क्रमंांका मंेसमंा-०३२५/प्र.क्र.-११०/ऊजाग-४.— ज्याअर्थी, दिद्युता अदिदिनांयमं, २००३ (२००३ चा ३६) नांुसार अदानांी पॉर मंहुाराष्ट्र दिलदिमंटेड, दितारोडा, दिज. गंदिदाया हुे पॉारेषण दिनांदिमंगताी कारणारे पॉरानांेारका (यापॉुढे ज्यास 'सदार पॉरानांेारका' असे संबोण्याता आले आहुे) हुे मंहुाराष्ट्र राज्यामंध्ये ीज पॉुरठा कारण्याबाबताच्या सेांमंध्ये व्यस्ता आहुे ;
आदिण ज्याअर्थी, सदार पॉरानांेारका कांपॉनांीचाे कामंगचारी संपॉार जाण्याचाी शक्यता आहुे ;
आदिण ज्याअर्थी, मंहुाराष्ट्र अत्याश्यका सेा पॉरिररक्षण अदिदिनांयमं, २०२३ च्या (सनां २०२३ चा मंहुाराष्ट्र अदिदिनांयमं क्रमंांका २९) कालमं २ च्या खंड (का) च्या उपॉ खंड (दाोनां) अन्ये, ीज पॉुरठ्याशी संबंदिता असलेली काोणताीहुी सेा हुी अत्याश्यका सेा आहुे ;
आदिण ज्याअर्थी, सदार पॉरानांेारका कांपॉनांीच्या अत्याश्यका सेमंध्ये संपॉ कारण्यास प्रदिताबं कारणे सागजदिनांका दिहुतास्ता आश्यका आहुे, अशी मंहुाराष्ट्र शासनांाचाी खंात्राी पॉटेली आहुे.
त्याअर्थी, आता, मंहुाराष्ट्र अत्याश्यका सेा पॉरिररक्षण अदिदिनांयमं, २०२३ च्या (सनां २०२३ चा मंहुाराष्ट्र अदिदिनांयमं क्रमंांका २९) कालमं ४ च्या उपॉ कालमं (१) यासहु कालमं २ च्या खंड (का) च्या उपॉ खंड (दाोनां) अन्ये दिदालेल्या अदिकारांचा ापॉर कारूनां, मंहुाराष्ट्र शासनां, याव्दारे, सदार पॉरानांेारका कांपॉनांीच्या अत्याश्यका सेमंध्ये संपॉ कारण्यास महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्येा राजपत्रामध्ये सदार आदाेश प्रदिसद्ध झाल्याच्या दिदानांांकापॉासूनां सहुा मंदिहुन्यांसाठाी प्रदिताबं कारीता आहुे.

Maharashtra EssEntial sErvicEs MaintEnancE act, 2023.
No. MESMA-0325/CR-110/Energy-4.— Whereas, the Adani Power Maharashtra Limited, Tiroda, District Gondia (hereinafter referred to as 'the said licensee') being a transmission and generation licensee under the provisions of Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003), is engaged in the services connected with the supply of electricity in the State of Maharashtra;
And whereas, employees of the said Licensee are likely to go on strike;
And whereas, any service connected with the supply of electricity is an essential service within the meaning of sub-clause (ii) of clause (a) of section 2 of the Maharashtra Essential Services Maintenance Act, 2023 (Maharashtra Act No. XXIX of 2023);
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra is satisfied that in the public interest, it is necessary to prohibit strike in the said essential service provided by the said Licensee.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 read with sub- clause (ii) of clause (a) of section 2 of the Maharashtra Essential Services Maintenance Act, 2023 (Maharashtra Act No. XXIX of 2023), the Government of Maharashtra hereby prohibits strike in the said essential service provided by the said Licensee for a period of six months from the date of publication of this Order in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
