक्तांकाडूनां ाप्ता झालेल्या हुरकाताी दिवचाराता घोेताल्यानांतार उक्ता अदिदिनांयमंाच्या कालमं १८ च्या पुोट-कालमं (१) मंध्ये तारताूदा काेल्यामंाणाे त्याचा अहुवाल राज्य शासनांास सादार काेलेला आहुे;
आदिणा ज्याअर्थी, मंहुाराष्ट्र शासनांानांे, उक्ता अहुवाल दिवचाराता घोेताल्यानांतार, या अदिसूचानांेसोबता जोडलेल्या अनुसूचाीमध्ये दिवदिनांदिदागष्ट काेलेली जमंीनां, उक्ता मंहुामंागागचाे बांकामं, पुरिररक्षेणा, व्यवस्र्थीापुनां दिकांवा कायागन्वयनां यांसाठी संपुादिदाता कारण्याचाे ठीरदिवलेले आहुे;

No.PPP-2025/C.R.50/Road-8.- Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 15 read with sub-section (3) of the said section 15 and section 17 of the Maharashtra Highways Act (LV of 1955) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), and all of other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra had, vide Government Notification, Public Works Department, No.PPP-2024/ C.R.123/Road-8, dated the 12th February 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "the said notification"), declared its intention to acquire the land as mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification, for a public purpose i.e. for building, maintenance, management or operation of the Revas-Reddy Costal Highway (State Highway (Special) No.5) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Highway"); and invited the objections from person interested in the said land, whose lands are included in the Schedule appended to the said notification to the Sub-Divisional Officer Alibaug, District Raigad within twenty-one days from date of the publication of the said notification, in the Maharashtra Government Gazette;
And whereas, the Sub-Divisional Officer Alibaug, District Raigad has, after considering the objections received from the persons interested in the said land, submitted its report to the State Government as provided in sub-section (1) of section 18 of the said Act;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, after considering said report, decided that the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is required for building, maintenance, management or operation of the said Highway;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Maharashtra Highways Act (LV of 1955), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby declares that in respect of the villages specified in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto, the land bearing Survey Numbers or Gat Numbers mentioned in column (3) thereof, the area specified in column (4) of that Schedule shall be acquired for building, maintenance, management or operation of the said Highway.
