No. SPC 1322/C.R.51/IX .—In exercise of the powers conferred by :
(a) sub-section (1) read with sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999 (Mah. XXX of 1999) (MCOCA for short);
(b) sub-section (1) of sec 22 read with sub-section (1) of section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (Act 34 of 2008) (NIA for short);
The Government of Maharashtra, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court, hereby appoints Smt. Sucheta M. Takalikar, District Judge-7 and Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, as an Additional Judge of the Special Court for the trial of cases filed under the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999 (MCOCA, 1999).
The Court presided over by Smt. Sucheta M. Takalikar, District Judge-7 and Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, is also hereby designated as a Special Court for the trial of cases filed under the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (NIA Act, 2008) in Pune District.
