NOTIFICATION

No. SPP. 3826/C.R. 19/XIV.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of the section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No. 2 of 1974), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints Adv. Sangita Eknath Phad as "Special Public Prosecutor" for conducting the Session Case bearing No. 54/2025 pending before District and Sessions Court, Thane which is arising out of C.R. No. 764/2024 registered at Kopari Police Station, Thane City.

2. Her appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984 and The Rules for the Conduct of the Legal Affairs of Government, 1984.

3. Lump sum fees of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) as quoted by Adv. Sangita Eknath Phad has been already deposited by the applicant Shri. Neena Shailesh Paranjape to the Government, vide R.B.I. Challan No. 3620, dated the 30th March 2026. The amount will be paid to Adv. Sangita Eknath Phad after completion of the case.

4. The Government reserve the right to revoke/modify/annual the order without assigning any reasons.

क्रमाक ३८२२ / क- १.—या सविर्चालयातील श्रीमती लीना अ. ससारू, सहायाक कक्ष अविधाकारी याना या सविर्चालयाती "कक्ष अविधाकारी" (गट-ब) (रीाजपविती) (ेतीनस्तीरी एस : १७ : ४७६००-१५११००) सगाचतील सरीळसेच्या कोट्याती रिरीक्ती झालेल्या पारी तीर्थच स्रूपाती पोन्नती ेण्याती याेती आहाे.

श्रीमती ससारू, सहायाक कक्ष अविधाकारी याना कक्ष अविधाकारी पारील तीर्थच पोन्नती पंढील अटंच्या अधाीन रीाहाून ेण्याती याेती आहाे :—

(१) सरीर्ची पोन्नती तीर्थच स्रूपाती प्रशासकीया विनकड म्हाणून ेण्याती याेती आहाे.

(२) या तीर्थच पोन्नतीमंळे श्रीमती ससारू, सहायाक कक्ष अविधाकारी याना विनयाविमती पोन्नतीर्चे म्हाणूजेर्च ज्याेष्ठतीेर्चे कोणूतीेहाी हाक्क प्राप्ती हाोणूारी नाहाी.

(३) प्रवितीविनयांक्तीरी असलेले ज्याेष्ठ कक्ष अविधाकारी यार्चे प्रत्यातीचन झाल्यानतीरी त्याच्यासाठी कक्ष अविधाकारी सगाचती रिरीक्ती प उपलब्धा नसल्यास श्रीमती ससारू, सहायाक कक्ष अविधाकारी याना पानती करीण्याच्या अधाीन रीाहाून सरी तीर्थच पोन्नती ेण्याती याेती आहाे.

(४) सरीळसेच्या कोट्यातील पारी सरीळसेने उमेारीार्ची विनयांक्ती झाल्यानतीरी श्रीमती ससारू, सहायाक कक्ष अविधाकारी याना पानती करीण्याच्या अधाीन रीाहाून सरी तीर्थच पोन्नती ेण्याती याेती आहाे.

(५) मा. उच्र्च न्यायालया, मं बई यानी याविर्चका क्रमाक २७९७/२०१५ मध्याे विनाक ४.८.२०१७ रीोजी विलेल्या विनणूचयाविरीोधाती रीाज्या शासनाने मा. सोच्र्च न्यायालयाती विशाेष अनंज्ञा याविर्चका क्रमाक २८३०६/२०१७ ाखल केली आहाे. सरी याविर्चका अद्याप प्रलविबती आहाे. सामान्या प्रशासन विभाग, कायाचसन -१६-ब याच्या शासन विनणूचया विनाक ७ मे, २०२१ मधाील तीरीतींीनंसारी सच रिरीक्ती पे विनाक २५ मे, २००४ च्या स्थिस्र्थतीनंसारी विनव्ळ तीात्पंरीत्या स्रूपाती मा. सोच्र्च न्यायालयाच्या विनणूचयाच्या अधाीन रीाहाून भारीण्याती याेती आहाे.

(६) सरी तीर्थच पोन्नती सरीळसेच्या कोट्यातील रिरीक्ती पे भारीण्याती याेईपयांती विकंा प्रवितीविनयांक्तीरील अविधाकारी रुजू हाोईपयांती विकंा पोन्नतीच्या आेशापासून ११ मविहान्यासाठी यापैकी जे आधाी घडेल त्या कालाधाीसाठी असेल.

(७) सरी तीर्थच पोन्नती 'कक्ष अविधाकारी' पारील पोन्नतीसाठी घेण्याती याेणूाऱ्या विभागीया परिरीक्षा विविहाती सधाीती उत्तीणूच हाोण्याच्या/सूट विमळण्याच्या स्र्थावियात् प्रमाणूप विमळण्याच्या अटीच्या अधाीन रीाहाून ेण्याती याेती आहाे.
