क्रमंांका मंुद्रांांका-२०२६/प्र.क्र.१५१/मंुद्रांांका-२.—नांदाणी अदिदिनांयमं, १९०८ (१९०८ चा १६) (याता यापुढे ज्याचा दिनांदाेश, "उक्ता अदिदिनांयमं" असा काेला आहुे) मंहुाराष्ट्र राज्यासा लागू असातानांा, त्याच्या कालमं ७८ च्या खंड (का) द्वारे प्रदानां काेलेल्या अदिकारांचा वापुर कारूनां, आदिणी याबाबताीता त्यासा सामंर्थग कारणीाऱ्या इतार सावाग अदिकारांचा वापुर कारूनां, मंहुाराष्ट्र शासानां, याद्वारे, कालमं ७८ अन्वाये तायार काेलेल्या आदिणी सांलेखंांच्या नांदाणीसाठी शासाकाीय अदिसाूचानांा, मंहुसाूल वा वानां दिवाभाग, क्रमंांका आरजीएनां-१५५८/६७७३१-एनां, दिदानांांका १७ जुलै, १९६१ (याता यापुढे ज्याचा दिनांदाेश, "उक्ता अदिसाूचानांा" असा काेला आहुे) या अन्वाये प्रदिसाद्ध काेलेल्या शुल्काच्या ताक्त्यामंध्ये साुारणीा कारीता आहुे आदिणी उक्ता अदिदिनांयमंाच्या कालमं ७९ द्वारे आवाश्यका असाल्याप्रमंाणीे ताी पुढेीलप्रमंाणीे प्रदिसाद्ध कारीता आहुे :—

उक्ता अदिसाूचानांेमंध्ये, शुल्काच्या ताक्त्यामंील, अनांुच्छेदा - एका मंध्ये, नांदा ७३ नांतार, पुढेील नांदा ७४ जादा दाखंल कारण्याता येईल :—

"नंदे ७४.—"मंौजा गोनांी (रिरठी) वा मंौजा लाडगावा (रिरठी), तालुका दिहुंगणीा, दिजल्हुा नांागपुूर येर्थे स्थिर्थता असालेला नांवाीनां नांागपुूर (आंतारराष्ट्रीय व्यवासाय वा दिवात्त कांद्रां) प्रकाल्पु" आदिणी नांागपुूर शहुराभाोवाताी स्थिर्थता असालेला नांवाीनां बाह्यवाळणी रता प्रकाल्पु दिजल्हुा नांागपुूर याकारिरता खंासागी वाटाघाटांद्वारे खंासागी जदिमंनांीचाी र्थेटा खंरेदाी कारण्याच्या प्रयोजनांार्थग, नांागपुूर मंहुानांगर प्रदाेश दिवाकासा प्रादिकारणी, नांागपुूर आदिणी सांबंदिता पुक्षकार यांच्यामंध्ये दिनांष्पुादिदाता काेलेल्या दिवाक्रीच्या दिकांवा भाडेपुट्ट्याच्या सांलेखंावार, पुढेील शतांसा अीनां राहुूनां, काोणीताेहुी नांदाणी शुल्का आकारण्या योग्य असाणीार नांाहुी".

NOTIFICATION

RegistRation act, 1908.

No. RGN. 2026/C.R.151/Mudrank 2.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sections 78 of the Registration Act, 1908 (XVI of 1908) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), in its application to the State of Maharashtra and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the Table of Fees prepared under section 78 and published under the Government Notification, Revenue and Forests Department No. RGN. 1558/67731-N, dated the 17th July 1961 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Notification") for registration of instruments and publishes the same as required by section 79 of the said Act, as follows :—

In the said Notification, in the Table of fees, in Article-I, after Note 73, the following Note 74 shall be added, namely :—

"Note 74.—No registration fee shall be chargeable on the instrument of the sale or conveyance executed between the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority, Nagpur and the concerned parties, for the purpose of direct purchase of private land through private negotiations for the "Naveen Nagpur Project (International Business and Finance Centre) situated in Mauja-Godhani (Rithi) and Mauja-Ladgaon (Rithi), Taluka- Hingna, District-Nagpur and New outer ring road project, District Nagpur".

(एका) सांलेखं, मंहुाराष्ट्र मंहुानांगर प्रदाेश दिवाकासा प्रादिकारणी अदिदिनांयमं, २०१६ (२०१७ चा मंहुा. ३) अन्वाये र्थापुनां काेलेल्या नांागपुूर मंहुानांगर प्रदाेश दिवाकासा प्रादिकारणीाच्या (एनांएमंआरडीए) नांावानांेचा, काेवाळ दिनांष्पुादिदाता कारण्याता येईल ;

(दाोनां) सांलेखंामंध्ये असाे पुष्टापुणीे दिवादिनांदिदागष्टा कारण्याता येईल काी, एकातार, हुा व्यवाहुार, नांवाीनां नांागपुूर (आयबीएफसाी) प्रकाल्पुासाठी दिकांवा नांवाीनां बाह्यवाळणी रता प्रकाल्पुासाठी जमंीनां सांपुादानां कारण्याशी सांबंदिता आहुे ;

(ताीनां) या सावालताीचा लाभा, हुी अदिसाूचानांा प्रदिसाद्ध काेल्याच्या दिदावाशी दिकांवा त्यानांतार दिनांष्पुादिदाता काेलेल्या सांलेखंांच्या बाबताीताचा काेवाळ अनांुज्ञेय असाेल ;

(चार) या अदिसाूचानांेखंालील काोणीत्याहुी शताीचा भांग काेल्यासा दिकांवा लाभाचा गैरवापुर काेल्यासा, दिदालेली साूटा प्रारंभापुासाूनां काढेूनां घाेण्याता येईल, आदिणी शाताीसाहु मंुद्रांांका शुल्काचाी ताूटा, मंहुाराष्ट्र मंुद्रांांका अदिदिनांयमंाच्या तारताुदांच्या अीनां राहुूनां, वासाूल कारण्यायोग्य असाेल.

No. Mudrank-2026/C.R.151/Mudrank-2.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 9 of the Maharashtra Stamp Act (LX of 1958) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), the Government of Maharashtra, being satisfied that it is necessary to do so in the public interest, hereby remits the whole stamp duty as otherwise chargeable under Article 25 of the Schedule- I appended to the said Act, on the instrument of conveyance executed for transfer of land in between the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) and the concerned parties for the (a) Naveen Nagpur Project (International Business and Finance Centre) situated in Mauja-Godhani (Rithi) and Mauja-Ladgaon (Rithi), Taluka Hingna, District Nagpur, and (b) New outer ring road project, District Nagpur subject to the following conditions, namely :—

Conditions.—

The remission under this notification shall be subject to the following conditions, namely :—

(i) the instrument shall be executed exclusively in favour of the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) Constituted under the Maharashtra Metropolitan Region Development Authority Act, 2016 (Mah.III of 2017) ;

(ii) the instrument shall clearly specify that the transaction relates to acquisition of land for either Naveen Nagpur Project (IBFC) or New Outer Ring Road Project ;

(iii) the benefit of remission shall be admissible only in respect of instruments executed on or after the date of publication of this notification ;

(iv) in the event of breach of any condition or misuse of the benefit under this notification, the remission shall stand withdrawn ab initio, and the deficit stamp duty along with penalty, shall be recoverable in accordance with the provisions of the Maharashtra Stamp Act.
