क्रमंांका एमंसीटी-११२६/प्र.क्र.८७/परिरवहुनां-५.— ज्याअर्थी, मंोटीार वाहुनां अदिदिनांयमं, १९८८ (१९८८ चा ५९) याच्या कालमं १६५, उप-कालमं (१) व (२) द्वारे प्रदानां कारण्याता आलेल्या अदिकारांचा वापर कारूनां, मंोटीार वाहुनांांच्या वापरामंुळे झालेल्या व्यक्ताीचा मंृत्यू दिकांवा त्यांनांा झालेली शारीरिरका इजा दिकांवा त्यामंुळे झालेल्या दितासीऱ्या पक्षाच्या काोणत्याहुी मंालमंत्तेचाे नांुकासीानां दिकांवा दाोन्हुीहुी यांचा अंताभागव असीणाऱ्या अपघाताच्या सींबंाताील नांुकासीानां भारपाईसीाठीच्या दाव्यावर अदिभादिनांणगय कारण्याच्या प्रयोजनांासीाठी बृहुन्मंु ंबई मंहुानांगरपादिलकाेच्या हुद्दीता सीमंादिवष्टी असीलेल्या क्षाेत्रासीाठी एकाूण आठी, नांागपूर येर्थीे एकाूण चार, पुणे व ठीाणे येर्थीे प्रत्येकाी एका अशाी एकाूण १४ मंोटीार अपघाता दावा न्यायादिकारणे गदिठीता कारण्याता आली आहुेता.
त्याअर्थी, आता मंोटीार वाहुनां अदिदिनांयमं, १९८८ (१९८८ चा ५९) च्या कालमं १६५ अन्वये प्रदानां कारण्याता आलेल्या अदिकारांचा वापर कारूनां व त्याखाली तायार कारण्याता आलेल्या दिनांयमंान्वये मंहुाराष्ट्र शासीनां याद्वारे खालील ताक्त्यामंील स्तांभा (२) मंध्ये नांमंूदा न्यादियका अदिकारी यांचाी स्तांभा (३) मंध्ये नांमंूदा मंोटीार अपघाता दावा न्यायादिकारणाचाे सीदास्य म्हुणूनां त्यांनांी पदाभार स्वीकारल्यापासीूनां त्यांच्या वयाचाी ६० वर्षे पूणग हुोईपयंता दिकांवा शासीनांाचाे पुढील आदाेशा हुोईपयंता यापैकाी जे अगोदार घाडेल ताोपयंता.

NOTIFICATION
Motor Vehicle Act, 1988.
No.MCT-1126/C.R.87/Transport-5.— Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section 165 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), the Government of Maharashtra has constituted 8 Motor Accident Claims Tribunals for the area comprised within the limits of the Municipal Corporation of Brihanmumbai, 4 Motor Accident Claims Tribunals for Nagpur and 1 Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Pune and Thane each total number of 14 Motor Accident Claims Tribunals for the purpose of adjudicating upon claims for compensation in respect of accidents involving the death of or bodily injury to, persons arising out of the use of motor vehicles, or damages to any property of a third party or both so arising out of such accidents.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 165 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), and rules framed thereunder, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints Judicial Officers stated in column(2) as a Members of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal specified in column(3) of the following table with effect from the date they assumes charge till they attain the age of 60 years or until further orders of Government, whichever is earlier.
